I emailed ahead of time and made sure that they are able to cut a key that I had. They said yes and that is would cost $10. Me: I would like to cut this key (providing a blank to the guy) Him: No problem. It's $10 but we can't guarantee that it would work on a blank that you provided. Me: no problem. I will take the risk. Him: yes, we do it all the time and it works. We just have to tell the client ahead of time. -taking my key. Coming back after a few min: Him: to cut this key I need to take it off the fob it's connected to (it's a flip key). Thus, it would cost you $20 instead of $10. Me: OK Him: but I cannot do it right now. Me: I can take it off the fob myself. It takes 30 second. Him: No problem, it would save you $10, but again, I cannot do it right now. So. Long story short: - if cutting simple keys is not enough profit for you and you don't want to do it, just say so. In fact, just say you don't do it. - If you started the process, finish it. And don't come up with some BS to force the client to leave. Do I need you or you need me? I can go cut this in Canadian Tire or Home Depot, but I preferred going to a local store. - If you had time to cut a key, you had time to take it off the fob, or at least let me do it and then cut the key. - If $10 is nothing for you and you are not willing to do a 45sec job, then you're not going to get this $10 or any future locksmith work I may need in the future. - Just be honest. Not cheap, not fast, not nice. Just be honest. Say you don't want to deal with it, and I will totally respect it.
The worst customer service experience I have witnessed in my whole life. When I walked into the store, first thing I notice is an old Caucasian man behind the counter (he claimed he was the owner) yelling at a customer. His young male staff was ganging up with the owner to yell at the customer while there were 5 other customers witnessing the event waiting in line. I stayed there to hear the story, but left upon learning how they treated the customer. It turns out that the customer that the owner was yelling at came to make 16 copies of the keys. He said he was too busy, and told the customer to come back later or go to another store to do it. The customer asked if the rest of the 5 customers came before her. They said no, but they are willing to attend them first because they "assumed" those customers would have only 1 key to copy. Basically they were saying they would attend the ones that came later because the 1st customer had too many keys. Instead of sending the customer with kind words, the owner escalated the matter in an ugly way in view of other customers. As soon as they "kicked out" the customer, they started saying aloud insulting and discriminatory words about the customer who was female and Asian. Wow...
Asked Broadway Locksmith to come and re-key the entry doors in our house. PROS: + completed the job as requested CONS: - gave us a window which they were to arrive - they missed it by over an hour (I did love taking an EXTRA 1.5 hours off of work to wait for them to arrive...) - a part on one of the locks broke - we were told 2 days to get it in...never got call/email about it until I called 7 days later and was told they would come the next day (they never confirmed a time until I had to call) - they said the part was impossible to find, and provided a new deadbolt to replace the one which was broken. the issue is that the deadbolt doesn't match the 10 other locks in the house and the quality of the deadbolt was less than the one it replaced. it makes sense...(excuse all the car metaphors) the replacement lock is on their dime, but it was like replacing a camry with a corolla. we know our locks aren't cadillacs, but we know they used one of the most 'affordable' locks in their shop. In the end, the work was done...but the lack of communication was not great. We were told it is because they are so busy and short-staffed...but it's not a great way to run a business long term.
Usually a great store, but this time: I asked over the phone, if a client’s door lock doesn’t turn over, what the issues could be. They mentioned it’s prob the lock that needs replacing if old. They got all the info about lock, which is great so far. Guy shows up without any replacement lock, just a can of WD-40 and a rag, and sprays in the lock. Turns it over and it goes. I asked him why the lady couldn’t suggest that over the phone in 5 seconds, and if it doesn’t work, then suggest to replace the lock. He didn’t really seem to care, said it’s very common, and proceeds to charge $160 for a spray of WD40 and 2 mins. There’s a service call charge and a “supplies” charge of $35. Mulled it over for a few days, spoke to some other people about the service. They felt it was unethical at best. Not the best example of service unfortunately this time around.
My 8 year old kid is currently on a lock and key obsession (at the moment). So we decided to head to our local locksmith and check out all the different kinds of locks they had with zero intention of purchasing anything this time around. The owner was so genuinely nice, he went out of his way to educated my kid about all the different kinds of locks & keys he had in his store. 30 minutes later ~ this store owner went to his back room, pulled out an old door lock to give to my son (it had minimal value but it meant the world to him). It was just so so kind! Then as we were leaving the owner reached down and handed my son a brand new astronaunt key chain for all his keys . - FOREVER we will be a customer to Broadway locksmith & SO SHOULD YOU. This company deserves a customer service award! ❤️
Don't bother with this place if you want high quality customer service and product. I went in to make a few copies of 6 different keys I had for different areas in my house. They decided to give me identical types of keys for every single key I wanted to duplicate even when the master copies were different types of keys. I didnt realize until I got home and I had absolutely no clue which keys belonged to what. I decided to go back on a later date to make a complaint and the boss came up to me straight up and said " nothing we can do, this is the only type of keys we have" and offered me a few 10 cents key caps instead. Are you kidding? a locksmith place only has 1 type of key??? Kidding right? Do not come to this place, you will be very disappointed.
I lost a key and needed to get my passport tonight and I couldn't find anywhere else open that could also use the code I had to make a new key. I called Broadway Locksmith and was rushing from New Westminster during rush hour. I called a couple times and then I realized I wouldn't make it by 5:30, I would be 5 minutes past closing. I asked if they would be willing to stay open a few minutes late given the circumstances and they said they would wait, and weren't even bothered by it. They genuinely wanted to help. When I arrived, they had the key already cut for me and were so kind and helpful. I don't know who I spoke to on the phone and in the store (one lady and a man) but I highly recommend them! Thank you so much for your help and saving my night.
I’ve been to 3 places to try and get a small mailroom key cut and either the place didn’t have the templates or it didn’t work when I got home. When I came into Broadway Locksmith I was really hoping they would have the templates and be cut correctly. The staff took the key and quickly got 2 keys cut within 5 minutes with the exact matching templates. Both keys worked perfectly and didn’t have any friction when using it. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable, $5 per key cut. I am coming here from now on for all my key cutting purposes, and you should too! They have a huge wall of different key templates so I have no doubt you’re going to find what you’re looking for here!
Our condo door lock was jammed and I called at 8.30am for help. The person I spoke to was very helpful and arranged for a technician to visit at 10pm. Hal arrived promptly and was extremely pleasant and professional. He found the problem and fixed the lock. He could easily have replaced the lock and charged us a lot more but said the lock was of good quality and a more simple repair was all that was needed. We were extremely impressed with the speed of the visit, the quality of the work and the friendliness and professionalism of everyone we dealt with - and the cost was very fair. We would always use Broadway Locksmiths in the future.
I was struggling to find locksmith where my car key can be copied(programmed one), and this shop was the only place offered to me a reasonable price(We talked over the phone). I explained the whole situation very specifically to the guy who picked up the phone , and he said it will cost only 25 CAD. However, price was jumped to 65 CAD when I got there(I asked exactly same thing), and he even copied the key before gave me a quote(it took him less than 1 minutes) . So I ended up paying 72 CAD(65CAD+TAX). I do not know other places do business in this way, but it was not a pleasure experience. b
Be careful. Rip off alert! I brought a blank key to them to cut for my motorcycle and they charged me $50 and took 2 hours!!! I had another one done at cdnTire for $5.25 in 5 minutes. If it's not theft, I don't know what it is. Will never return. Tell others to be careful esp in this bad economy. REPLY TO YOU: You are very rude. Just because I don't write my family name for privacy does not make me fake. I AM NOT FAKE!!! You charged me $50 b/c you thought I wont bother writing a review. Take responsibility instead of accusing me of lying!!! I make sure I post my reviews on other app too.
I went to Our Community Bikes because my key tip was stuck in my lock. They suggested Broadway Locksmith. I went there and the locksmith though it would be easy to get out. They were very busy and told me to come back in a hour. They seem very professional, hardworking and efficient. I was given an estimate. I came back and the tip was too buried, they asked for a few more days. Finally, I received a phone call that they had succeeded. I was happy to have my Abus lock back instead of in landfill! They also charged me less then the estimate. So thank you gentlemen!
First time here. Quite busy for a weekday, especially since their front is now covered by subway work on Broadway. And surprisingly, there are A LOT of staff working there. Fast, pleasant service but pricey - $5.00 plus tax = $5.60 as I'm used to $4-4.50 for a copy of the key. Not a huge dollar difference, but percentage wise...?! Ok place if you only buy small stuff and close by for convenience but for bigger ticket items I would check the price first. And apparently, big ticket items, all sorts of fancy security systems/locks is their forte and on ample display
More great service from the guys at Broadway Locksmith. Some 24/7 joker came and drilled out my deadbolt and then couldn't replace it. He said it would cost the same to fix my existing lock as to replace it with new ($100) and said I couldn't use the same kind of key. That was a bummer because I have my whole house keyed to one key and I use this door every day. In the end he didn't have parts to fit the door so left me with an unlockable door and $160 poorer. I took the old parts to Broadway and they fixed it to fit my old key in 10 mins and charged $20. Thanks!
Lovely service! I got 2 of my keys cut today. An older man helped me with the cutting of my keys and he was very kind. I wasn’t able to see what key designs they had available to choose from, as they were smaller in size from the front counter, so I asked if i’d be able to go behind the counter to check the available keys, he said yes and I got to choose the keys I liked. I got an Elvis key and a Flower key, they’re so beautiful and were cut perfectly! I love carrying around my keys and they’re now easier to spot when I open the doors. Thank you so much! :)
So, I lost the spare key to my Nissan Xtrail and got caught on the horns of a dilemma. Buy a genuine Nissan key and have the dealer cut and program it for $230. Or buy one on ebay for $10 and have the dealer try to program it for another $115. I was torn - spend a small fortune for a key that I may never need. Or risk wasting the cost of programming 'cos the key didn't actually have a working transponder chip in it.......So I went to Broadway Locksmith and within 10 minutes I had a new key that worked and it cost $90. Why wouldn't I give them 5 stars.
Had booked a 10-11am appointment several days in advance. The day comes and I call after 11am as i hadn't heard from anyone. I was asked who my strata management company is? Okay. So where's the locksmith? Oh he'll be there "soon". Before noon. 1235pm. Still no locksmith. I call to see what's happening and express my frustration in a waste of time waiting for this guy. "He'll be there soon." How soon? You said that last time. "I'm not sure." Hard pass guys. Hopefully the next company is more professional and customer service oriented.
Terrible service and communication. I brought in a lock to get keys for it and through confusing communication with 3 different individuals, I was made to believe I would only have to pay for new keys. They later said due to a security issue they changed the bearings inside the lock which cost 17.50 and plus the 3 keys I wanted, they charged me close to 30 bucks when it was only 20 dollars to buy a new lock... they dont really care about the customer and just want to get as much money as possible out of you, avoid at all costs.
This place is amazing. Guys are amazing and the inventory is out of this world. They literally have a business license from 1972. It's getting harder and harder to find a locksmith that'll cut keys, never mind strange keys. I highly suggest you don't go deal with Home Depot or somebody like that for keys as the cut I find is often wrong and you have to jiggle the key to open the door. Other locksmiths have turned to mobile only but their Google maps shows them as open. Broadway lock is fast, professional and knowledgeable.
Real professionals who Know their stuff. Although I was served by what I thought might be an apprentice, he was not reluctant to get questions answered by his more experienced workmate. I was after some duplicate keys for my ebike, which due to its different shape, I was not able to source from other outlets. Experience told me to bring the battery with me as this saves a lot of running back and forth, if any fine tuning is required. I got 2 duplicates of the key for $15cad, which seemed quite reasonable.
Had a mortise lock break in a condo entry door in a newer highrise building and there's no way I could fix that myself. Called around a few places, saw some positive comments about this place on reddit and also a recommendation from a handyman I know. These guys were solid, well priced and without a doubt would highly recommend. A couple other places I called sounded sketchy and would have probably ripped me off. Don't be fooled. Go to these guys who've been around since 1971!
We recently had issues with our front door lock. When I called Broadway, the staff answered politely, asked questions and said "yes we can have someone visit this afternoon." The locksmith visited quickly, was attentive and made sure the assessment was good. He took the cylinder back to the shop for maintenance and returned the same day (just a couple hours). This was not a job most would taken. I am very thankful for Ryan's hard work and professionalism.
I recently misplaced the keys to an old 78" Datsun I own and needed new ones cut based off a key code I found. After getting some fairly ridiculous quotes from many mobile locksmiths (as high as $450!!) I decided to give these guys a shout. I'm glad I did as they were able to get the keys cut within 24hrs, and all three keys work flawlessly. The best part is... it cost me $35! I truly appreciate how professional and prompt the service was. Thanks again!
Great business!!! Went in with my 50+ year old door knob that had worn out. We wanted to keep the outer handle. They took the time to check old stock and take offs, found the style and built me one while I waited. You just do not find service like this in our big box world. Fabulous service and excellent finish. Go to them for all your locksmith needs, big and small, old or new. Very knowledgeable. Great part of our community. Thank you.
Got a couple keys duplicated here, would highly recommend it. Had issues in the past with duplicated keys not working (got them done at big chain places like walmart or home depot) so I was concerned with how the keys duplicated here would function. The keys work great, and the turnaround time was probably less than 3 minutes. Can't speak of their other services, but if you need a key duplicated and you're in the area, check them out.
I regularly come here for all my locksmithing needs. I bought a cheap lock on Amazon from China and they cut the keys, but due to the odd shape couldn't fit. The staff and manager were extremely helpful and refunded me. I only regret buying the padlock on amazon as the one here seems much more studier for the same price. I highly recommend this place for their high professionalism, great prices and friendly staff.
Broadway Locksmith is the place to go! They've been very dependable in providing parts I've needed (getting a key cut that neither another locksmith nor home depot had in stock, and replacing the locks on a truck canopy) and go above and beyond when it comes to service. Very helpful and friendly. Would recommend going here first for any key/lock/security needs, they've got a wide inventory and expertise to match.
Left our keys with family on the other side of the country by accident and Broadway locksmith was super friendly and quick to respond. Turns out our lock was also loose (we knew this already before we called them) and needed replacing and Broadway locksmith came, replaced our lock cylinder and gave us new keys for less than just the call out price quoted by the other companies we called. Highly recommend!
I've had great experiences in the past with this locksmith and was really let down on the last visit. We've a problem with the lock on our front door. The two younger guys I dealt with were great but couldn't help. They handed me over to the older guy there who was patronizing as hell and completely unhelpful. Go to this locksmith for key cutting etc but anything complicated it may be better to stay away.
Just wanted to pass on my thanks to the folks at Broadway Locksmith for their friendliness, professionalism and the excellent job done. The current Covid situation and my personal health meant that extra precautions were necessary for the sake of my own wellbeing, and Broadway Locksmith took this very seriously and completed the job with their own masks and gloves which I really appreciate. Thanks guys!
Walked in on a Friday just before closing. I was immediately greeted by staff of a clean shop that showed years of expertise. I got two keys cut and was surprised at the quick turnaround. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Would readily recommend those who want good work done and those who want to support small business during the Broadway Subway project. Short walk from the skytrain station.
After just calling the lady to enquire about a lock door repair/replacement she immediately said 'we don't do that'. I explained again that it was just a backdoor key lock and she again very abruptly said 'we don't do vehicles', without giving me a chance to explain the website says automotive, which was why I rang! Maybe this information should be changed on the website
I came here hoping to find a replacement lock cylinder for my front door handle that had jammed and had to be cut. The gent working there was very friendly and knew right away exactly what I needed. He went to the back and found a higher quality, all-metal cylinder that was definitely an upgrade, and at an extremely reasonable price! Trustworthy and friendly service!
Not impressed with the key-copying competence at this place. It took them 3 attempts to do a simple duplication of a key. The first 2 attempts, done by 2 separate employees, were both botched and the key wouldn't work. The 3rd guy spotted straight away what error they had made, and cut it correctly. Wish I'd gotten him the first time, it would have saved me 2 trips!
I had a “broken” latch on my bathroom sliding door. I brought the issue piece into the shop and was given expert advise on how to fix it myself with the existing piece. They were right and I fixed it myself. No charges, just good expertise and help. They didn’t try to upsell or gouge me. Next time I have a bigger lock issue, they have my business. Many thanks guys!
Had to get a laser-cut Lexus key copied. The dealer wanted an ungodly amount of money, and the only other people that could do it in Vancouver were mobile locksmiths that charge $100 + for service. I was able to mail-order a cheap key blank and these guys did the cut for $45. Key works great, service was pretty fast, and I saved a bundle. Thanks for the great job!
DO NOT BOTHER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE Only had 1 key for my ford so got 2 blanks off eBay and got a few quotes to get them JUST CUT as I was programming myself. 3 places said $60 a key! One place said $25 a key so I went into Broadway expecting something like that and was just going to pay it $10 a pop!! In and out in 10min Extremely happy with their service
The key cutting place in my neighborhood recently closed, so I went to Broadway Locksmith for the first time. I’m glad I did! Very fast service, I was in and out in under 5 minutes even though there were 3 people in line in front of me. Well staffed with friendly people who did the job right quickly and affordably. I will definitely be a return customer.
Impressive... Home Depot sent me here as they did not have the blank I needed (door on my boat). Walked in to this place and showed them the key and the guy said "oh yeah that's a so and so, no problem." 5 minutes later I was on my way with a brand new set that neither HD nor CanTire could do. Save your time and just go here if you need new keys.
I got 4 copies of the same key a few weeks ago. Only 1 out 4 keys worked, so I came back to either get a refund or re-make the keys. They refused to provide neither option. I was upset, but they were too scary (grumpy face and loud voices), so I left the store. Just before I left the store, I heard the old guy saying "f" word referring to me.
I have an old door lock and was told that it wouldn't be an easy key to cut. I went to Broadway locks and they had 4 copies of one key made and 3 copies of another key made in under 10 minutes. Very polite staff amazing fast service and every key works! They are not in my immediate area, but well worth the drive!
5 people were in front of me in line. I was still in and out in under 7 minutes, including possession of my new key, which worked in the lock perfectly as expected. I was recommended to go here by my landlord, and will not need to consider another locksmith in the future. Will go right back here when I need to!
I’ve got my condo lock replaced by here about one year ago. I started having problems with rocking systems. So I called here again. They arranged my appointment and fixed it timely . The technician was experienced and fixed problems. They took responsibility what they installed. I highly recommend them!
The quality and punctuality were good. As to the price, they were very expensive and tried to convince otherwise. I trusted the sales rep who told me when I was ordering that the blanks that his company orders costs them almost as much as the finished product. It appeared to multiple times not true.
Great experience with this store! They definitely get the job done. Had my car key cut just before closing, but it didn't work in the ignition so I went back and despite having shut their doors for the day, they kindly finished the job for me! Super satisfied and would recommend to others :)
Hands down and then hands on top of the hands down as the best locksmith i have used as a contractor. Every staff is really knowledgeable and they have a jedi always there when those samurai staff need to ask about tricky locks. Just go here with lock issues, you leave 100% satisfied.
I had a un-chipped car key made on Friday. Unfortunately, it didn't work. Went back the following Monday, and Jimmy was super efficient in making a replacement, which worked perfectly! These guys cost a bit more, but as with most things in life, you get what you paid for!
I had an issue with my front door lock so I called in the afternoon and they were able to come the following morning. John the technician serviced my lock and it works great now. He was friendly and knowledgable. I will definitely call these guys again in the future.
The best, competent, and friendly experts in this space. The key I have barely has any ‘teeth’ (?) and yet this is the only place that can duplicate the keys without any issue (way better than the big box chain stores) They also fix the lock at my parents place
These guys are great. They banged out multiple copies of my key in under 5 minutes for a great price. Forgot to give the original back, I noticed a minute later, and they already had it stowed and ready to give back to me and apologized. Strong recommendation.
Multiple house dwellers sharing 1 key. Decided to get multiples. Quick and easy . Only slight set back was had to wait for an email from my landlord for a few do not copy keys. Thank you to the two nice guys who helped make an annoying problem , no problem.
Broadway Locksmiths have the nicest and most knowledgeable staff. I tried four or five of the main locksmiths in Vancouver to get a lock sorted and these guys were the only ones to find a solution. They take the time and understand customer service.
Couldn't speak more highly of! Hal is a lovely gentleman who went above and beyond once I locked myself out of my apartment. I was quoted a fair price on the phone which they honored and was there in no time at all. Overall outstanding service.
I Just came from Broadway Locksmith it’s got the best prices no place can beat them I got 4 keys cut in less than 5 mins and their Customer service is spectacular if you have any issues Max is the Manger and he can solve any Locksmith problems
My husband & I used to use Broadway for 10 years when we were Building Managers of a 100 suite condo building in Kits - then after we left the building we still used them for personal locks & other security products. It helps that they're a
Great place. Needed some ATV vehicle key copies cut for a Yamaha. I was turned down by a few other places based on the vehicle type. Broadway did the job and guaranteed the keys. They all work. No muss, no fuss. Would recommend. Thanks guys!
Nice guys working there. I went to get a couple keys cut on behalf of a business. They called the business to make sure making a copy was okay. Also had these guys comes to a condo to remove a lockbox and they helped installed a new one too.
Scheduled an appointment with them, and they didn't bother to show up. They didn't even call to say they weren't going to make it. When I called them later to find out what happened they didn't seem to care that they missed the appointment.
Extremely helpful and we'll priced. I've never once been disappointed at their service and unlike other places they don't try to push their mobile service on you, they are quite happy to give you the knowledge you need to help yourself.
Excellent selection. Extremely swift service - Key duplicates are done within 2 min. Ample generous parking in the rear. Great competitive pricing but unparalleled quality ! Small wonder this place keeps going 45 years strong !!
They charged me 7.99 $ per key, while the company still moon arts society wanted to charge me 140$. Go with locksmith. They were so helpful eith me for 2 days and their mobile guy, Randy, helped me so much too. Thanks you guys!
I was in and out in 3 minutes with 2 key copies I required for my mailbox. It was super quick and pricing was made known before the key was cut - friendly and old school vibe, love this place I had to write a review! Thank you!
Busy place with line-ups and 4-5 staff. 1st key cut didn't work on my ebike. Took ebike with me 2nd time & they spent almost half hour working on it till the key works. No extra charge. No wonder they are busy. Happy customer.
Knowledgeable staff. Their advise saved me lots of money compared to what another west side locksmith was trying to sell me to replace an old lock on an exterior door. They stock some hard to find parts. Will use them again.
100% my go to locksmith from here on out. I brought them a tumbler from my old Nissan that i oost the keys for, they had 2 keys cut for it the next day. They fit perfectly. Extremely knowledgeable and professional staff.
My husband went to all the big budget stores to get our keys copied and either they didn't have them or didn't have someone to cut them. I suggested he go to an actual locksmith. They were great here- 5 minutes and done!
Top notch service. This is a very well stocked locksmith, with a number of older gentlemen working in the back, and working with their younger staff. It's nice to see the trade being taught to the next generation!
Fantastic locksmiths! I thought I was screwed after breaking my expensive car key, but they managed to cut me a key for $10! If I bought one from the dealership, it would have cost me $240! The key works great :)
Friendly and fast service. I needed keys for a 1986 GMC Suburban. The first shop I called said they couldn't do it and recommended I go to the dealer. Broadway Locksmith got it done on the spot. Thanks guys.
Great experience! I needed to make a key copy for my front door, and home depot, another store couldn't do it. However, they mange to get the job done. The store was clean and employees seemed nice.
A very well known and reliable locksmith in Vancouver for many decades. They give good advice and provide good service. Their prices are competitive. Recommend them highly for anything about locks
Great locksmith to get automotive keys done. They even carry door lock cylinders that most auto supply stores wouldn't have. They also carry and cut motorcycle keys. Good price and great service.
The locksmith was on time. He called me 15 minutes before he got to my place so I was prepared. He then replaced the mailbox lock and key. He was professional and I am happy with the results.
Harry is simply the BEST locksmith—polite, patient, highly professional and REALLY CARES TO DO A TOP-NOTCH JOB. Broadway locksmith is top in the business and their locksmith Harry is tops!
Came in to get a house key cut. Got 2 copies made in less than 5 minutes, and it only cost $7 including tax. Also asked about copying automotive keys and they were very knowledgeable.
This place was really inviting and the people there were friendly. The service was great. They were really quick too. I liked the atmosphere. I definitely will go back in the future.
been here a couple times, I really like their selection of keys however my keys didnt work unfortunately so I had to go back to get them fixed. Worst nightmare!! being locked out :(
Great place to go to get your keys cut. I've went to a couple of places and they did not have the type of key I needed. This place has almost every key you need and quick service.
They had exactly what I needed to fix an old lock. Someone else would try to sell me a whole new lock set, but they had the part and showed me how it worked. Highly recommended!
Brought in a lock that I didn't have the key for, and they were able to produce a pair for me in the same day. Works like a charm, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
Didn’t catch his name but the guy with the mullet and tattoos was great. Super patient and knowledgeable, great service! Thanks again for getting my gas cap off!
They're super duper fast! I'll definitely come again if I ever need more keys cut. Key cutting price seems to be the same as Home Depot the last time I checked.
Excellent selection of locks and keys. Good no-nonsense service. I had two keys cut here, no fuss, reasonably priced and both worked better than original keys!
Friendly and extremely knowledgeable and no nonsense staff. This store is niche so for any esoteric items or specialty work, chances are you'll find it here.
