"This place does great things to ensure everyone can own a pet"
Absolutely Amazing!! The staff are so kind and experienced! They were also brilliant with my daughter who suffers with extreme anxiety and made her feel welcome and calm when we went to visit our dog we adopted. The team who work there are truly amazing people and their work they do is amazing!
Was eligible for much cheaper treatment when my cat Luna got into a fight with something much bigger than her and needed late night treatment. They were fantastic, lovely and quick. Such respect for the RSPCA helping ppl who love their pets

I would not recommend , my little girl had the most awful cut for her Spading. It looks like a butcher cut her .and it cost me £110.00 pound. front staff are not friendly ,it's a case of take it or leave it.
This place does great things to ensure everyone can own a pet. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. Had loads of notices to keep you informed as well as lots of leaflets
Refused my application to re-home a dog after l've spent the past 24yrs as a dad to 2 Staffies(both Rescue's) but they have the nerve to keeping sending me requests for donations!
Very helpful and caring we took a very small hedgehog to the centre and now the little hedgehog is safe in a sanctuary until its big enough to be set back into the wild x
The staff are friendly and caring, to look at the animals, it's not open on a Monday, only Tuesday to Sunday , so I didn't get to see any poor baby's, only on Google
Easy to find and has a good easily accessible car park. We just dropped off goods for the animals. The people we spoke with were extremely helpful and friendly
My cousin and I donated food...blankets and towels and they were so grateful. Lovely place and definately the place to go if you are thinking of having a pet.
When my cat was run over they looked after him very well. Their care was excellent and he's now back at home being a pain as usual. Thanks to the vets here.
The Bristol branch of the RSPCA with Dogs and Cats home and animal clinic combined. Dedicated staff doing fantastic work saving lives - nuff said :)
Amazing group of people. They are incredibly good at their jobs, loving caring and very good trainers. Wouldn't hear a bad word said about them
Shut!!! Due to Covid pandemic ??? Does not make sense, anamals require treatment at "all times" perhaps we should close Southmead Hospital !
Very helpful staff, were quick and efficient and kind and courteous. Glad I know where they are now to bring sick and injured wild animals.
We adopted tow little westies from them. Their help and support has been winderful. Very special staff who love animals simply the best
I've adopted 17 ferrets from Bristol ARC, they were looked after well while they were there with large cages and an awesome playroom.
No longer have a vet(public)service which is such a shame because they were such a lovely bunch and always loved after my dogs.
Good that you have to prove your ability to home and care for an animal in need of love …
Wonderful rescue center really great staff. Fundraising days are well worth the visit to support a great cause.
