I used to swear by them when they were state farm, now my insurance keeps going up never went down. I called and said I was thinking of changing insurance companies and the emails they responded with sounded sincere yet it’s over a month where Daniel said the manager would call me he never had even with a email asking if he’s still going to about two weeks ago.. they don’t care about customers they just care about money it’s sad to see something great fall from grace but this is just what they did.. there are better insurance companies with better rates..

I recommend Jeff Cooke - Desjardins Insurance (Formerly State Farm) as have been with them for my auto and home insurance from 2007 and also got an umbrella policy from 2019 to avoid any unknowns when it occurs & has given me immense peace of mind. The team led by Heather Strecker is very knowledgeable and has impeccable work ethics in terms of timely communication when things have changed on a policy to assessing if the coverage is right based on my current requirements/situation as life happens. customer service is very very bad. I don't recommend it to anyone. They make you wait on the phone for hours or they don't answer the phone. I also have recordings of phone conversations with you. I have told you many times that I am uncomfortable with this situation and that I want to change agency. Also, I understand that you are not honest because you wrote a false comment under my comment. I want to repeat again; Your customer service is very very bad. I do not recommend Jeff Cooke insurance to anyone.

Customer service was good. Terrible company, they charge a cancellation fee quite larger than the insurance payment, tell you the cost, then deduct a larger amount which is technically stealing. jeff "crooked" insurance is what it should be called. life insurance is a joke here, I would never recommend this place.
