I made a corporate reservation few weeks in advance to pick up at 8am and no one showed up. I left at 8:30am and no one was there. Customer service support lines were closed and I had to rebook with another company at a different location. Avis rental was also at this location and obviously no one was there either. Do not rent here!!!!!

Car is dirty. Wasn't clean. If outside is dirty., how are they performing enhance cleaning. Gross and unsafe!! DIDNT HAPPEN. Paid for Ford Fiesta, for more room. Received very small HONDA KONA. It feels claustrophobic. Rent SUV for 1 weeK. Will make contact with GM. DISCOUNT AND APOLOGIE IS NEEDED. I struggled to give a 1 star.

The website allowed me to pay with apple pay and when I arrived I was told it should not have allowed me to pay with Apple Pay and that my reservation would have to be cancelled. I should get my money back from you guys allowing your website to let me use Apple Pay if that’s not what you wanted!! Ridiculous!

Terrible! The vehicle I reserved 10 days in advance was filthy,inside and the passenger side was covered with tar and had a damaged bumper. They explained it came from the airport that way and they had not cleaned it. I could go on but no time. Beware stay away, they just do not care.
