The star goes to Kelly, who I believe is the office admin or receptionist. She called me a lier for not disclosing information which I was sure would not show up in my record anymore. For starters you should not accuse someone of something you are not certain they are guilty off. I did not appreciate her tone of voice and comments. From the first day that I called she was very unpleasant to talk to and I only proceed with my application because I really needed that insurance but I will not continue with them especially if I have to deal with Kelly every time I need to get through. Again this review is only for Kelly and no one else or not the organization itself.

Having a real office, where we can knock the door if we cannot contact our insurance by phone, make all the difference. Years ago I tried to contact my old insurance company to insure a new car, waited for 40 minutes and was not able to contact them, and did not know what to do. Then I realized I needed an insurance company with a real office, and someone I could contact other then a 1-800 number, to have my insurance services provided. Brett Osness insurance, as my direct contact Gino, has been providing the service I am looking for, for a reasonable price. I am happy with the services they have been providing to me and my family.
