This is a busy station with frequent services and is a short walk away from several bus routes. The station building is quite small, however, and can therefore lead to queues at busy periods. However by far the best thing about this station is the friendly staff who often give you a smile and wish you goodnight as you leave in the evening. It is a small thing but makes such a difference, especially after a busy day at work.

The staff sit behind the counter but don’t help with ticket queries. I’ve actually had them refuse to sell tickets and tell me use the ticket machine instead. Fare dodgers force their way through the barriers or even push other customers out of the way once the customer has tapped their card and the staff just sit there watching blankly. What’s the point of paying staff to be there when they add no value whatsoever?

Overground trains are delayed every single time i try to get one ( its been many many times) and like today any staff there were are hiding and no one to explain the debacle . Another tfl shocker im afraid. Staff being friendly at barriers on exit is good. A loud speaker announcement that says trains delayed because of something thats happened -- really no s***- we guessed that . Not good enough.

The train station was dirty and disorganized. The staff were unhelpful and the train was delayed for over 10 minutes. The bathrooms were disgusting and the atmosphere was unpleasant. Definitely not my station! I would not recommend anyone to use this train station.

The station is nice, but the staff are brilliant. I haven't been to many stations around London where the staff are as friendly and helpful as they are at Brockley. So a massive thank you.

Great atmosphere. Family friendly, chilled out vibes. Recommended for couples, groups of friends (birthdays, graduations etc) or just when you fancy an authentic London solo experience

Brockley has become quite upmarket in the last 10 years. Very pleasant street cafes abound and everyone seems to have a smile on their faces.

Staff needs better training on how to speak to customers, I had a few experiences where they come across quiet impatient and aggressive.

Train station nestled in the trees on a quiet street. Lots of bike parking. A bunch of cafés. It's hard not to like.

Good Station with lifts on both platforms and two exits and entrances at this station. Good frequent train services.

Station is fairly simple to get to It has access for disabled people And plenty of coffee shops avaliable
