Rented a truck from Budget Bondi Junction to move house. Everything was fine with the truck but they incorrectly charged us $280 for damages. I called to correct the issue and they did issue a refund, however would advise to make sure you check all charges once you return the car as they clearly aren't checking. I wouldn't write a review unless I received an apology for a genuine error, however there was no apology at all for the false charge and reading reviews below leads me to believe it is on purpose.

We can't recommend Budget Bondi Junction highly enough!!!! Their customer service is next level. We have rent with them multiple times and have never let us down. They guys are super helpful and kind and make every rental a very easy process. We will definitely keep using their service :) Thank you guys for your great service! Much apppreciated!

Stupidly left my eToll tag in rental car. When I realised, went back to try to find the car and retrieve it. No help at all. Operator had no idea what to do. No register of lost items. Couldn't tell me where car was. Could not care less

I had a great experience with Budget Bondi Junction. Great car and nice staff. But the Linkt Adjustment − Rental Service Fee of $3.30 per day per toll is a very shady practice. Hope you can remove this outrageous hidden fee asap.

Very nice they added this location. Friendly and fast service. The car we got was brand new which was an added bonus. The weekend opening hours are a bit of a pain, but ok. Good price for good cars and service

Horrible experience. Beware they close at 12pm on a Saturday and Sunday with no contact number, even if they are expecting you and you have pre paid for a car. There is no way to contact the branch.

Overcharge you’re card without advising why. Dirty vehicle on more than 1 Occassion. Wouldn’t rent with them again.
