Its a fair size area that connects the Shaver Applewood heritage homstead where they facilitate weddings, meetings & other event rental space, a TDSB Jr. PS and playground for the residential community. A basketball court is planned for a part of the area.
Very big and open, has a historical house in one side and a public school on other. They will be adding a basketball court by 2019. Only one Pokemon Gym in Park and few pokestops.

It is, in fact, a broad park. I don’t know how many acres it is, and besides… I thought we were metric now. Anyway, great place.
Small and cozy… Used to be clean.. Shame there is some folks that drop all tim horton’s cups abs rest of food on the floor
Decent neighbourhood park, close to Timmies. Renovated play ground for kids. Doubles up as a teen hangout at night.
All this land and not much playing stuff for the kids. Would be nice for splash pad area more swings and slides.
Nice park. Largest park in the Etobicoke West Mall area. Large grassy area, but lacks trails or amenities.
Great play space for the kids and I have been on the swing myself... a wonderful afternoon in the park.
Hey family, Here’s an honest review of my visit to Broadacres Park located at The West Mall
very spacious and flat, perfect for games or just running around with your kids
Cherry blossoms in the spring. Lots of kids in the summer. Fun place to play.
The view is nice, but baseball diamonds are destroyed and lawn is unkept.
Au Natural and very homely. Quietly memorable and in touch with nature.
it's a nice park, I just wish there were more recycling/garbage bins
Park is good but Need a washroom facility in summer.
Beautiful park and a quiet place in a crowded city
Small but beautiful. It has a small park for kids.
