10 out of 10! Francisco and his partner at Bright Mobile Auto Detailing are fantastic! I called him because I had a mold problem (festering for about 5 months in a damp, dark garage). By phone, he thoroughly explained the process to me and gave me a quote (btw – Francisco is very personable, as well as knows his stuff). Due to logistics, I was unable to provide photos prior to meeting in person, so when he arrived to look at the problem, it was actually worse than we both expected. After adjusting his approach, they got to work. Not only did they do a fantastic job, Francisco also shared a wealth of information (e.g., preventive future mold growth, chemical solutions, need to change the air filter, etc.). I am more than thrilled with the result. If you need an auto detailer, these are your guys! Excellent work and customer service!

Stop your search for the best detailer in the Bay area. His name is Francisco I spent a long time online trying to find someone both affordable and trustworthy to detail my Model 3. With an apartment in SF that has no hose, it's difficult to give my car the hand-wash and dry it deserves. I took a chance on Bright Mobile, and I'm very glad I did! Francisco drove to me, chose a good spot for washing, and in under an hour my car was spotless and sparkling. It felt like a total reset after a long, muddy winter. He's always on time, responsive, and friendly. 10/10 highly recommended!

Francisco did an awesome job on my car! Was very happy with attention to detail. Being a new parent and only driving my car a couple times a week led to neglecting it for far too long. The car was not washed or cleaned for almost a year. He was able to get it looking brand new again. He even got the hot sauce stain on my seat from 5 years ago out! Amazing job and I would highly recommend giving them your business. Best part was that he came to me to get it done and did not even need access to a hose like most of the mobile detailers I’ve seen.

Big fan! They are my go-to detailers. Have used them twice now for detailing jobs on a variety of different types of cars. Very communicative about scheduling and the service itself. The work is seriously amazing, and prices are very competitive compared to other mobile detailing places. Cars feel like new after a service from them. I had a mold issue in my car and they did a great job shampooing the carpet and getting the smell out!

I live in San Diego and was looking for a detailer that could detail my god mother and my mothers vehicle for me as a Mother’s Day gift and I’m glad I came across Francisco and his team. Took my car in, there were crumbs in every corner and I couldn’t get sand off of my carpet, will 1000% go back again. I opened the door and my car was spotless, it had a fresh aroma you could relax in ALL day. It lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders to see it so clean and smelling fresh again.

So much nicer than taking it to Tower Car Wash. My car is pretty run down and I just wanted it to be clean. No chemical smell, no shaming. Really transformed the car and very dedicated to doing a great job. Easy to work with, highly recommended. I didn't take a before photo but it was terrible.
