Receptionist wanted to catched an attitude with me after I told her that her employee didn’t inform that there’s a fee in the first appointment that I had ,since their a “private” dentist ,then she wanted to reschedule me the end of the month so my child’s cavity could get bigger right and then she says there’s a opening because somebody just cancled. She was going back and forth with me for so long that the that the doctor had to step in and say we can do the procedure today and you can pay next time. receptionist caught an attitude instead of trying to fix the situation she just made it worse. If I would have been informed of the fee on the first day I would of NOT gotten upset. I sat down and I told my child’s father that I do not want to speak to this lady anymore and she wants to yell out across the office “YOU CAN TELL ME YOURSELF” like how professional?!? I bet she won’t have that attitude outside the dentist office. These ladies Need training in how to deal with situations and how to handle it the correct way instead of going and back with patients parents. Now I’m going to look for a dentist for my daughter because I will not be dealing with this front receptionist lady every time I have my daughters appointment. No thank u. Lost a patient coming from an upset parent by service provided by your employees. One employee just ruined my entire experience here.Good day, IN RESPONSE ago your allegations of “verbal abuse” I don’t think you’re aware of the definition of it. You sound kind of emotional in that response love. I should have read the previous reviews this isn’t the first time that your staff demonstrates inappropriate behavior towards patients parents. Your employee was not answering my questions as to why I was NOT informed. Like I’ve said before I was NOT informed. Anything to make yourself look good online. Ridiculous. I have repeated myself more then 1,000 times YOUR STAFF DID NOT INFORM ME. You should look over your security camera footage.

So as a busy mom if 4 sometimes my organizational skills aren’t the best. And while following up with all the help the front desk representative Antionette gave me, I then proceeded to call the fetal office and schedule my visit. However I called the wrong dental office. I hauled all ; kids to a dental office and I’m like wait a minute this doesn’t look like the pictures. Finally I called Bronx kids pd and they let me do a walk in with all 4 kids! Life saver for a busy moms mistake . We went in and instantly was pleased with the clean and bright environment, warm hellos and pleasant customer service all around! The technician that did dental X-rays and the tech that did the cleaning were AMAZING! The dental md AWESOME! I was so happy and I’m so thankful I found gem like this in the Bronx for my children to have good dental experiences. I’m a very happy parent

Bronx Kids Pediatrics is the best in the Bronx, hands down!!!! Professionals from beginning to end! The doctors are incredible with children, even made me laugh a few times! The office is clean and welcoming! The art is amazing! And my son’s favorite part is the flat screen TVs positioned on the ceiling showing the best animation movies while he’s getting his cleaning !!! My family has been going to Bronx Kids for the last 8 years and we could not be happier. Recently, one of daughters required orthodontist work and we began seeing Dr. Nhung in this office. The experience so far has been amazing. She has been unbelievably warm, exceedingly generous with her time, very reassuring to our nervous kid and most importantly has displayed the skills necessary to fix our child's issue. We highly recommend this office in general and Dr. Nhung in specific.

Took a day off of work to take my children to their 3:00 and 3:10 appointments as new patients. Was turned away literally at the door because the don’t accept new patients after 3pm. Also only one appointment booked on their end. I had to stop from laughing when the receptionist asked me if I’d like to reschedule. For what? To repeat a process in which absolutely everything was done incorrectly?? Don’t waste people’s time, it’s rude!!

I would recommend Bronx Pediatric Dentistry to anyone look for an amazing pediatric dentist. From the moment I arrived the staff was very pleasant. The office is very nice and clean. Dr. Zultowsky didn’t need my assistance while cleaning my 2 year old teeth. He sat down on the chair and didn’t even cry!!! Dr.Zultowsky is absolutely amazing with children. Both my 6 year old and my 2 year old had a great time.

My sons have gone to Bronx Kids Pediatric Dentistry on numerous occasions, and each time has been a great experience with Dr. Nyer! From the receptionist, to the dentist, everyone is pleasant, thoughtful and kind. My husband and I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, and how they treat us upon arrival and thereafter. This was my son and I first time coming to see Doctor Zultowsky he is such amazing doctor very patient with Liam. Love the staff they are great and very polite. I would recommend this office to everyone who has kids. Office is clean & neat. If your appointment is at 9:30 you will be called at the time you were scheduled. By the way they did a great job to my son teeth. I love it.

Both my boys have now gone periodically for a check up and cleaning. Front desk and dental assistants are super kind and accommodating to the little ones. Naturally a 1 and 2 year old will cry but it is awesome that the their dentist gets the job done and super quick. They are great at providing guidance on what to do at home. Definitely recommend!

I have been vsiting the office with my daughter for about 2 years. The staff is always friendly and curteous. I never have to wait to be seen. The office is clean with a decor welcoming to children of all ages. I never feel rushed, the staff always answer all my questions and more importantly my child feels safe.
