Awful service, the management are highly unprofessional! Was told the vehicle had been serviced a month before collection, however when taking the car to my local garage, found out it had not been serviced in years. I then got it serviced and persued the matter with management to be reimbursed for the service. Their response was that I had overpaid for the service and they would not cover it, which was very surprising for a company which sells, so called high end cars. Rather then accept fault for lying about the service they would rather blame the customer for getting a service else where. They also spoke in a very immature and highly unprofessional manner, it’s like dealing with a teenager. I have spoken to my solicitor and will be taking legal action.

Saturday 21 January collected a Corsa 65 plate from this car dealership. After travelling 5 miles I was unable to put the car in any gears. I had to put the hazards on, switch off the engine and try starting again. I called the dealership straight away and they did not answer the phone so I sent a WhatsApp message - no response. The dealership sent out a mechanic Monday 23 January who confirmed that there was a problem with the clutch.

Recently purchased a car from this dealership and I would highly recommend. Great customer service from Musa and response time, had the vehicle delivered to me as I was too far from the dealership but it’s exactly like the photos and the condition is mint! Thank you again for my vehicle the process was so quick and easy would definitely buy a vehicle from you guys again in the near future.

Loved my experience with Hanish of Mayfair motor solutions, he was patient and made sure all my inquires was answered. When I made payments, all documents was processed immediately, and my car was handed over to my transporter which I received same day. I would to totally recommend!
