Wanted to support a local business, so decided to go to Brighton mitre ten to place an order for materials, unfortunately I needed to use the toilet ,when I asked the staff member I was told due to someone soiling it sometime ago, I was unable to use it ,I was welcome to go over the road to the football club and use the one there, I decided if I had to leave the premises, I may as well go to Bunnings , not all tradies are the same and you missed out on a big order, won't be recommending this local mitre ten

I called in to take a look at their chainsaw range and boy was I surprised at their extensive range. The staff member was very helpful and we discussed which model would suit my needs best. I was very impressed with the service and the price was very competitive. They even filled it with chain/bar oil and also filled the fuel tank. I was then given detailed advice on how to start it. Thanks guys, you provide a service that Bunnings can only hope to provide. Well done!

Well Mitre 10 is indeed as the saying goes " mighty helpful" as I was assisted with a drop saw blade replacement recently...had lost my instructions and was a bit timid about trying myself...so the good people there...specifically "Brett" from memory, replaced the blade for me. I have since been able to make more picture frames for my paintings with ease...new blade whoop whoop, should have done this sooner. With thanks, Mitre 10

The phrase "mighty helpful" applies here. I just now purchased a weber kettle from Luca. This fellow was knowledgeable about the product friendly and helpful and never pressured me into the purchase. I went away and thought about it for a while before returning. He listened to my questions and concerns and was respectful of my lack of knowledge. I will definitely be returning.

Can't speak highly enough of this gem of a store. On the rare occasion when I must go to Bunnings its like going to the dentist in comparison! Mitre 10 Brighton....stocked well and with staff that are genuinely interested in giving personal assistance . Really grateful for this store and exceptional staff.Love shopping here.

Warm friendly service from a caring business that offers a massive range of stuff for the size of the store. Im new to the area so my first time here but will defo be back. I had a great experience here. I came in to buy a Weber BBQ and the staff were very helpful. They bend over backwards to help customers. The staff even unpacked the Weber box which was a tad bit too big to fit in the car and helped me to load the parts in separately. Hats off to Brett from the team!

Very helpful, friendly staff, Brett in particular ,who went above & beyond to order in a 56mm rubber sink plug (an odd size that most places seem to not stock ). Within less than a week I received a personal phone call & on purchasing it

A great smaller hardware store with a good selection of home and gardening hardware. They also have a wonderful selection of indoor and outdoor plants at affordable prices. Perfect for a quick stop in for your home and garden needs!!

Very small area for plants. Not much to choose from. Brighton Rd gets too busy to find a decent car park. Their carparking space is too tight for a wagon,so next time I visit there,I might have to take public transport,like a bus.

The best stock of Weber products I have ever seen. Staff were absolutely sensational. Particular shout out to one very tall (can’t remember his name) stag member who was SO knowledgeable about bbq!! We will be back.

Reasonable range of goods. You will find a professional friendly service and some excellent priced specials. I find old fashioned help in loading goods is something of great value to the elderly.

More cozy and personal than a Bunnings and likely to have something they don't. Local and easy to get to if you live at Brighton and need something quickly. Keep it going or we'll lose it

Called in Saturday asked older lady for help was asking about spray for tomatoes getting some help then she said had things to do then left me, that's not what I call customer service.

Local, great service, often get something you won't find at Bunnings - like horticultural glue! Great personal advice, car parking never a problem. They do deliver goods.
