Had my truck washed 2 days ago at another bubbles location in St Albert, as I have done many times before and had a wonderful experience. Perfectly washed and shined. I’ve never actually had my truck washed by anyone but the St Albert bubbles. Went to this location today and could not be more disappointed with the lack of experience. Went in to get two windshield chips filled, the manager informed me I needed 5 done, I pointed out 3 that had been filled already by crack master. He told me they were not filled. Even though I was the one to sit and watch these chips being filled in the past I didn’t argue, he’s the professional right I guess those 3 needed to be filled. Felt like I was already being taken advantage of also asked for my usual exterior hand wash. Long story short, I’m headed to wash my truck again, as well as had to schedule it in at the auto body to repaint all of the swirl marks and scratches left behind. As well as a couple of large gouges that appear to have been left by possibly tools being placed on my hood during the chip repair? Maybe a button from someone’s jeans as they leaned over my hood? While I cannot prove it was done today, it’s very very fresh, it was 100% not there 48 hours ago when I pulled it out of the St. Albert bubbles location, and while I only noted the one gouge while onsite when I got home and inspected further there are two more on the other side or the hood in almost the exact location which led me to the conclusion it was from the tools or belt/button of someone’s jeans as they lean over to fix the windshield. The manager of course would not take any ownership, tried to show me some extremely grainy blown up photo from his camera but wouldn’t let me actually take the time to review fully, the photo could have been from after they repaired the windshield and caused the gouges and before they washed it. It may not have even had a mark in the grainy picture for that matter, the truck was quite dirty from driving through the slush yesterday. The scratches however that are all over my truck and the dirt and mud left is the result of the very poor wash that I received. And will be needing a costly repair. Will not be choosing to use these services again, and will have to find another provider for my 14 fleet trucks.

The drive through and waiting area was completely empty when I pulled in under the small canopy. I was getting out of my car when the attendant came out and asked me to get back in my car and pull ahead 5 feet for some unknown reason. I then asked him for only an interior detail including carpet shampoo (no exterior). He looked me dead in the eyes and told me $430. I then asked him for a price to simply clean and vaccuum the interior and wipe down the door jambs. He said he couldn't wipe down the door jambs unless I purchased a full exterior package. To wipe down the inteior and clean the exterior was $230. I ended up going with a $60 for a very BASIC interior clean and vaccuum. Here's an idea. Instead of trying to force everyone into your 'packages' you 'value 'add' ANYTHING (and I mean anything) they want. Door jams wiped down? Sure that will be $20. Seats steam cleaned? Sure that will be $70. Maybe every three service they pick gives them a %10 discount which encourages them to get more services and makes them feel like they are getting a deal while getting upsold. Maybe they pick 9 services and get a 30% discount and instead of having 12 people standing around doing nothing they get $250 out of me and I get what I want instead of spending $60 and feeling frustrated. Do you want your car completely detailed for a reasonable price? Go to any dealership (try Jaguar/Land Rover Calgary) and ask them for a full detail. $250 and no complaining. Thank me later.

SCAM ALERT - This car wash is a rip-off! On October 27th, 2022 and took my car in for a interior cleaning service. When I dropped off my car I was told that the service would take 1.5 hours to complete. This car wash went to no effort to call me as they said they would and closed down for the day leaving me having to take a taxi home at my own expense and with out a car for the evening. The next morning when I went to pick up the car again taking a taxi at my expense, I was over charged by $25.00 at the time of payment over and above the $450.00 price originally negotiated. When I inspected my cars interior and trunk it was my opinion they had intentionally tampered with my car. I was disgusted to find that it had been left ravaged with grease from there unknown sprays. My floormats were just tossed in the back of my car and all the knobs and settings on my seats has been changed even the vents were altered. I also was shocked to find my glove box and trunk had been rifled and my deceased mother's personal effects had been gone through and I believe some items were missing potentially stolen. I am so discusted that a supposedly reputable Calgary landmark would act so unprofessionally and treat their customers like this. I recommend that no one use this carwash! Very angry X customer never to return! Will be filing a report on the matter with CPS. Do not use this carwash

The staff is amazing and always helpful, I've been using Bubbles service since 2014, and never had a bad experience! The site manager Steven and the customer service lady Dranga always pleasant to deal with, as well as the rest of the staff!! However, the 5 star rating is not for yesterday's experience its is an overall experience, and excellent work! Yesterday, I went to Bubbles for the usual which is the WORKS , that I get at least 3 times a month if not more! I was so disappointed with the guy at the drive way, who later I found out that he is General manager for all sites from Edmonton and his name is Oma I believe. Apparently, Oma is here to cover for the actual site manager for few days. Oma , has a lack of customer service and proper communication and how to talk to a human being, is not what you say is how you say it. I felt insulted and the way he talked to me, no respect whatsoever. I'm pretty sure if this was his business he'd pay a lot more attention to it and properly speak to people. To the owner: you have a very well intact operation and runed by a very amazing people with human skills! I'm sure you can find a better fit for this position that Oma himself, but this is your business and have no say, as for me I will be taking my business elsewhere along with family members and friends.

I came in with an urgent request. There was an unbearable smell in our SUV due to a spill that needed to be cleaned up immediately. Steven and the team did a phenomenal job from the moment I parked my car to the second I rolled out of the Bubbles driveway. Steven provided me with all the information I needed to make a well-informed decision, and which was a bang for my buck. Due to the condition of the car he suggested the ultimate package to help get rid of the odour. I was still worried that it wasn’t going to rid of the smell. So, he recommended the chlorine bomb, which is an extra $200 and 4 hours if I felt the odour was still there after they finished detailing the car. But he instructed his crew to do the detailing first. In the event we felt the odour was still lingering, then he said only then should we do the chlorine bomb. Which was the approach we eventually took. I didn’t have a way home, and I was hoping to find a cafe to set-up office. Instead I stayed at Bubbles as they have a great spot to get work done and fill up on as much coffee as I want to. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I got a lot of work done, received continuous updates on my car, and I will be coming back for all future services. Thanks Steven and team :)

I originally started out as a twice a month customer at Bubbles before evolving into a Bubbles Unlimited Member. Hands down, best decision! The facility is always immaculate, hospitality/service is impeccable, and the cleaning/detailing is immensely thorough, resulting in a flawless and pristine vehicle each time I leave. As a person who is meticulous, I can not help but commend and recognize the attention to detail my vehicle receives from the team at this location every single time. I always find that my seat is adjusted back to the original setting and my air vents as well are put back exactly how they were prior to anyone cleaning them. The team is very transparent with pricing and makes sure all of your questions are answered before proceeding on whichever package is selected and agreed upon. I encourage anyone to stop by if you have a rock chip that needs repaired, no appointment needed. Coffee and Wifi are an added bonus for those that decide to wait and Bubbles is pet friendly! Next up for me is booking a ceramic with Stephen and his team. Thank you Stephen, Dragana and the ENTIRE team for providing an incomparable auto detailing experience, your dedication and commitment to your customers is overwhelmingly evident!

I would not recommend to take your vehicles here for any kind of service. Not only did they do a extremely poor job on the $250.00 extreme detail package I purchased and had to redo a bunch of it 3 times. They also damaged the passenger door of vehicle!! I did a walk around before my vehicle got into them and there was nothing. When I showed them and said what happened here they said the would get there manager to take a look. Tony came out and looked and told me he wouldn’t do anything for me. I asked him to write up a document with me saying I was disputing his decision and was told “ no he would not they don’t that” my receipt and his pictures are good enough “ I told him no I just wanted something to show my dispute please and was again told by him flat out NO, take me to court if you want. I ended up just leaving with my pictures and receipt and his card thoroughly frustrated by him!! What a joke they are and not only have to clean your vehicle 3 times to get it right they won’t own up to there own mistakes or at least put something in paper work wise that you are having a dispute with them. I recommend you never take your vehicles here for a detailing or cleaning of any kind!!

Oh my, these guys are good. I have never taken my car for a detailing before today and was I blown away with the outcome. I wish I had taken before and after photos because my Subaru looks brand new. I had received a gift card here a few months ago but never had the chance to take it in (Covid-19 closed everything down) until today. When I got there I decided to go with their Ultimate Package with the Power Polish add on. The price was quite steep (just shy of $600) but the outcome was like nothing else. My car interior was quite dirty from many road trips over the years as well as a few nicks on the outside. Driving it home felt like I had just bought it off the lot. I would definitely go here again but instead of $600 every few years, I'll go for the cheaper options more frequently. The staff were very friendly, very thorough and had very good Covid-19 measures in place. I didn't need to make an appointment, but I went early just in case. The overall process took ~3.5 hours which I thought was really fast. I doubt I could do half as good as them in a whole weekend. For me, the price was worth it. I will definitely be coming back here more. Keep up the great work!

Woman-owned. Check. Manager who supports/hires an even mix of male/female identifying individuals while also supporting and hiring LGBTQ+ individuals? A++. I listened to the manager (Stephen) support their staff in the face of a difficult customer. It’s wonderful to hear a manager speak so highly of their team. Everyone had a smile. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. They’re even pet friendly and I will have no problem bringing the doggo here next time. And there will be a next time. The service itself? Fantastic. I wasn’t asking for much. I have a dog, I’m not expecting miracles. No one has done a better job at getting the dog hair off the seats and floor. My mats are sparking. They even cleaned the visors and back seat cover. It’s obvious this place creates a positive work environment and the employees take pride in their work. I’m telling everyone. Well done team!

I was quoted $600 to detail my car without the headliner, or $700 with the headliner. The car was extremely dirty, but I had high expectations for that price. I paid the extra $100 to have the headliner done, but they forgot to do it. They took it back and returned it 2 minutes later saying the headliner had now been done. 2 minutes for $100? Seriously? I sent the car back several times as the first time there was still bird droppings on the roof. Then I checked the interior, and there was still dirt and grim in the console, and several areas that had clearly not been touched. Eventually the manager took it and did it himself, but it still did not come close to meeting my expectations. In the waiting area everyone was complaining about their experiences and almost everyone had returned their car as they were not satisfied the first time. I would stay far away from this place!

Just when I was at the point of coming to terms that customer service was non-existent in 2023 the Bubbles Car Wash team revived my faith in quality customer care. I never used their services before and their Manager, Steve went above and beyond to explain the details of each service offered, prices, etc. I shared that I recently purchased a new vehicle and I was looking for a facility that would understand that care and attention with each wash was an utmost priority to me. Steve was attentive, patient and informative. He even took the time to show in-person the wash bay and explained the process with each wash and offered detailing package so that I would have peace of mind that my new vehicle would be treated at the highest quality. Called to book an appointment and was told to swing by and bring it to an advisor. Upon arrival I was told that we can clean the inside for 109.90. I wanted to get the carpets shampooed and was told that $250 would include everything inside. When I picked it up there was dirt under the storage compartment and 3rd row seating. They left vinyl grease on the inside of the door panels, and didn't wipe all the surfaces down . I understand that there are some things that could get missed - but after looking at reviews it seems to be a common occurrence. They advertise as the "Champagne of detailing" when the service falls flat. After addressing everything with the assistant manager (who told me that he was doing me a favour by vacuuming the vehicle properly) the manager told me that a full interior clean would be $450! Stay far away from these guys!!

I haven’t even got my vehicle back, but I’ve dealt with Maria twice, once on the phone and now in person and she is a great example of good, old-fashioned earnest customer service. She is always smiling and cheery, came running to the door to help me with the awkward load I was carrying and was friendly and conversational (because I wanted to be - with those who were clearly in a hurry, she was friendly, courteous and efficient.) The gentleman who assessed my vehicle was also friendly and paid attention to my concerns and the issues and questions I brought up. They always done a great job cleaning my vehicles; If they do even half as well cleaning the vehicle as they do in the customer service department, I’m sure I’ll be feeling like I’ve got a shiny, new ride. Came here for a carpet shampoo and clean for a car I just bought that looked like it was never shampooed for the 3 years. First of all, the service from the manager once you drive in with the car is exceptional. They answer all your questions and give you the best package for what you need. Then Braden inside who was shampooing my carpet, went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I am satisfied with the end result. Took it back a couple of times to make sure anything we noticed after the first attempt was addressed and asked me to come back if I notice anything after it dries. Excellent customer service and quality control. Highly recommend this spot. It was my first and definitely not my last visit. Keep it up.

This place is just a gas station car wash with extremely over priced packages for very little work and is very filthy in the actual shop area. don't go here if you have new paint or you may risk scratches all over your car because they reuse old beat up cloths. The customer service was very nice and would be great to go to if the owners weren't trying to take your money with these sometimes absurd prices on some of these packages. It's very lazy for a detailing business to put your car through an automatic wash when I can just go to a gas station and get the same thing done for significantly less. Overall not a great experience for my car but the manager and workers are very kind so I'm glad they hire friendly people

Well. First time going to a bubbles car wash. Been seeing them for years but never really had a vehicle or the time to consider their services. I have a 2020 Pathfinder and I chose their 270 package. Which was a deluxe exterior and interior cleaning. It was not a full shampooing of the interior. But the work that they did was absolutely phenomenal. Salt and grime that was embedded in the driver's footwell. It's all gone. My car aside from the external damage that it is sustained over the years. My interior Is showroom ready. And the exterior is clean and shiny. I will kick back around again. Even if it's just for a good and proper hand wash that these guys offer.

I have been using this service for many years & each time lately I have been so disappointed with the service, starting from the beginning. The fellow who was up-selling their services was so annoying. He would not listen to me when I told him what I wanted. We argued for a good 20 minutes. The fellows that were waiting to start cleaning my car stood around laughing at us. I was so disappointed with this whole interaction. The prices have gone up substantially but the service is declining. I’ve decided to never go back there again. After spending $100 I only got a $30 job done. I even had to throw away the paper on the drivers side floor. So disappointed!!

Overpriced. They run your car through an automated car wash machine and then wiped it to dry it off after and they charged me $46 for only the exterior on a SUV that was very clean already. So, if you think having them spend a few mins wiping/drying the car and putting some dressing on the tires is worth $31 then this is the place for you otherwise I'll be going to the automated car wash for $15 without a $31 wipe down. The fact that they give you a 50% off coupon to come back just tells you they have hefty margins built in. They didn't do a bad job but in my opinion it's not worth the price. I drive a BMW X5, not a huge vehicle.

The gentleman tried to sell me a $139.00 basic package. I said no. Took a $79.99 basic. His demeanor changed to negative when I chose against his recommendation. I then saw three other vehicles go through cleaning before me. I then asked the lady behind the cashier counter why was my vehicle being held back, she said they were doing it now. When the vehicle came through, the interior was not vacuum properly, the passenger driver door had not been wiped properly and the exterior driver side bottom panel had not been washed. I had waited so long and was going to be late for my next appointment. So I left not impressed.

Originally came in for a wash membership for my new vehicle. Ended up discussing and purchasing ceramic coat with Steven. He was NOT pushy and I came to the decision myself as it fit my needs as an owner planning to keep this vehicle for a long time. Ceramic coat included a 1 year wash membership as promotion. Using just the exterior wash services my experience has been excellent. Vehicle comes out cleaner due to the physical attention provided by hand. As long as you have some flexibility with time if its busy i highly recommend for exterior washes. I do my own interior detailing so won't comment on that.

Overpriced and under qualified. I called ahead to see if they could help me remove the tar from my car, and was told "yes," so I drove to the location. I was given a price quote that was high, but agreed. Then the manager came back to tell me they in fact could not remove the tar, and when I said I would no longer need their service, he said I could not leave without paying for about 3 minutes of vacuuming that had been started already under the agreement that they would be removing the tar, which they were no longer willing or able to do. Unprofessional. I've never felt "trapped" in a shop before. Creepy.

I took my car in for a car wash on Aug 29. When I picked it up there was a huge crack in my windshield. I asked to talk to the Manager and she said I must have had an existing chip and that the change in temperature would cause the crack. It was a nice day, not cold, so this didn't make any sense to me. She said she would talk with her Manager and get back to me. I haven't heard a word since. I really think she should have, at the very least, refunded the car wash. Seeing as I am now responsible for the huge cost of replacing my windshield. Very disappointing.

I regularly go to this location to have the basic inside and outside wash done. The attendants checking you in and reception is similar to high pressure sales... rolling there eyes if I didn't want to upgrade. Coming in at about $70 I was really disappointed with the results. Gas and brake pedals, cup holders not cleaned. a small part of the carpet in the rear seats needs some attention and it was left uncleaned. Also, I opened my trunk to find the perimeter of the tail gate was still dirty... unfortunately I won't be going back as I don't see the value.

WOW!!! WORST $68.20 i have ever spent. 69 years on the planet earth and the absolute WORST truck wash ever. Waited 56 minutes & bottom 1/4 of truck was like it had never been done. The mud flaps were filthy. The truck bed was full of soap. The door jams were not even wiped. Service rep put through again and it was somewhat better BUT I have had better $12.00 washes from drive throughs. I seriously doubt the truck was "hand washed". I said to the service rep I could NOT believe it was hand washed but he said it had been. Time for some new staff imho.

Complete shakedown. Drove in, asked for an interior and exterior wash for an old car. No prices that I could see just packages. Get to the counter and charged $260! I said hang on a second what is the cheapest wash inside and out that I can get I was then told $200. Upon reviewing their website, it would appear that this is not in fact true, the ashtray which I had taken out wasn’t even emptied an the back trunk had leaves still sticking out above the trunk line. Fool me once shame on me; Upsell me and do a mediocre job; Shame on you!!!!

I took a challenging car to the Stanley Park location for "The Works" package...it hadn't been cleaned properly in about 3 years. The team did a good job overall but upon returning home I noticed areas I wasn't completely satisfied with. When I spoke with Stephen (manager) about it he accepted the comments as an opportunity to impress rather than a criticism. I returned with the car, sat back, and watched the team redo everything. Excellent efforts by the cleaning crew and the customer service was all that I had hoped for. I'll be back!

I asked for basic inside and out cleaning. The guy said 'There's no such thing, every car is different.' Obviously they want to upsell their services. He said it would be $150. I said sorry I'm looking to spend half that. He said 'Then you're at the wrong place!' I was shocked and said 'Is this how you treat your customers, seriously are you freaking kidding me?' He said 'You can leave, youre being hostile and no need to come back here!' That was the convo literally word for word. Why would I go back there?! Lol

Guy whose job it is to sign you in tried to charge my Mum for SUV pricing when her car is a Chevy Aveo. He said ALL hatchbacks are SUV’s. Really. He couldn’t explain cars that have trunks weren’t also charged as an SUV, even though the space may be greater than that of a CAR with a hatch. Absolute scam. Thankfully I was there so my senior Mother did not get ripped off. Whether they do this to everyone or they just go after seniors, it’s absolute garbage. I will be submitting this to CIU for investigation

I’ve been coming here for years to wash all my vehicles. I came today, and they were trying to up sell me to a higher package than I normally get. When I asked them to give me my usual they added $25 on top because it was “so dirty”. I always bring my car in to get it washed in this condition and have never been up charged like this. They are normally very good. I’ll be finding a new place to go and once I find the right one I will make sure to let my friends and family know.

Today I was finally able to wash my work truck in and out with the extra service (taking off the tar that stayed almost a year on the truck everywhere).. looks as good as new now! Fantastic job specially after knowing the owner himself supervised the whole process! Great work ethics as well from everyone involved. Not cheap but definitely worth every penny! Very professional service and they respected my time limit as well. Thank you very much.

Showed up for preliminary-level wipe down, van cab is only a two seater so it's a small space and it was not particularly dirty so I was surprised to be charged the max price of $150. The entire interior looks like the pics, they cleaned most of it but absolutely no attention to detail, still dirt and dust everywhere. First time there and I certainly won't be back, I have had much better work performed for less in Calgary.

Was greeted and promptly by Stephen who graciously hosted my elderly father and I while we waited for his van to be cleaned and my exterior wash. Stephen explained the services and costs in great detail. While we waited enjoyed hot and cold beverages for purchase. The whole experience was super fun. The staff who assisted were friendly and hardworking. All in all they went above and beyond! Would definitely return.

A guy wanted to charge me for $415 telling me that my car is in bad conditions while it was not that bad. Then we agreed for $125 (before tax) and he said it should take about an hour. Actually, it took less than 40 minutes for a young boy to clean everything inside the car. This means that they charged me $200 per hour. Not bad for car cleaning. They are liars and I don't recommend anybody to use their service.

I received a gift card for Christmas, pleased to say this was an amazing gift! I just picked my van up and wow it looked like brand new the way I picked it up from the dealership! After it was done the young man that brought me out explained that it was a pretty intense job and with what my gift card covered they tried their best to get it all! I am beyond happy, thanks for the great job guys!

They’ll tell you “I want to manage your expectations” and basically say their interior cleaning ($170) won’t get your car clean unless you pay at least $270. The guy at Macleod Bubbles was working on May 26, 2022 at approximately 1:15 pm. He wasn’t very polite and I’m certain this person has lost business for this company. So many other options in Calgary. Don’t go here.

The staff are very professional and incredibly friendly! I purchased one of the larger detailing packages and was really impressed with the result (my truck was so dirty). Also, a week later, I returned to the shop with a question and the manager offered me a complimentary exterior wash since they weren’t too busy at the time. I’ll definitely be back to this location.

My friend and I recently availed the Unlimited Wash Membership at Bubbles. We have tried both locations here in Calgary. Both locations have given us exceptional service. The managers and all the staff are professional and super friendly. Will recommend this company to anyone looking for great people to service their vehicles. Thank you, Team Bubbles!

Paid $1000+ but the vehicle was left dirty. Seats left untreated, mats placed full of mud in boot, third row seats left unopened, exhaust grills left filthy etc. Never imagined this level of mistakes after paying hefty amount. And I found all these lapses on my own and they had just one reply - “oh sorry, we’ll do it now”. Not Recommended at all.

We went with 2 vehicles and received exceptional customer service! All staff were friendly and very helpful. The waiting lounge was comfortable while we watched our cars go from terrible to brand new! Highly recommend the vinyl treatments and tire shine. The car looks and smells great! Can’t wait to go back to feel like royalty again!

I showed up with my son needing my filthy van washed, vacuumed, and detailed. The staff was super friendly and found me an option in my budget. The front desk staff made me a coffee and was very accommodating putting on a cartoon for my kids. They even did it really fast. I'm very appreciative for the great service for a tired mom.

This is the superior Bubbles location. Pricing is transparent from the outset, which I really appreciate. Cleaning is top notch. I have young kids, and they make a mess - as someone who has spent hours cleaning my own car, treat yourself. Come here, relax and watch Bubbles take care of it in less time (and they do a better job).

Was talked into paying $140 for a wash by presumably the manager because the $80 option doesn’t include “wiping surfaces”, only dusting. So I paid the extra and got what seems to be the $80 clean. Doesn’t even look like they wiped the doors, and the floor mat clearly wasn’t washed. Stay away from this place - it’s a rip off.

I selected the $130 carwash and detailing service (I believe this is the basic sarvice) they did a good job (not excellent but good). What I didn't like is they don't show the price for each of the services, they don't have a price list... Is like they hide it and charge depending on customer... Well this is how I felt.

I wanted to choose the interior exterior package for 120$ and I asked them to clean the dust on the roof rails and pillars (which is obviously a part of my car ). The guy said cleaning that area is not a part of interior exterior cleaning.I end up paying 250$ just to make sure they won’t forget to clean the pillars.

I had my car detailed at Bubbles Car Wash a few weeks ago and the staff were incredible! They paid attention to every little detail and were able to get all the stains on my seats out - something I haven't been able to do since I first bought the car. A huge thank you to Jeff and Lori, and all the staff at Bubbles!

Will came and greeted me right away with a warm smile as I pulled up and explained he process quickly and efficiently! Maria helped out at the front desk, was super friendly and provided great conversation while I waited! Car came back fantastic and cleaner than it’s been in months! 10/10 will come back!

Just a note to thank the manager and the conscientious staff for the ultra care and pride they take in every little detail in making the customers' vehicle pristine. In today's crazy world it is wonderful to watch young folks who take pride in their work. CONGRATS TO "ALL" THE STAFF at this location.

SHOCKING!! Save your money!! By far the most disappointing experience. I just spent $300 for them to say I should’ve gotten the $500 package for them to clean it better. This is my car after spending 300 to detail it!! Do I really to spend more?! I like supporting local businesses but this is a SCAM!

Avoid this location. The check in guy hides the menu and shockingly your vehicle will require $25 for extra cleaning. He gave the same speech to 2 cars in front of me. How disappointing. Been going to this location for 10 years. Drove down the street to the other location and wow, no issues at all

First time going there. Not a bad job but definitely not worth the $400....plus I had $8 in coins that the took which I'm super upset about. I think they thought I left it there as a tip so I can't be too angry but still!!!! Found somewhere that does a better job for $150. Won't be going back
