Went to Romford Shopping Hall on the 7th October had to park on the second floor then find that the lifts were broken and as I am disabled I was unable to use my chair but there was no signage to say if you use a wheelchair you will not be able to use the lifts! Absolutely disgusting!

Don't even bother if you are in the slightest bit disabled, 1 of the lifts hasn't worked for years and the other lift stopped working 3 weeks ago, if the market is on the traders park however they feel like either taking up 2 over sized

Absolutely appalling car park.Hang out for drug users and alcoholics.Filthy,never cleaned,like driving into a refuse tip and why do the pay machines and auto barriers never work.At £10 per day it’s a disgrace.

Can never get out of the bloody place!! You're meant to get a token when you drive in so that you can pay upon exit but you never get one then end up stuck pressing the assistant button for AGES!!

Plenty of spaces normally. Unfortunately the place is falling apart and looks like the scene of a murder... Signs are almost completely useless with every exit stair leading to service roads.

-Broken lifts for a few weeks now (and counting) -Staircase smells of urine (mostly) / cannabis (sometimes), often rubbish is left along

Terrible, filthy, company fine you even when you have paid. Evil people and terrible company service … avoid this place

Its not clear about payment as it was sunday ..we got stuck at the exit ..luckily someone helped us .

A bit lost at the staircases as we where parking at the ground floor and lifts were busy.

Please get lifts overhauled. Very often out of order. No free Sunday parking.

Terrible car park. Charged me twice for the one stay.
