This company send you an email and asks you to agree to a set call-out fee + time based rate for work. I agreed to these time based costs. The technician on site then charged me well in excess of the previously agreed rates. When I questioned why the cost was so much higher than the rates I previously agreed to, he said that it was a standard rate for that kind of job - so I could pay it or he could leave without doing the work and I'd have to pay the call out fee anyway. Their rates document that they ask you to agree to explains time = cost. The reality is that they charge whatever they want when the technician is already on site and you have little choice. Don't be ripped off like I was - try someone else and if you have to deal with this company make sure you're not paying over and above the documented rates.

We had one of your technicians come out to our house to fix the heater. I was extremely keen to get it fixed as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised when your technician arrived on time and within a few minutes had diagnosed the problem and advised me of what it required to fix, and the cost before starting work. Once agreed he took off to get the parts required and was back within 35 minutes and the problem was fixed under 2 hours. Quite refreshing in this day and age to get that kind of service. I was recommended Brandon Services when my tenants hot water system broke and dealt with Justin. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and helped replace the hot water system within 24 hours at the tenants convenience. He was friendly and personable and clearly communicated and explained all the information/updates as needed.(and was very understanding that I was trying to organise all of this during my work day) Would absolutely recommend if you require a quality and reliable repair or installation.
