I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at BroastKhan, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others. It's important for potential customers to be aware of the subpar service and complete disregard for customer satisfaction that I encountered during my visit. First and foremost, I was denied something as basic as a glass of water to drink. It is a fundamental expectation that any establishment, especially in the hospitality industry, should provide customers with water upon request. However, when I politely asked the employee at BroastKhan, they flat-out refused, leaving me astonished and thirsty. This lack of basic service is absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I also had a simple request to change a drink that I had ordered. However, the employee responded to my request with rudeness and stated that no modifications or cancellations were possible. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to accommodate a simple request further compounded my frustration and disbelief. As a paying customer, I believe it is only fair to expect a certain level of flexibility and understanding from the staff. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before visiting BroastKhan. If you value basic courtesy and the ability to have your reasonable requests met, this is not the place for you. The experience I had was extremely disappointing, and I don't want others to endure the same frustration and disappointment..

The worst food I had in a while. Thought having broast and shawarma and spend 2k on the order. Below are the cons: 1. I ordered a family meal of broast, which turned out to be the worst meal ever. The fries were over cooked which resulted in hardness while chewing and the chicken was over cooked or burned. 2. Then comes the rocket shawarma, the must try one as per the guys there, I got a burned romali rotti which was having a bitter taste. And the taste was below average. Not All up to the mark 3. Then comes the egg and chicken burger, the saltiest burger I have had till date. No taste all. I TRIED OUT THE PLACE JUST BE UASE OF READING REVIEW, but I guess I might be the only having experienced this. Never going in there and also THE ORDER TOOK MORE THAN HALF AND HOUR TO PREPARE, but thought we will getting EVERYTHING HOT. But turned out to be cold while receiving the order itself.

I went there on a sunday... and it was crazy rush... you need to wait for seating....the place was little conjusted i felt... Apart from that, the food is great... i really enjoyed thier broast chicken...easily one of the best I've had so far....masalas are infused inside the chicken it is really juicy as well.... I would suggest they should give 1 bun/khubbus as an accompaniment with the broasted chicken.... I'd definitely go there again to try other things from the menu....

Visited this place on a weekday evening, the place was almost full but we got a table quickly. They have self service and the ambience was the place was decent. Tried chicken broast pieces meal spicy version, this includes two pieces of broasted chicken where the chicken pieces are infused with a not so spicy sauce and they are broasted. The taste was really good. The meal also includes fries and bun. This is served with mayonnaise which tasted amazing. Also tried Rocket shawarma, this a foot long shawarma, though the chicken pieces were not much but it has fries and mayonnaise and stuffing which tasted really good. Also tried cheesy peri peri fries, the amount of cheese and peri peri power on fries as very generous. The taste was delicious. Overall a very good experience, would definitely visit again .

The food was good and the rocket shawarma was good and also the kudu chicken roll. i felt the spicy chicken had a bitter after taste. i think its due to old oil used or something else. One of the best spot for broast chicken and this is not a review forced from restaurant this is actually a good spot for broast chicken and burger too it’s perfectly cooked and have good fries and shakes I have been here more then 30 times and I still go and the cleanliness is good and well maintained too. Over all it’s a reasonable price and I would suggest crispy meal the spicy one and the roll take out the potatoes.

I really loved my dining experience here at broast khan. I ordered their signature broast chicken (spicy) & Crispy chicken roll etc. The broast chicken was infused with spicy sauce inside and was so juicy. I recently visited BroastKhan, which used to be known as ChicBaik, and I was thoroughly impressed. As the name suggests, they offer a variety of broasted chicken dishes that are absolutely delicious. The Arabic Shawarma, Spicy Chicken Roll and Chicken Zinger burger was top notch. The Broast Chicken spicy was the show stopper. The spices and flavors were awesome. The reason it’s not a 5 star is because the Chicken Kabab roll was substandard and was over dosed with tangy spices(too much of it). Seating is ok, medium crowded, parking on the street, Cops prowl around looking for an opportunity to tow away your vehicle, no valet. Packaging is good, they have done their best to avoid the food from getting soggy. Nominally priced.

Just go for the crispy chicken roll or the peri peri chicken rice bowl. Something about it feels healthy. It’s a very yummy subtle taste and it’s super clean and the staff is super cool as well. That’s my go to place when I’m starving and need a quick bite

The food is very tasty, however the one sitting on bill is very much arrogant and respects people based on appearance and clothing, they take alot of time to serve food and the especially the price for normal roll is fine but jumbo roll is very much expensive

Spicy Broasted Chicken

We ordered broast and shawarma. The broast was better than any other place I've tasted in Bangalore. There was good place called lychee but it's closed down. Shawarma was disappointing not sure if it was spoilt or something but it tasted weird and I almost barfed. But the broast was good

Finger Licking delicious! Expensive but worth it No disappointments, soon got to try out other bites which is in menu!

The broasted chicken was extremely crispy, which is a big miss in other big brands. The shawarma tastes great too.

Place is good but shawarma was not upto the mark. Mayyonaise used in shawarma was too sour and the taste of chicken was completely different. They slight tawa fry the shwarmas as well, which I guess takes away the authentic taste. Will try other dishes from this places soon.

Rated 4.2 on Google. Way out of the game. Taste is average. Quantity very average. I seriously dunno how these guys even got this rating...I've eaten shawarma in Egypt, Israel and dubai. You guys are paying the system for such a rating...No Show bro

Loved Rocket Shawarma. Staff is polite and food is delicious and healthy.

Good place with variety of chicken items along with Pasta, rolls and milkshakes. Speciality in charcoal Shawarma. If you are there then please don't forget to try pesto pasta made with olive oil. #enqframes

I have been here many many Times... Taste is Yummm... Try their fried chicken... Very juicy... And roll is soo good... Over all very nice...

Sorry. The worst broast i ever tasted. Please give better quality taste. The crispy roll was also bad. Liked the fries. Nice and crispy.

Everything is delicious. Go for combos since they give more bang for buck. It's worth it and will tingle ur taste buds and fill your stomach. Things to try: falafel
