I have been a very loyal State Farm customer for over 20 years. In fact, I always recommend State Farm to all my family and friends because of their subperb service, great rates and family oriented service. My previous agent was phenomenal and provided the best customer service ever! Unfortunately, I moved to the state of Washington and could not keep her as my agent and had to find a new one. I am very disappointed with the service I have received from this office and they have by far provided me with the worst service I have ever experienced! I was in an accident and my car was totaled. I called State Farm to discuss the letter I received about my car being totaled, having a rental, getting another car and if I need to cancel my policy and get a new one. State Farm’s after hours customer service was great to discuss things with and said I needed to discuss the policy with the agent and not to cancel the policy. They said the agent would call me back the following business day. Instead, no call from the agent but a note in the mail stating my policy was canceled at my request and a thank you for allowing them to provide me insurance. No phone call to answer my questions and no phone call when I was in my car accident to make sure everything was ok. My old agent reached out to me but not Brian Chambers’ office. Now I have a rental car with no insurance coverage and can’t drive my rental until the agent reinstates my policy. I guess after being a loyal State Farm customer for over 20 years with multiple life insurance policies, multiple auto policies, homeowner’s insurance and renter’s insurance I no longer warrant a phone call to answer my questions or to show that they value my loyalty as a customer. So, I am very very disappointed with this agent and his service.

Simply put, their office was nearly useless. We attempted to sign up for life insurance through their office and it was extremely frustrating. We first did a questionnaire, then blood tests and urine tests. All of that felt totally normal. Then we were told we had waited to long for the tests and would have to redo the questionnaire. Weird but whatever. Then we received a letter (not a single phone call or email in advance) saying we had been denied because they had no payment method on file for us. Are you kidding? They were already billing us for auto and home every month and had no problem getting that money. Then they dropped my wife's auto coverage after one at fault accident, despite an otherwise perfect driving record from both of us. Finally, they dropped coverage for one of our vehicles without any notification. I found out when my loan holder sent me a letter saying my insurance had lapsed. So if you want an agent who isn't interested in helping you and will drop you at the first sign of trouble, then go with Brian Chambers. I am never going back to State Farm, and you shouldn't either.

I worked with both Brian Chambers and Jane Farden. They were prompt, responsive, and followed up when they needed to. Most of all, they were really personable and it just made the experience of shopping for insurance much more pleasant. At the same time, they definitely knew what they were doing, so I felt like I was in good hands. For example, when shopping for home insurance for my new home, they knew how to work with my lender to get them what they needed. They also knew where to look for public home records to answer questions that I didn't know myself (age of replaced roof on my new home). In a happy coincidence they also offered me the best insurance quote among companies I shopped around at. However, I think I would've still gone along with them even if that were not the case, because I think the speed and support offered is well worth any extra policy cost for when I would actually ever need to make a claim.

Susanna Hernandez helped me with my renter’s insurance. I needed some adjustments made to the policy and Susanna made the changes in record time! She was friendly, cheerful and professional. She anticipated my needs by being quick to follow-up and make sure I had an email with the changes made to electronically forward to my leasing office and a hard paper copy for my records, just in case. Now that’s what I call professional! I mentioned that I was in the market for a truck and she even knew which models potentially could meet my needs. I was amazed at how she has a working knowledge about trucks that doesn’t necessarily pertain to the insurance I was initially purchasing. I have been with this insurance company for a couple years now and I have to say it is the best one yet. I came from Allstate and I was paying almost triple. It was hard to trust another agency because I felt so taken advantage of with Allstate. When I joined I spoke to Jessica and she gave me a great quote and was on point with her monthly estimates. Since than I have only spoken to her and Brian a couple times and they are so accurate with their quotes. Any changes that happen they will explain it very throughly. Since than I have added my home, my siblings insurance. I feel at ease knowing I am in good hands. It makes me so angry that a lot of people deal with insurance companies that raise rates and also charge accounts different amounts sometimes without any notice. Be assure this agency won’t do that. I am very lucky to have them.

The best insurance agency I have ever worked with, and over the years, I seem to have worked with quite a few. I used to think Geico was easiest, but what I have realized in the long term, is that this particular agency at State Farm, knows me by name, treats me like a person, not a number, and really actually takes the time to stay in touch, get me the best rates, and I know they personally handle my account. At the end of the day, when the price is right, you want to have the best agent on your side should you need one. I am a pretty satisfied customer and would recommend this particular agency to people I know and don't know. Shout out to Jessica Daniken. I'm a first time insurance buyer since I moved out of state. My family has been with State Farm for a few years back when I lived in Hawaii so I figured I'd try to get a quote from State Farm here in Washington. Before moving to WA, I totaled my car so I figured I would have a pretty high rate and actually tried getting quotes from other insurance companies also but they were all really high (understandably so). I have worked with Brian and folks for 5 years, since then they have been extremely accessible for one-off questions and policy changes. His team makes recommendations that they would personally use/pay for, if they were in the same situation. Because of this - we have a ton of trust in their guidance. Update on 12/2022: I recently got a new car and the quote I got from Susie is very competitive. She also helped to switch my husband's account to agent Brian. Incredibly responsive and attentive. I connected with Bethany Knight 4 days before closing on a property. She turned 5 policies around for us within 1 day, identified gaps in our coverage, suggested improvements in our prior policies (that had been in place for the prior 7 years), increasing the coverage. And lest I bury the lede: at a lower price than what we had before. I can’t recommend this company more strongly.
