I ordered a new Mezlan Belt in size 36. What I received was a size 44 belt supposedly cut down to size 36. And I received a note in the box indicating that they had taken a larger belt and cut it down and as a result it was not returnable. As if this wasn’t offensive enough, I held the belt up and compared it to the size 38 Mezlan belt I was replacing. The two belts were exactly the same length with the holes in the exact the same positions. So not only did I get a size 44 belt l, which is about the size for a 300 pound man, but what I actually received was a size 38 belt which does not fit me and is non returnable. It is unacceptable and useless to me. I think the facts speak for themselves. If my experience was typical, this is not a place I would recommend under any circumstances.

Absolutely the worst customer service you'll ever receive. You'll be told the same thing no matter what you ask. You'll wait over 4-5 days for a simple reply at best. The owner will verbally abuse you when the fault is there's. and to top it all off the sizes listed everywhere on the site are incredibly inaccurate to the product you'll actually receive. Would not piss on them if they were on fire. Absolutely worst possible experience provided. Then you'll be expected to pay over $100 to send the item back because these idiots cannot do there job properly, making the whole process last over 6-8 weeks over 50 emails (of which you'll receive a reply to about 4) and if your dumb enough, even more of your money. I'd rather have cancer than deal with these people ever again.

I purchased a pair of shoes from C & E but I ordered a 9 and was sent a 9 1/2. When I called I got an answering machine and left a message. Cheryl called me back within an hour and was very apologetic and courteous and assured me that I can return the shoes and gave me the option to repurchase or get a full refund. I chose a refund and in a few days was returned my money. My only complaint was since there was a mixup in size, I shouldn’t have ad to pay the $25 shipping fee to return the shoes. Thanks C & E for your professionalism. Although there was a mixup with the size, I will be purchasing another pair of shoes. Oh , and I have purchased from you guys before. Great quality shoes!

I visited C and E fashions for the first time and was helped by Rachel and Maurice. I went in straight from the airport in Orange County because I understood they had nice shoes. I was looking for one pair and i purchased three. They helped me with sizing and suggested styles. I purchased Ostrich, Lizard and Stingray loafers. They shipped them to my home in Texas and were there when i arrived from my trip. I enjoyed shopping for the shoes, I wore them at home. They look and feel wonderful. Thank you for the great experience. I feel i made some friends there at the store and will vist again. Thank you Rachel and Maurice.

I ordered a size 12 shoe and got a 13, simple mistake but no fault of mine. When I called to get instructions on return and replacement I spoke to a lady who rushed me off the phone, no audienceno help, simply brash! Who does that in business???. I actually needed to swap for a different, costlier shoe but instead I will just get a refund. Customer service in this day and ago is everything. I have bought from here before with satisfaction hence the 2 star for old glory I guess...

I just called to do a final payment and spoke with a young lady with an Asian accent. I am in no way prejudice but her attitude and tone was not what I have previously received from this store. I am a customer service manager and she would be terminated from this doctors office. I want you all to convey to her that we have the volition to spend our dollars anywhere and the handling of the a customer professionally goes along way.

Absolutely love my new shoes from Maurice's collection! They are so easy to dress up or down. Maurice himself gave me an excellent price. For my next event, formal or semi-formal, I am going to get shoes from C&E Shoes! Love these guys. And because I work during the week, they are open on Saturdays which is super helpful.

Live in Connecticut and I have been purchasing shoes from C&E for about 15 years. Love the selections and the customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend, if you’re in Town stop in. If you can’t like myself there online service is an A+. Happy shopping.

One of my clients tried to purchase a pair of shoes with this online store and they kept his money but he did not get his shoes ....... This company should be reported to the federal government , IRS , and ICE ... SSj

Variety of styles available with good discounts and if you speak bargain you can probably get the price lowered a bit more to the salesman or one of his assistants

Customer service is good but product is hit or miss. I believe some of the shoes are manufacturers defects that are resold. I wouldn’t use this site again.

My all time favorite shoe store. Been a customer for many years now. My always once was Mezlan now I own several pairs of Ugo Versa they killin the game.

Horrible follow-up. Ordered shoes online on a Saturday and as of Tuesday they have not left their store. What kind of customer service is that.
