Brodie Oaks is a decent shopping center alot has changed there is really not much shopping to do there, but I will say this they have enough restaurants but its sooo busy. I went with friends we wanted Oliver Garden but it was so packed 1hr 15 min wait so we chose to go somewhere else, we never been in any of the other restaurants so someone asked about the Park a sports bar so we decided to try it. It was a great experience the vibe was pretty awesome the food was a hit I had the triple cheese BLT the best I really enjoyed my meal simple but amazing very filling. The only thing I didn't like was the fact to sit in the patio with the heater everyone in your party had to be 21 really, why!!??. Everyone knows its cold in restaurants that was crazy so my party froze because 1 person was not 21 but was 20 and her mom was there I just couldn't wrap my head around that. But my stars would be more but that has to change. I will definitely be back but with everyone over 21. Wow!!! Hell there serving staff looked younger than 21 but who am I to judge. I just wanted a warm, nice, friendly eating experience nothing more.
This shopping center has a lot of positive things about it. It has a fair amount of decent restaurants in the complex. It has a Starbucks which doesn't have a drive-thru and there's also a Sprouts grocery store, but the parking lot is a mess as in, not well-designed and since Toys r us went out of business there's a very large space that should probably turned into affordable housing for all the people who work in those retail shops, in my opinion.
A nice selection of stores, I visit the Sprouts grocery store often. Parking can get full if you visit at a busy time, easy to find a parking spot early during the week. Even if it's busy I've always managed to find parking though. Drive carefully as it's a small lot and sometimes a tight squeeze! Hobby Lobby is great to check out too, the parking on this end of the shopping square is larger and more spacious.
My girls and I really enjoy this location. If in need of a nice escape that includes attention to detail, sneak away and ask for Delta during lunch one day; she is seriously awesome! Yes, I mentioned her before the food (bc she really is that great) but our food is ALWAYS great! We enjoy our little getaways to Texican.
The only good shopping center is an indoor shopping center. Gotta have that AC in the summer, heaters in the winter. There's a surprising amount of people and businesses here at this shopping center. The food court is average. Not sure what else to say about this place as a mall overall. All malls are kind of the same.
Good food and service but the women's bathroom was not in good repair. One stall would not latch due to mislignment, the sink area was soaked in water. Paper towel role was on the wet sink counter and not in the dispenser. Has been this way for past several visits. Have mentioned to staff previously. Not acceptable!
I went to Hobby Lobby on my visit to Brodie Oaks on Lamar blvd. That place is amazing- wall to wall of i take one of everything- but i was there for jewelry making stuff specifically and yes i did find what i was looking for. Thanks to my lil brother who gave me a gift card to Hobby Lobby for Christmas.
Diamond Nails in the shopping center next to sprouts did a wonderful manicure for myself and my little girl. Kids manicure with cute flowers just $10. They seated us next to each other and have fabulous drinks and snacks for free with service including wine and Vietnamese coffee.
This shopping center features many restaurants and retail shops. Plenty of parking. Enjoyed wine tasting at local wine shop/bar. This center is part of the south Austin sprawl. Quite nice setting and very clean exterior. Otherwise this is suburban normal.
Great place has a selection of restaurants, great grocery store in there with vegetarian, vegan, non gmo grass fed meats also. My bank is in this shopping center also. So I frequent it a lot!! Always have always will!! Many lil shops that
This is an area of South Austin that has an assortment of big and small shops to accommodate the most basic needs such as a specific tool for dad, to that clothing item for mom that she needs today! Wonderful restaurant selection, there
A small shopping center where Hwy 71/290 meets S. Lamar. My favorites here: Sprouts grocery store. Think small Whole Foods, but Sprouts has sales! Great produce. Also: Tuesday Morning. Nice things, marked down. Restaurants include
Stopped here at Sprouts and thought this shopping center had ample parking. There are a few resteraunts and good service shops like a spa and Starbucks. Be careful at the turn signal because it's very awkward with the turn lanes.
Haven't been here for awhile but I found exactly what I was looking for and was able to cancel the same tools I had ordered on Amazon that I had to wait 5 more days for. Folks that work there are always helpful. Very happy!
Our server was wonderful. Felt at ease and comfortable to be my outgoing, personable and sometimes loud self. Great chicken fettuccine alfredo and they sang happy birthday to my husband very well. Thanks guys.
It's all about Sprouts here for me. But there's a Starbucks, a Tuesday Morning, a couple of restaurants and overall an Austin green vibe. Be careful, the traffic in the parking lot can be a little scary.
Nice mall off the freeway. Spouts Farmers Market grocery store is located here and is my daughter's go to store for healthy foods. I also enjoyed the Pinthouse pizza place. Good craft beer on tap too!
it contains much of the stuff i like on the daily -- my own personal 'downside' is that i don't drive and as a pedestrian, Brodie Oaks is spread out like shrapnel. otherwise -- all love.
I love to eat at Olive garden they have good service and the food is delicious ate a piece of cake there and it's dollar cake it's like a rich dessert that you can only drink with copy
Sprouts rocks! Starbucks is Starbucks. I think the Center is going to be demolished to make room for development- but I don’t really have concrete information on that. Anyone know?
Honestly, I'm just happy there is a Sprouts here. Hobby Lobby is also nice to have. Overall, I'm just glad to have the shopping center so close to everything else.
They have great salsa and chips. I've tried almost all the items on the menu and they are all great. Go for happy hour for reduced priced queso....so good.
Food was great service, not so much. Every time we tried to get his attention, he ignored us and took his time coming back with anything we asked for.
Parking lot a little small fir larger vehicles. Usually a wait time to get a table. Staff is friendly. Food and drinks are good. Would go back.
Honestly, i hate this starbucks. The service is horrible, my drinks always taste off compared to the same drinks i order at other starbucks.
They are kinda slow with making the drinks sometimes, but I don't mind waiting, also there is no drive through only pick up.
They made my daughters birthday dinner a special one. Thank you for showing my 8 year old daughter a great evening.
Food was fast, hot and delicious. Wait time was short. Our waiter was awesome and pleasant. Best time ever......
First time stopping here and did a little shopping at the Sprouts, plus lunch at hunan lion. Not too busy.
Nice place to stop by for a lot of different stores. Ya gotcha pharmacy food and other great businesses
Really enjoyed my meal ! Great food at a fair price. The bread sticks kicked butt
We watched people all around us be greeted and served. We were forgotten.
I miss Last Call and the mex food restaurant that used to be there.
Don't eat too much cheese... you'll start feeling mighty sick.
It's been there for ever good people good food.
Excellent server, and food hot and delicious.
The shopping center looks like it's empty.
We eat at Okive Garden and Hunan Lion
I watch sports, mainly baseball, here
