Yikes! I was half way through the initial exam when I was asked what I wanted to do in the way of treatment. I honestly replied I wasn't sure mainly due to not knowing what (if anything) I could afford. Repeatedly I am asked the same question, what treatment am I wanting. I again and again tell the truth.. I do not know the cost factors so how can I know what I want. So the lady asking these questions leaves and brings back a younger woman who begins with all the exuberance and fake cheer of a sullen camp counselor speaking to a bad camper. Basically telling me I have already paid for the exam.. do I wish to continue...or not? In other words I was wrong to be interested in cost. Bad Camper! Bad! We have your money you won't get it back. Be silent or leave. I shut up. From there it went bad to worse as I ended up speaking to the sullen camp counselor once again as she sat entirely too close being too loud and way too snippy. I found myself laughing out loud as she was speaking to me because she completely ignored my requests for some kind of price break down. I was laughing and she was so obtuse that there was any issue! Seriously? No options no pricing just this is what I Want To Do To You. Agree And Wait For Further Instructions You Prole! This is this woman's thought concerning treatment and cost options. Agree to what she wants PERIOD. Then in a short while someone will discuss with you a list of options as to how you will pay. PERIOD. Nothing like there are several options, this is what I recommend but the CHOICES are YOURS. Long story short I went away knowing that I am not a person to this medical professional because I was interested in going over prices. So if Pricing is even remotely a concern for you either Stay Away from here or put your big boy gloves on! Sister don't play nice here! And Trust This You Will NOT be given any prices until they have tried to push you into a verbal agreement. Just like a Used Car Salesman. They try to get you to agree in principle prior to you actually seeing what the total cost is. BEWARE! And as you read this if you're thinking I'm just butt hurt because it cost more than I can afford well, Yes. I am butt hurt that the cost is much higher than I can afford! But I don't have to be treated in an offhanded fashion. Not at all. I paid for the exam in full prior to going in! I am not at all complaining about the cost. I am complaining about how I was spoken to! Thanks for reading! Bad Camper! Bad! No Pudding For You!

Just an update on how great Brighterway Dental Center has been in helping me get top rate dental treatment when I cannot afford it anywhere else. I just experienced another visit with them where both Dr. Rosen and Dr. Erickson consulted and worked on me at the same time. On my next trip on December 5th they will take molds for my two implants and a bridge so that I can start chewing my food again. The whole staff is always so kind, patient and professional. They are a great place to make donations to so they can continue to take care of so many patients who would not otherwise afford to get the treatment they deserve. So if you need dental work that your fixed income just cannot afford you should contact them and if you can afford it you should make donations to them and get a tax write off. I found a remarkable Dental Clinic, Brighter Way Dental Center in Phoenix about three years ago. I live in Prescott, but all the trips down there have been very worthwhile. I am 72 years old now and have lost some of my teeth due to injuries over my career in Law Enforcement, Bodyguard work and training Cops and SWAT Teams. Also, from old age as well. They have pulled a few and replaced them with implants that look and work amazingly well. Dr Manning has been great to work with and is always willing to discuss every move towards restoring my teeth. Dustin and Michael at the front desk always keep me updated with reminders of my upcoming appointments and others on the staff have been so friendly and professional like Mauricio and Josh the Dental Assistants. I am so happy to have found them all and have appreciated the work they have all done immensely. You will be in great hands with this crew! I have continued going there for all my dental work that I otherwise could not afford. Everyone there is so kind, patient and professional. ATTENTION: New and future patients AND Current and future Financial Supporters: There are NO communication skills here. Your phone calls and texts are ignored. Their work is inferior. Implants are installed incorrectly causing the housings that they snap into to fall out. When your dental apparatus breaks, they don’t fix it even when you have had these for a short period of time. They don’t care if your dentures are off center or correctly aligned. .Financial supporters have different visions than them. They contribute to benefit those in need, to help those in the community to look and feel better, giving them a sense of self worth and confidence. However that is not the vision of the doctors. Their vision is to have a place that offers a professional appearance. That is where your donations have gone, not for the benefit of the patients or a quality service or product. Those reviews that are positive come from people who are employed by them, not actual patients.Their finished product represents how they feel about extending the hopes and visions to those who are under privileged and trying to contribute to the community by having a better chance for employment. Their vision is to make money! That’s the bottom line! This place has a professional appearance but not a professional work ethic. I got the implant post put in and it went a little rough with dental student I had. I felt uneasy and worried about her but that's who I was lined up with. There was no dentist around to oversee any of this procedure, it was just the dental student and an assistant beside her. I was sent home to have a rough recovery, the worst I ever had with swelling, numbness etc..months later I still found numbness in my chin and gums and did not want to go to the next phase and be numbed again. I wanted to give it more time to see if it would improve. 6 months later I returned to the office and the numbness did not improve. The assistant took a CT scan and the dentist told me the terrible news. The implant had been placed incorrectly and I have permanent numbness in my mouth. I became very upset to hear this when the dentist tells me I need to see an oral surgeon. The dentist did not indicate that the school would take care of their mistake and make it right. I became much more upset that they were not wanting to fix this problem. I came to this school because I don't have dental insurance. I went to the front office crying and hysterical and the woman came out and said they would have this taken care. I'm thinking they were just trying to get me to leave the building peacefully because it's been almost 3 weeks ago and this school doesn't answer phones in their office, they do not return messages to discuss resolving this serious matter. This is awful stuff that people should be warned about. I dont even want to give them one star on this rating but this site is forcing me

Update: After the Covid delay I finally got my all on X top fixed denture process started in 11/2022. Due to bone loss the couldn’t do the immediate fixed denture. Fast forward to 11/15/2023 I left Brighter Way Dental with my temporary take home try in fixed denture. It’s been a long journey but well worth it! A special thanks to Dustin for working with me through it all. To Dr Erickson for doing an amazing job on placing the implants & getting them to work. To Dr Hsieh for all the work she has done to get the prosthetics just right! I can’t thank you all enough!!! A final thank you to all the staff & assistants. April 2019 I have had the all on 4 immediate implant fixed dentures on the bottom done. That went great absolutely no problems. Not super happy with denture but it’s just my temp and not the permanent. I’ll be getting them in 2 more months. Today 8/22/19 I had a sinus lift done so I can get the all on 4 implant dentures on top. Again all went great no problems & not as painful as I’d thought it’d be. I could have never afforded these procedures if it wasn’t for Brighter Way! Their fees are phenomenal! It can be a little trying to get in contact & sometimes the wait is a bit long, but well worth it. Keep calling till you get through you’ll be very happy you did! Any difficulties you encounter are long forgotten once you get the procedures needed. You won’t find dental services any where near as affordable as they are here! I can’t say enough good things! I have no idea how this place is so highly rated. If you need anything other than routine cleanings, expect a months-long runaround because the office staff doesn't know how to deal with insurance, never answers the phone and often doesn't return calls. It's been three months now since I was prescribed a hard night guard by one of their dentists and I still don't have it. First, they said my insurance didn't cover it but that was because they didn't submit the claim correctly. Then, after I showed them where they screwed up, and that it *was* covered, they submitted the claim again, but submitted it incorrectly again (though in a different way than before). Then, after I straightened that out, they just plain didn't return any of their calls. So I finally went down there in person and they made an appointment but I cancelled shortly afterward, figuring that they would probably screw up again and try to bill me for the night guard even though they then seemed to be convinced it was covered and then I would have to deal with even more runarounds. The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is that the dentists who work here are OK. But the incompetence of the front desk staff is totally unacceptable. What should take only a couple of weeks--and *did* take only a couple of weeks at my last dentist--took them literally months. I have seldom witnessed such obscene levels of incompetence and dereliction in my entire life. Unless you have no other options, stay far, far away.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my experience walking into this dental office and warn you. Not that I should have to state this, however, I do want to preface that I have a diagnoses of GAD, ADHD, and Autism. I have a dear friend that works within this office, unfortunately I was unable to see him due to the CFO Dustin Marshall. I work within the mental health industry and devote my life to empathetic care and fair treatment of individuals of all biopsychosocial backgrounds. In my humble opinion, the CFO Dustin Marshall was one of the most hurtful individuals I have ever encountered in the field of dentistry. I did not stay for my appointment due to this mans verbal attacks and adamancy of letting me know he was the CFO of the office. I advise to stay far away from this office if you are emotionally sensitive like myself. Please look into other dental office that have individuals who are compassionate, supportive, and understanding of each individuals unique needs. I have found dozens that have been compassionate and understanding of my needs as an individual. If needing advice or help let me know! Thank you and blessed be.

Dustin, thank you for going back and checking the prices and providing me the discounts… most people wouldn’t have read the review and made an effort to see if I was right but you did and I appreciate you for doing so-THANK YOU- Dr Rosen and his staff members were very professional(Dr Basha, the Anesthesiologist was great in helping me to relax). I highly recommend Brighter Way Dental To others and the place was very nice but the person who did the financial transaction/loan failed to apply $3,000 off my bill from ACCCHESS. When you have a teeth that hurts so bad it need to be pulled ASAP or during the removal of the teeth during the first or second process of getting implants and or depending on the dentist. ACCEHSS STATES THEY WILL PAY $1,0000 for all hurting emergency teeth and I was refused this deduction. Other than a few unlikable moments all was great. Again, everything I might have felt neglected in was made up for with everyone’s kindness.

I had a decayed wisdom tooth that was incredibly painful. I suffered for weeks while I tried to find help for uninsured. The first dentist I went to refused to pull and gave me a referral to an oral surgeon who was going to charge me 600$ to pull it. I got the number for Brighter Way the morning after spending 4 hours in the ER to get pain relief. I call them and explained my situation. They told me to come in and they would evaluate. I was there a total of one hour and their stellar team had that tooth removed! Their team was thoughtful, kind, encouraging, compassionate, helpful, and flexible. There were 4 staff in my room helping me through the process because I was so nervous. The dentist, was amazing. I am eternally grateful and don't have enough kind words for ALL the staff at Brighter Way. If there were more people like them, the world would be a better place!

They wer awesome in some areas, not so great in some. They only got 2 stars instead of 4 because they are failing miserably in taking care of someone after they depart the office. I have had issues in the past and had to leave voicemails, they never return them. And now just recently, I've had two separate teeth break out of their implants, simply by eating chicken wings, and have left multiple voicemails about the issue, and they have never returned a voicemail. So don't bother leaving a voicemail because there is a 0% chance that they will actually return a call to you. I had these implants put in barely six months ago, so this should not be happening now, let alone only eating chicken wings. So I am relegated to putting them back in with super glue, because they refused to give me a call so that we can figure out what to do about it.

I’ll give them a 2 star for the staff I met with howeeeeever customer service/front desk is terrible. I signed a form to get my dental images and was told by the gentleman that he’d send them to me. I never received them. I’ve called and left voicemails because no one answers and no one will return my calls. I’ve emailed the email address attached to the feedback email I received and no response. The doctor was the one who wanted me to have these images for some other doctors and I’m getting brushed off by staff. That’s terrible customer service. Side note for new patients, they don’t explain much when you schedule your appointment. They are in a gated area on a dead end road. Drive all the way to the end and there is a gate box on the left side of the road to let you in. Some good info that will come in handy.

I emailed and called them for months daily, no response back. I called them for 3 days straight multiple times a day when the problem got worse and couldn't wait anymore. They barely took messages and never got back to me. They said they'd send the messages to the office ASAP. Clearly, they didn't do this. I never even got an appointment set. At this point, I'd be estatic for an appointment a month away,like others are complaining about. The people who answer the phone apparently can't make appointments.They should make clear that they aren't accepting new patients. A lot of raving reviews here. I'm not sure how all these people actually got an appointment made. I hope the homeless,kids and vets are treated better. From what I read everywhere they are. I surely wasn't.

Wait times can be long after your scheduled time. But these are less experienced people who are learning so I can imagine estimating wait times can be a challenge. And I had an extraction with a dentist who made me never want to go to the dentist again. That said, cheap by comparison to a traditional dental office, and if you are able to, request Dr. Nash (Nashid I think is her full last name). She did extremely well with an extraction I had (not painful, fast procedure and fast recovery - which is the exact opposite of the previous dentist I had there), and she has done other dental work for me with positive results. So it can be a bit luck of the draw, but it's a great option if you don't have dental insurance or are on a lower budget, etc.

After spending an entire adolescence and my early adult life being shamed by past dentist offices and being made to feel guilty about controlling something I didn’t understand or, before recently, something I couldn’t financially support, I have finally found a dentist and dentist office that listens and makes me feel comfortable. They have explained everything I’ve ever asked or even seemed remotely confused about, consoled me when I cried in anger or shame, and just overall have made me feel comfortable in a dentist office for the first time in my life. Lovely people as well as lovely and spectacular work done on my teeth which is the real beauty of their office if you don’t need to comfort that exists there already.

Hi, my name is Tom and I am a senior citizen. I've been going to brighter way for 3 years. When I first arrived I was not able to smile very often or very much. I only had upper and lower teeth in the front and nothing on the sides. I was very self-conscious of this and my social life suffered. I received implant posts and dentures with a great fit when they used the 3D printing. It changed my whole life. I was at a friends house when I met a lovely lady who has now become my partner in life. I asked her what was it that attracted her to me? Honestly she replied, "it was your smile." And we have been together happily ever since. My life truly changed after visiting brighter way and I am very grateful.

I think what they do here is great. However, the front staff is honestly awful. We were recommended by a higher end dentist because we can’t afford to get my girlfriend’s dental implants. We couldn’t even get through to anyone to start an appointment for months! We had to contact our dentist to get through, and he got through in 30 seconds. We also missed an appointment we never knew existed because we were never even told about the appointment! Frusterating especially because we travel an hour to get here. I love what they do, I love the accessibility, but the front staff and he back staff NEED to communicate more throughly, both to themselves and the patients.

i'm giving 5 stars for my today visit 5/10/22 for digital exrays i have read all reviews i just hope i don't experience any of these nightmares. i am so surprise to hear implants breaking & falling apart. and company is not taking this issue serious. that is unacceptable & unsanitary to leave customers in a situation. i have an appointment May 23 2022 I PRAY THAT I DONT EXPERIENCE ALL THESE NIGHTMARES. A Brighter Way Dental Center is AMAZING ! Such a blessing for me in particular. The entire staff is professional and courteus. On my 1st visit they were able to 1st calm me down. They offered their services in full including x-rays antibiotics. That same day began preparations for my new dentures that I was in dire need for. Wow, all my 10 remaining teeth were in bad shape and could not be saved. My appt. Is this Thursday for my new Brighter Way Dentures. More reviews to follow. As I first went in I was scared & apprehensive but I was tired of the shame I carried for so many years. I cried the first 5 or 6 visits but I was comforted by the staff that tended to me. Being greeted my Micheal who was reassuring & kind. My Dr. Donna was so sweet & I was just thrilled at what was becoming a life changing event for me. I love my smile & my heart is also smiling. Thank you Brighter way, for you brought light & confidence into what once was darkness carried.

I've been going to Brighter Way for at least 3 years now, and was referred by the VA. There was a lapse of communication for awhile, but things were resolved and I'm on my way to getting my dentures hopefully at the beginning of the year? Dustin helped me get on the right insurance plans, so hopefully there will be minimal out of pocket cost, as I'm on social security and Medicare. The staff are friendly and competent, so no issues there as far as I'm concerned.

I recently had an implant placed at Brighter Way and was so happy with the results! Dr. Rosen and Dr. al-Baghdadi do exceptional work and made me feel at ease during the process. They explained each step along the way and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding (even provided a neck pillow ). The clinic is top notch and the staff are very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend Brighter Way for Implants and any other dental needs!

Seeing where I had to go made me skeptical and judgmental, BUT once there it was clean inside out and the response I received from the staff was personally awesome. I left there impressed at the whole ordeal, and time spent there wasn't nail biting and hair pulling, as I have always experienced in other Dental offices, and lastly they listened to what I wanted, not what their purse demanded. Worth the trip!

I started in 2018 for dental procedures. Still not finish. They cancel your appt. without letting you know. No professional when it comes to your total dental plan. I signed a statement on the plan they suggested. Now they stated it has gone up because their new management team.. They have cost so many people to be unhappy and will not finish the job because they want more money.

The people I worked with were great! Very personable as well as professional. But !!! They do not have someone who is able to create the denture I need at a reasonable price. Phone quote for an upper and a lower was 2200. very reasonable, because they no longer have the right person on staff my lower quickly became 4500 !!! Very disappointing, A for effort, D for execution.

Dr. Rosen is an awesome dentist! The entire team working with him on my teeth were great. Dr. Rosen though, I feel, went above and beyond when he was first pulling my teeth. The reason i am going here is because of Dr. Badea. Even though I have to drive like 30 minutes just to get there it’s all worth it to see a good dentist that wants your best interest and does a magnificent job! She will do anything to save your teeth not like other dentists. If it wasn’t for her working at this location I wouldn’t come here that’s for sure.

If I could give them less than one star I would, I know I get what I pay for but Good! God I had Temporary filling while waiting or the crown. I didn’t just get the filling in that tooth it was spilled all over my mouth I couldn’t floss I called to ask for appointment they didn’t have one. My mother had filling, all of her filling fell within a month.

Can someone please reach out to me from this clinic that is professional, was recently treated very poorly hear by the elderly lady at the front counter and also by another male worker there, said very rude things to me and I want something done about it, if not I'm filing a lawsuit on how the workers treat the homeless here.

Was informed over the phone my dental coverage was accepted, went for consult and had to schedule a follow-up but in the end of going down there myself after calling twice and leaving my callback information with no one calling me back I was told I’m out-of-network and given full prices of non-coverage!

Brighter way is beyond amazing ! The staff all make you feel welcome and are very gentle especially Esmeralda and Daniel. Being a bilingual person they made me feel like I was in a safe place and yet were very professional. Extremely please with the service ! Highly recommend for any dental procedures.

I have had issues with them since 2018. I will not use brighter way ever again. It was a battle since day one trying to get everything completed and they go back on their word. They only care about money. There is no professional work ethic that I have seen in that establishment. 2 stars is generous.

Be careful you guys I want there for a year and a half and two days before they were ready to put crowns on me they thrown me out and I went back to get my medical record all my x-rays are missing
