Bought Roadhouse King Burger today: December 29th at 2:30pm. Roadhouse burger is supposed to have beef and mozarella cheese. Why does it have chicken? And why does it have cheddar cheese? I did not open the bag until I just got home now and I feel cheated. This is not what I paid for. I was wondering why the food was was ready within 2 seconds after I paid, almost like I was given a burger that had been sitting there and not what I ordered. The woman at the back who put the burger in the bag was just busy chatting away with the guy there before and after packing my food, so I doubt she was paying attention. The fries also tastes salty and like it was fried in old oil. I also bought 8 chicken nuggets. I ate 2 of those in the restaurant and threw the rest in the garbage there because they tasted like they were fried in old oil and just did not taste good at all. I guess I should've checked the bag then but I trusted that you would've done the right thing and give me the food I paid for. I'm unable to eat either of these and I couldn't eat the chicken nuggets either, so what a waste of my money. I've been here a few times (the last time was probably earlier this year) and have always had a good experience, especially with your fries that always tasted nice and fresh like real potatoes, but all I bought today are all really gross, not to mention I didn't get what I paid for. Waste of my $21.56. The person at the cash register coud also be friendlier. Disappointing all around.

After having waiting for a long time to try the Impossible Burger, when we heard that these were available decided to pick up a couple of them. The cashier said that they are cooked on the same grill as the regular burger, however the grill is wiped clean prior to heating the Impossible. Requested them not to add any mayo to make it vegan. Having tasted the original Whopper I wasn’t sure this would be close and my taste buds would remember since it has been at least 25 years since I have eaten some meat. The burger did it. The first bite and it the brain and tongue immediately recognized the taste. Pleased. I wish they had some mayo type topping to enhance the taste. The fries were a bit on the cold side even though we ate almost immediately since we bought them. The price is also a downer. For almost $12 for a burger, fries and a juice, we found it on the higher side, when compared to the Canadian competitor (H) that we love.

On November 08, 2023, @4:30pm, I ordered crispy spicy chicken sandwich from this location. Likely for me, I decided to eat it there. I took a bite and noticed the chicken was uncooked, I went and reported the worker, and all she told me is it looks fine to her, I explained to her the chicken feels very slippery, and her response was it like that sometimes and the freshly got it from the oil. And there’s nothing they can do. I had to throw it away in front of her. It’s really hurts me how I didn’t take picture of itPlease do better as this is unacceptable and very very unhealthy, imagine a kid eating that. STAY AWAY FROM THAT LOCATION PLEASE!!!!

I recently ordered take-out from Burger King and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. Although I understand that the cold fries were not the restaurant's fault, it still added to the overall unpleasantness of the meal. I love Burger King's fries, but they were definitely not at their best. While the distinct meat flavour of the patties was still present, it wasn't enough to make up for the subpar fries. I would recommend dining in at the restaurant instead of getting take-out, as it is difficult to ensure the freshness of the food when it is being delivered by third-party delivery personnel. Overall, I would not recommend Burger King take-out based on my experience. While the flavour of the burgers is still there, the cold fries and the uncertainty of the freshness of the food make it a less-than-ideal option for a quick meal on the go.

This BK need some serious reno. Went through DT at 10:30 pm (mind you it was pitch black outside and raining at the time), I literally felt like I was driving through an abandoned forest. It was such an outdated and unpleasant atmosphere. There was poor signage of where the DT actually started, not to mention the lane is also super narrow where the sharp turn is. Likewise, they were very slow with the food delivery when there’s literally not a single car other than me in the DT. The worst part is the service is subpar, as the girl at the window just handed me the food with zero acknowledgement or even a simple hello. I guess the staff there are miserable working there — but come on, you guys aren’t even busy half the time. Avoid this location if you can.

Best BK in the city with the exception of the construction (not their fault), the service is usually good. Quality is good, love their breakfast over McDonald's. But they really need to do something about the coffee, it's really bad. Just wanted to add the staff are the best here, attentive, friendly and courteous. The food is always fresh and on time. You can have any lunch on the menu any time of the day. Nothing like a whopper at 8am . Keep up the great work. BK needs to reward these 2 ladies on the early morning shift.

Today was the 2nd time that I have visited this location and placed a mobile order for onion rings, only to get to the store and be told they’ve run out of zesty sauce when I go to confirm it is in the bag. Staff does not even proactively attempt to offer a substitution. The most annoying part is that once the order is placed, you cannot modify or cancel the order like other restaurants apps. Management really needs to do better with their food order and teach their staff they should be offering alternatives if they’ve run out. Will probably not be back to this location again.

Paid extra to add tomatos for my classic Chicken Sandwich, and I get only a single tomato slice when out of all my years of ordering, they give two since its a long pill shaped sandwich. Also while waiting, a dine-in customer exchanged a turnover pie back to the counter, and the person put it back to be resold. Was going to order it, but when I saw that, I definitely did not add it onto my order. Guess that's the good thing about waiting 5 minutes at the counter before being served. Will be looking for another location to go to from now on.

So far I have only visited this location a few times but each time I go it's always a fast service for sure. The food is also always served hot and fresh.

They take orders very slowly..... wait until that person's food is ready before taking the next order. Extremely inefficient. Look at the gross lettuce on my chicken sandwich.. didn't even try. Service has gone down at this burger king location...they seem to want to charge for every little thing eg .30 cents for a few slices of onion on a chicken burger and especially shamlessly state that they will give you half a cup of a new lemonade drink in the same cup if you don't want ice...as though ice is mandatory...sigh More

The only reason for my five stars rating is because of an employee called Heather. She is always smiling, taking care of your order and making sure everything goes smoothly. I'm reviewing that new chicken sandwich BK just introduced the Ch'King and wow was I honestly surprised. Crispy, juicy with a nice kick. I got the spicy version and for a fast food joint this sandwich was on point! If your near a BK I definitely recommend trying out their new chicken sandwich
