    "worst experience in my life of purchasing anything, I had purchased a Recliner Sofa set from Bradlows Phoenix last year, in a few months time it was falling apart, i logged a complaint and they fetched the Sofas in october 2022 to inspect and realised that it was assembled by their delivery guy incorrectly which caused the damage"

    "We have been going up and down with bradlows phoenix plaza stuff does nt let us pick out wat we want they keep telling us no its not good so go for the expensive one which did then they wanted deposit we had the deposit then when we went to get the stuff we wanted to add on some stuff they say no they cnt do that it may decline ande we should put that one through then we can do another application for the other things we wanted which will have 2 different installments then we decided to go to the verlum branch i ended up losing my id i call in and ask if the id copy was ok they told me it was we went from phoenix all the way to verulam just for them to say no they want to id we wasted more moneycthan the actuall deposit there horrible ppl take account couse they dnt have money upfront if we had money to pay soo much of deposit we couldve bought the stuff cash i think bradlows losing alot of customers due to there deposit required we wasted more money running up n down to the stores this is just ridiculous the deposit thing is ridiculous"

Worst experience ever with Bradlows Phoenix. Their customer service is appalling. Bought a kitchen scheme from them on January 3. After numerous calls to them regarding why my kitchen scheme hasn't been delivered, it finally gets delivered before February... When it does arrive its damaged, so I returned it for another one which took another week to come. The second set arrive and that too was damaged.. Seems like calling makes no difference so I went into the store to cancel my agreement and ask for them to pick up their goods. I then signed a cancelation agreement and left. With the salesman assuring me they would pick up. 2 weeks went by nobody called or came to my premises to fetch the kitchen scheme. Called them and told them it's been too long and I won't be home in the next 2 days. Will be leaving to Johannesburg for work and will only be back at the end of February beginning of March. So they need to come fetch it before I leave. Still nobody came to fetch it. 2days ago. I receive a sms stating my account will be debited for the kitchen scheme... How can I be debited when I canceled the agreement and the responsibility is now on your end to pick up the goods?? Called them again, they advised me to put a stop order on the debit. Again why should I?? The mistake is on your end! I need to now go sit in a line at the bank with a 3 year old in my arms because of something you couldn't do right as a business! Called the manager and asked him again when will u picking up the unit he says tomorrow. Which was today February 20. Got a call from bradlows warehouse they'll be coming tomorrow.. I've already taken a day leave from work to ensure I'm home today for them to pick up. Now they telling me I need to be home tomorrow... How can you treat a customer this way? I ask myself is it because they feel you a person who is taking credit, it's okay to treat you badly... Irrespective, you're still a customer! I'm utterly disappointed and disgustwd with the behavior portrayed by the Phoenix branch. I'm posting this review in the hopes that non of you have to experience this sort of inconvenience and unprofessionalism.i have purchased from them 2 years ago when they were Joshua Doore but seems as though as they changed to Bradlows their standards have dropped tremendously. And that's why I will never go back!

worst experience in my life of purchasing anything, I had purchased a Recliner Sofa set from Bradlows Phoenix last year, in a few months time it was falling apart, i logged a complaint and they fetched the Sofas in october 2022 to inspect and realised that it was assembled by their delivery guy incorrectly which caused the damage. i was then told that i will be given a new set. waited till december and nothing was done, i asked for a loan set as with December comes Visitors and i cannot have a lounge with no sofas for people to sit. unfortunately i was declined by Bradlows as they didnt have a loan set... i was made to wait until they have stock, i then asked if they could loan me my old set while we are waiting for stock. that was done and my complaint conveniently closed. its now March 2023 and i am still waiting for stock, absolutely no feedback unless i call. they have closed my case twice without resolving. i have left about 20 messages for the manager to call me as he was always conveniently unavailable. to date i have not received a call from him, i am still stuck with a broken sofa set even though i have paid about R35000 cash. the service from Bradlows is absolutely shocking. i do hope that this review reaches someone on top and something is done to assist me with this unsolved issue. if not contacted and resolved by next week i am sending this message to all social media platforms

Terribly terribly disappointing experience. I purchased a lounge suite and a few months later, the lazy-boy unit goes faulty. We have been pushed to the warehouse on 2 occasions has called me and failed to collect the unit ....now I am forced to proceed legally against them. I would not support this branch ever again and recommend nobody else does. Needless to mention that they delivered the incorrect configuration and the replacement did not match on colour and out of frustration, I decided to keep it.

Very unprofessional service. I have purchased a lounge suite and it has proved to be off a substandard quality. A 2 division has been taken away from me and it has been 2 months, the lounge suite has not been returned to me. Bradlows customer service is absolutely horrendous. The defects of these couches are going on from the time of purchase which is January 2020.

I have no idea how to get assistance. Purchased a couch worth 30k plus and the one side of the 3 seater creaks. Why, how when I haven't even used long enough. The couch is only a year old and the structure already is making noises. How does one get this fixed?

Sales service is very good But if u have a problem with goods purchased after sales very difficult for them to attend to your problem especially the warehouse in catoridge who calls you then says they will call you after 3 days but you are forgotten.

Terrible service from Phoenix branch. They are a bunch of crooks and the quality of goods that are made by them are of poor quality. If it's not branded by another company(Samsung, LG,defy) don't waste ur time.
