Had to do a maintenance job at Pimpala Rd today (29/12/2020) and utilised the nearby Bunnings. They got 4 stars and it would've been 4.5 (Google reviews don't do halves) because there was no one at the paint desk. After 5 minutes of my offsider and I hoping that the paint fairy would eventually turn up, I had to ask one of the checkout operators to call for assistance. The paint woman that served us was very friendly and knowledgeable and we got what we were after at a reasonable price. Then we attempted to find a 19 mm fitting to fit onto an outdoor tap. Another young female tried to help us but couldn't so she called for their section expert, 'Bailey', and he was great. It was matter of young eyes V not so young eyes. He won. As a regular visitor to Bunnings, mainly North & Northeast of the CBD, I found the staff there were on their game, as most Bunnings stores are. The only other negative was the one and only trailer parking spot. Luckily we scored a head to head park in the corner as if we didn't we would've taken up 4 car parking side by side spaces.

Very neat Bunnings centre. Always a friendly hello at the door! Bunnings cafe does a pretty decent iced coffee. They can cut longer lengths of timber to size. I have also grabbed some discounted off cuts. Came in handy for a shed project! Hiring a trailer is a pretty straight forward process. Just make sure you can actually move it yourself. The larger dual axle was very heavy to maneuver. Buying a specific colour of paint was a simple and quick process. Done within minutes! Staff need to be better trained to assist customers that wish to use the complimentary trailer service. Took forever to get the trailer and I had to remind the staff for the trailer plugs. Also, it would be better service to offer some tie downs with the trailer hire. I literally had to leave my products and drive home to get some tie downs. Not buying another set..

Went there to get an extension attachment for K2 Karcher pressure washer and also a cleaning solution for cleaning my pavers. Found both items and reasonably priced. I did ask how to get the solution and was told just place the tube from machine into bottle. Went home and did exactly that, but it didn't seem to work. Did a u tube check and read instructions on the bottle. In short, I found a variable speed attachment that comes with the unit. Put on the attachment setting it low. It finally worked. This was not explained by the person who I asked advice from. Then I had to go to another location to get the extension attachment. That really worked out well as otherwise lots of bending over. Why is that not added in the first place, we're not all 5 feet tall

This Bunnings is terrible for such a fairly new store. It seems this was my forth visit for which when i have gotten to bunnings the items are not avaliable or instock like the "instock" notification shows on the website, and when ever asking staff about it, its always a reactive "thats the problem with technology" rather than a proactive response such as "sorry didn't realise ill go fix it up" Im sure the item i have gone for today will show instock for the next 6 months like previous times ensuring others are inconvenienced. I won't be bothering with Reynella anymore just straight to Marion or Noarlunga a few extra k's are worth it, and if managment wonders why they aren't meeting sales targets in their stores, its because we get sick of it.

Well not so satisfactory this visit. Short on time, I rushed in for an obscure item - metal 'pegs' for a peg board ( for securing tools). Having no idea where to start, so approached a staff member. Was directed to aisle 42. Could not locate item in my limited time so asked another worker. Aisle 7. No. Asked another, aisle 43. I picked up a dollar bucket and paid. I then asked a helpful young lady on the register about the item. She looked it up quite comprehensively. Sorry she said it looks like we don't stock that item. Also one of the people a woman with ong red hair could hardly be bothered to look at me when I queried her during my search. Customer service,? Needs a tweak. Thank you

Visited Bunnings Reynella this morning 28 /7 2023 I visited the outdoor furniture and was sent to the special orders section. I waited 10-15 minutes nobody at the counter. I even waved at the cameras for service. But NO SERVICE After a while along came a women in a black Bunnings t-shirt tried not to look at me. Went to her computer. I waited and waited to no response. I cannot believe I got no response, not even a hello I won’t be long! . I walked out of the store. Told the women at the front of the store who says good morning sir. If this is the way Bunnings train there staff you have lost me. I went to Mitre 10 they were only to happy to serve me.

The worst bunnings in Adelaide. Rude and incompitent staff. Not helpful. Drove from a long way to get a item which was supposedly in stock but wasn't and the staff were very RUDE to me. It was a female staff member with a disgusting attitude and the other staff were just lazy. TO THE MANAGER OF THE STORE HAVE A GOOD TALK TO YOUR STAFF AS THEY NEED A ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT ASAP.WON'T BE BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN. ALSO NOTICED OTHER STAFF INSTIGATING PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMERS AND THAN BLAMING THE CUSTOMER WHEN I'M A WITNESS THE CUSTOMER WAS POLITE AND SPOKEN TO LIKE TOTAL POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR MANAGEMENT.

Bunnings is like Disneyland for handymen/women, gardeners and people with time on their hands. The Reynella store is the newest in South Australia and according to staff is larger than the Noarlunga branch. What I like about Bunnings, besides the huge range and competitive prices, is the fact that the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's rare to pass one without getting a cheerful greeting, and I am pretty sure it's not because of my looks. They seem happy to be there and several have told me it's a good place to work. This store is handy for anyone in Reynella, Old Reynella, Morphett Vale, Happy Valley, Woodcroft, and Onkaparinga Hills.

Went to the store yesterday, bought some tools and parts. Store is a great store, but not the staff named George. He is impatient, inconsiderate and rude. If I knew the answer I wouldn't ask. Yes, I know little about plumbing and my question to him is dumb. He is good at frustrating you and making you feel like an idiot. Wonder if that is the way he normally treats people/customers. Eventually, two shoppers helped me, showed me the solution with patience and kindness. I was very grateful. If any staff from the Reynella store read the message, please tell George: Don't treat people like this, it is hurtful.

I shopped at this Bunnings store due to the fact that the staff at my local store are not very friendly or helpful. When I asked for help it was obvious that I was just being annoying and they did not want to help me. I will now be shopping at Reynella Bunnings from now on. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and happy to help. When I left the store I felt very respected by the staff who were only too happy to help me. Thank you Michael and Lordy. Ordered a hot water system for my 84 year old mother as her system was leaking for 3 days. Went online Ordered from bunnings, and it says if you order before 11am, it will be installed the same day as long as you pay in full. I did this and waited an extra 2 days for it to be installed then after all of that run around there's still no hot water, so 6 days with no hot water, the system must be no good or the installer stuffed up. Very traumatic experience for my elderly mother, Nice one Bunnings. Not!!!

This place was awesome. I spoke to 3 Lovely Ladies (I will and usually do, get names I think it's important to call people by their names. It's a sense of worth. After all, Manners Maketh Man) who not only knew where everything was but gave me hints suggestions and all the advice a 52 yesr old novice could want or ask for. I got overwhelmed looking at drill bits and had to leave. I love places and people like this. I will be going back. If only they sold computer parts, I'd be living there.

Got sold a mistint that was 70% water which we discovered when we got home a while back. Paint desk told us to get a refund, but the store manager stepped in and denied it. I get that Bunnings was conned with a customer return, but I brought paint and was sold water. It should have been checked when it was returned. Had to take it to another Bunnings to get a refund. Manager was rude about the whole process.

It’s Bunnings. The same as every other Bunnings but in Reynella. Bunnings carries a large range, has multiple locations and even though the prices are increasing due to no competition (blame yourself for killing your local hardware store) - you really have no choice…unless you want to support an independent Mitre 10. The power is yours! If you can’t find that power- they sell generators in the tool shop.

Great store with great products and rage of prices and brands (well known ones and a cheaper alternative). Service can be a bit poor sometimes and make sure your shoes have some grip as the floor can be slippery I some places, much better then other stores though, besides from those things that's it. The Bunnings it’s self is great! Has the best range in flowers and plants! The staff on the other hand.... I’ve had a few bad interactions with staff... especially the younger crew. I’ve seen eyes being rolled, talking to customers inappropriately. I love the store but cringe when I have to go through the checkout.

Nice store nice staff but the online stock system is rubbish. Website says it's in stock but no location staff say it's in stock but no location so where is it no one knows staff says it a promotion must be in the isle's so let's walk the store up and down and still can't locate it poor service …

Everything i want is always in stock. Staff are great, provably the best Bunnings as far as staff goes. I'm still waiting for a special order to come in correctly but it's not Bunnings fault I've got the wrong one twice. Bunnings staff have been great. We can't wait for Saturday craft to return❤

Friendly and helpful staff. Am currently working on building an aviary and staff have been very helpful in cutting wood to size and I have found all the products I need. All staff in the timber area have been great. A special shout out today to Simon as today I needed more fiddly pieces cut

I spoke with Darren today at Reynella Bunnings, I would have to say in all the years I have dealt with various people in customer service roles, He has gone above and beyond to be helpful, caring, understanding and curtious toward his customers. Definitely deserves a promotion. Well done.

Not only the best coffee I've ever had while shopping at Bunnings but one of the best coffee's I've ever had, anywhere! I was served exquisitely by a lovely lady named Tyla who perfectly made my cappuccino, I'll definitely be making this my regular Bunnings.

Had to be a quick visit for a specific item. Very happy. The item was exactly where the app said it would be and was easy to find. In & out in 5 minutes which is not my preferred style of Bunnings shopping but on this occasion was the required style.

It's a good Bunnings. Usually not very busy so you're able to find what you need without pushing and shoving. I recommend over the Noarlunga and Marion store. The plants are always on sale so if you're looking for a bargain, try there first.

It's a newly opened store but it's the same as them all. Wide aisles. Plenty of stock. You can check online to see if they have stock and which aisle it's in too. Weekends have snags out the front also. They stock a great range of products.

Haven't been able to get what I want for 12 months now. Seems that every time I go In they have less pesticides. Sick of the lack of supply chain excuse. They should have enough clout to get what people want. I'm not the only one either.

Bought kindling only to find that when the bag was opened, all the wood was damp. Completely useless. To be this damp, it must have been in the rain for days. Also bought a bag of wood, again sodden. They have stored this outside

Bunnings is always the hardware store of choice. However, when searching for items online, the smaller items are rearly in the store. I'd rather see it and buy it in person than have to pay for postage, and it not be quite right.

Huge carpark. Usually has a good sausage sizzle at the weekends. Correct me if I am wrong but this Bunnings is re using an existing warehouse. Most Bunnings are purpose built. Staff are knowledgeable ,courteous and efficient.

Bunnings is a great place to browse through for all your DIY needs and more. Just a shame that some of the young workers are not interested in being there. No conversation or smile at the trade self checkout. Disappointing

I hate going to Bunnings it is so big and overwhelming. However today I had lots of help from staff who personally took me to the light section helping me find the right lights from my house. Best Bunnings expensive yet.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always have stocks. Only thging to improve is for them to add a UTE for hire. I believe lot of people will hire a Ute if they have a Ute for hire in Reynella Bunnings.
