Brought a potted chrysanthemum hanging plant 3 weeks ago to give to my MIL. Well today it is nearly dead. Went to buy another one and all your stock was nearly dead and $5 cheaper. Had to rebuy new plant to give to MIL. Not happy !! Told checkout guy and he said he would pass in my comments but I didn't feel he cared.☹️

I were to Bunning prospect today on 03/10/23. I served by a girl who was at the key cut counter around 7pm. The way she communicated to customer was like unfriendly communication and didn’t tell me to scan the Flybuys, and I didn’t remember to scan while I was checking out at the counter.
