Their reply says that they did not ask me to go somewhere else but they did. I have the video because I was nervous. Lol I’m already making a complaint. This was unacceptable behaviour for a pharmacist. You clearly just did not want to do your job today and you got your wish by talking me out of getting a shot. You told me that I need to go somewhere else. All I said was that I was nervous. A pharmacist should be able to handle a 26 year old who’s a little nervous. This is my pharmacy. It’s the closest to my home. It’s where I am comfortable. Correction, it’s where I was comfortable. I was just trying to tell the pharmacist that I was a little scared of needles. He told me to go somewhere else. It took me so long to get the courage to go in there and to be told that they won’t even do it because I’m scared of needles. I would find a more competent pharmacist. I only have a little anxiety and for you to just completely scare me. That’s so inappropriate. I’ve never left crying a pharmacy before. If you are a vaccine location then you should be prepared to give said vaccine. Not talk someone out of it.

I've been going to Bridgedale pharmacy for 3 months. I live in Ogden which is in the S.E and not close to the pharmacy at all but I will say this it is worth the trip there and back rain, snow or shine. He helpt me when not another pharmacy in the city would without even knowing me. So kind, so considerate and best of all I don't feel uncomfortable or judged going there as I receive my daily dose of methadone there. Very understanding and helpful as I continue my recovery from opioid / fentynal addiction.

Wonderful local pharmacy. They were so helpful when I popped in for some over the counter medication for my mom, that I ended up trying them the next time I needed a prescription filled. I now have all of my family prescription accounts with them - they are knowledgeable and helpful, less expensive than my previous big name drug store, and they do local prescription delivery (even before COVID). They also have a prescribing pharmacist, which is very convenient.

The owner is hands down the nicest person I have ever met, he goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are looked after. I forgot to pick up my meds yesterday and he called me back 10 minutes after I had left a message and told me he would come drop them off at my house (it is Sunday). Additionally, his staff are always helpful, kind, nonjudgemental, informative and thoughtful too! I will never, ever, ever go to a different pharmacist after going here.

These people are so friendly. I have a couple friends who pick up their prescriptions here and they say that the people behind the counter are always helpful. After hearing that they're a family business, I can certainly understand why they're such nice folks and why they've been around so long! Oh, and they deliver prescriptions which will really come in handy for me in about 30 years (but hopefully not!).

The pharmacist here is one of the nicest people I've ever met. This pharmacy goes above and beyond for their customers. The service is exceptional. I moved to the complete opposite end of the city but will continue to use them as I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Rozy and her husband have been incredibly kind, patient and accommodating to my family's needs for over twenty years. They are terrific people (professional with hearts of gold) and their pharmacy is the one I trust.

What all pharmacies should strive to be. He knows his customers, knows his business, is friendly, polite, and professional. Along with my prescriptions I’ve gotten my last two covid boosters and flu shot here.

Absolutely wonderful pharmacy and pharmacist. Always are SO accommodating for me with my schedule, and drop off my prescriptions if I cannot make it there before close. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
