AMAZING. UNREAL. I recently acquired an old beater of a car. It had been the previous owner's first car from when he was sixteen. Fourteen years later, he had new cars for himself and his girlfriend and this car had been sitting a long time. The interior looked exactly like what it had been used for: a teenager and young adult driving it to Burning Man, several cross country road trips, and lots of ski trips. 128,000 miles worth. It was really really filthy, on literally every possible surface. Sticky gunk from spills in the door pockets, fossilized french fries and other food detritus in the seat tracks and any other nook that would harbor them, enough pet hair to appear to change the interior color. And so much dust. The dust seemed permanent. I emailed Bright Mobile Auto Detailing and arranged for the top interior package that they offered. Gabriel, the proprietor, messaged me quickly to make the arrangements. A simple deposit on Venmo was all it took to book the appointment. They showed up to pick up my car on time, took it away for half the day. (I had been given the option for them to work on it on site or take it away. Extra bonus points that he can drive a stick shift.) Upon return, the interior looks completely incredible. I honestly don't understand how something that was so filthy could get so clean. The even left a new "tree" air freshener - as in Repo Man, my favorite film, "there's one in every car." I've had occasion to use various detailing services a few times over the years and none of them did this good a job, and they were working on jobs that weren't as difficult. As well, I appreciate tremendously that they would work on my old beater; detailing is often the realm of newer, nicer cars, and I half expected any detailing operation to turn down the job. They took my car without complaint, reservation, or hesitation. This to me is a sign of complete professionalism that goes far beyond the necessary skills and techniques to get a car interior clean. I would have offered a hug if it wasn't for Covid-19. It's that good.

This was my first time with Bright Mobile Auto Detailing and it will NOT be my last! They do excellent work! I had spilled laundry detergent all over my passenger side floor and I’m not the type of person to fiddle around reading directions on a wet vacuum rental and researching how to properly clean a spill, so I was looking at a list of auto detailers before I spotted Bright Mobile Auto. They had the highest ratings out of all of them and excellent reviews. So I visited their website and set up an appointment and chose the highest combo which included everything: exterior washing, waxing, interior cleaning,vacuuming and polishing which included upholstery. Francisco called me almost immediately and clarified and inquired about any additional work that may need to be done. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. I dropped the car off the next day and if you’re bringing your car there for the first time, don’t be apprehensive when you see only a house on a residential street and not an actual auto body/car wash shop. It’s legit! Not to worry, your vehicle is in good hands!! And if you’d like, they can pick your car up and drive it to their location OR they can bring their equipment van and do the work in front of your home. It’s up to you but I chose to bring my car to them since I was seeking them out to do a job and they shouldn’t have to come to me. But it’s an option. Francisco was very thorough in his work and very quick. When I got my car back, it was like brand new! The interior was like when I drove it off the lot and the exterior was SPARKLING. I could’ve sworn the front of my car was forming a smile :D So if you’re ever looking for a top notch auto detailer that does excellent work in the Daly City area, look no further then Bright Mobile Auto Detailers! You won’t be disappointed. I wasn’t.

My car got a break-in. I had no idea when did it happen, but after gathered info from neighbors, it happened at least 40 hours before I found out. The entire front passenger seat's window was gone, the interior was like a crime scene. It felt like as if there were "multiple visits" as anyone could get inside, even rats. I was scared, sad, and helpless. I arranged a window person to come and replaced the window (recommended by the auto repair shop I brought my car to fix before), and looked for a professional on Yelp to clean and sanitize my entire car's interior. I contacted a few companies, filled out a few online forms, my heart didn't feel solid as everything was so computerized, no one picked up the phone, no one called me back to confirm anything, until Gabriel from Bright Mobile Auto Detailing gave me a call back. Gabriel was empathetic, he felt my pain, and tried his best to give me the earliest appt. possible. He spent 2+ hours deep cleaning my car's interior, he even went above and beyond to clean my trunk, my car was sparkling clean and smiling at me. Gabriel also gave me some tips on how to prevent future car break-ins, I found them very helpful. I am very, very satisfied with the service I got from Bright Mobile Auto Detailing. I hope you will never go through what I have been through, but if you simply want to give your car's interior a deep clean, Gabriel is the guy!

My car was not in the best shape when I handed the keys to Francisco. I got the Interior Diamond cleaning package, and every single nook and cranny of my car is now spotless. He and Gabriel managed to remove stains I thought were permanent, found and removed dust and dirt that I hadn't even known was possible to reach, and honestly made my car look brand new inside. I made the mistake of not taking street cleaning into consideration when I booked, and Francisco went above and beyond in rescheduling for later in the day. Communication was excellent, Gabriel and Francisco were kind and efficient, their service was impeccable, and I haven't loved my car this much since the day I bought it. We will certainly be calling these guys again! 11/10 recommend

I would give 100 stars if I could! I went with their Premium Full Package before I needed to return my leased vehicle to the dealership. It was so convenient having the mobile service come to me. The team arrived right on time and got to work immediately. They took so much time and care with my car - it was very clear how seriously they take their work and the sense of pride they feel when presenting the car at the end. I am not exaggerating when I say they made my car look brand new. I don’t know how they did it but it looked ready for the dealership floor. Can’t thank this hardworking team enough and will recommend them to everyone I know!

Gabriel did a phenomenal job on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. He was able to fit me in on short notice before I left on a road trip. I had hard water spots all over the body/glass from some harsh winters in Washington and he not only spent many hours working to get them all off, he came back to my work again the next day with different equipment to ensure they were all removed. Although I only did a basic interior cleaning, it still looks practically brand new and I am extremely pleased with how kind, punctual and professional he was. Would highly recommend using him for your detailing needs!

Bright Mobile Auto Detailing is simply the best!! My partner and I needed a thorough cleaning of our SUV following a cross-country road trip with our two pets (both shed a lot). I found B.M.A.D. through a Google search. They were the closest to my apartment and their rates were similar to everything else I found. The guy I spoke with who arranged my appointment was very nice. They honestly did a great job. I had never before taken my car to get detailed and they honestly made her look so good. I asked them to focus on the seats because they were some stains and I want to say they removed all of the stains after years of build-up. Thank you guys!

I called early this morning for a last minute detail job and these guys got me in within hours and came to my work! This was my first time with mobile detailing, so I was a little nervous about the results. I ordered the Gold Interior Package. They were extremely polite, fast, and friendly. Only took 90 minutes. The two gentlemen insisted I check over their work before they left, but there was no need. Car interior looks brand new! 110% RECOMMEND and using them again!

I would recommend to my family and friends! Bright Mobile came to our house 7:00am sharp as agreed. Throughout the interior cleaning they pleasantly took any input we gave and encouraged us to bring up anything we wanted done. Van was used by my wife when she nannied. It had grounded in kid dirt, food & liquid stains, dash/door boards dingy, etc. The gentleman professionally made the car look like it came out of a used dealership. Terrific value and people.

I had my vehicle tagged and brought it to these guys three days after it happened. When they saw it, they were honest and said because of how long it was on there that they might not be able to get all of it off. They were able to get it all off and did amazing job. Gabriel is fantastic. I had spilled coffee before going on vacation in the front seat and came back to some nasty mold, and he came and detailed the whole car, and then offered to come back for free if it came back. Surely the mold did, and Gabriel worked with me to come that very next day & wiped it out for good at no extra charge. I am so grateful for his service and kindness with my gross mold issue!! Francisco and his partner did an AMAZING job on cleaning the inside and outside of my RAV4 after we just got back from a road trip with our dogs. First time getting my car detailed and it was a great experience, emailed Gabriel about the detail and he responded pretty fast and made the process really smooth. Francisco did a thorough job of recommending specific treatments needed and those that were unnecessary. He spent close to three hours cleaning and reconditioning the interior. Followed by a hand wash and spray ceramic wax. The car looks great and Fco was a gentleman all the way. Will be my go to car detailing service in the future! A pleasure all the way.

BMAD did a great job on my car!It looks brand new aside from existing dents of course. They were very helpful on the phone and forwarded me to their packages. I got the headlight restoration as well and would highly recommend their service. The stains on my fabric seats were all removed.They even saved my pennies for me when got the car back!
