I wish I would have thought of WSS before I spent so much time searching online for Steel Toe Boots. If you've never been to WSS ,it's a well appointed shoe warehouse with clearly marked dress, sports and casual sections for children, women and men.. The selection of work boots was impressive, with options from famous name brands to not-so-famous beands. I was also happy to see that they had quite a few sizes from which to try on. I did find the boots I needed in my size (see pic), and the fair price sealed the deal. I took the opportunity to shop for dress shoes, and was equally happy with the choices...yet disappointed with the sizes offered. While I did buy an Oxford in Black,, which I found in my size, that day I saw no wide options, and the 1/2 sizes in many styles were not in stock. To be fair, I must say that I didn't speak to the staff. They might have been able to assist me further in my search. I'm happy with my experience, and will gladly go there again for my footwear needs.

Whole sale shoe warehouse is an okay place but the prices are not as good as they like to advertise! And the selection for skate shoes which they like to say they have is super limited to just vans basically the few others are like overstock of shoes that are 15 years old and they are limited to the old etnies style that everyone had at one point or the DCs that are basically the exact same shoe as the etnies! I just wish they would expand on this and maybe adventure into some new brands or at least updated styles rather then old shoes at basically the same price they were sold when made! I do like whole sale shoes they just need a good makeover!

This business lost money. We were asked to leave our bags in the front in a cabinet with no assurance our belongings would be safe. If you are not going to trust your customers that’s fine, but atleast provide lockers for the belongings of those customers that don’t go around stealing things. I mean, even food4less provides lockers for their customers. Just because your employees smile and seem friendly that doesn’t mean I’m going to trust strangers to watch over my personal belongings. Makes no sense to ask that of paying customers. Add lockers and I will shop there again, and tell others to shop there again aswell.

WSS Warehouse is a really nice shoes store, I was able to get my favorite pair of tennis shoes, they have shoes for all the family, beautiful children shoes, for man and women have a great variety of tennis shoes and dress shoes, shoes for all occasions, great prices, very nice environment and all the personnel were very nice and professional, offer them to help you in anything that you need, the place is very nice and clean like the restrooms as well, overall I'm ending buying 4 pairs of shoes bcuz I cannot resist them, I'm so happy to visit WSS Warehouse

Have not been in the store since it was remodeled the remodel looks very nice everything is clean and organized people seem very pleasant at the door and cash register unhelpful when asked would be nice to be asked if help is needed in different department on the initiative of the staff member the first time I left out the door and found what I initially came in for then remembered there was something else I need and returned and made a purchase my son I bought a pair of boots for need a smaller size and was able to make the exchange quickly with out of hitch great improvements to this location

This trip was very nice, I accidentally bought my son's shoes two sizes too big and forgot my receipt however they helped me exchange them and didn't give me a hard time about it. Aside from that I got my son a nice pair and a reasonably priced pair to wear when he plays. I spent about 90 something dollars and received a coupon for 25 dollars to my next purchase. To me that's like getting good shoes at Payless prices. I highly recommend this store as the people are exactly what you want and that's top quality. Thanks guys see you again soon

This store has been a jewel lately (06/2020) and I don't know if it's because of covid or it's normally like this. Either way, the selection is amazing and some of the prices are unbelievable. They had a Fila fantom 3 i haven't seen in a while (to this day one of the best if not most underrated running shoes I have ever worn, and that's saying something considering I've worn them all at this point) for 24.99. there were other similar finds. Overall an interesting store to simply check out the inventory and see what's out there.

I like it, but I would give them a 3-star because of three things that I don't like: 1. Tend to be messy....I see employees, but none picking up the misplaced shoes. 2. On women's shoes, they don't have size 11....(sigh) I am the size (- -), but if they can have them, at least they should be more size 10.5 or wide selection. 3. They don't remove expired tags or at least grant them, but they can not even override it. They have a nice selection but not for my size (- -).

why is everything so damn expensive? you have shoes that are a few years old above the basic price online. you can actually go to Nike Adidas Jordan and basically every brand they sell and buy a fresh legit pair made for the same price. only reason why i go to this store is because every once in a million years you find a nice pair u haven't seen promoted or a pair of old shoes u just want to buy again. if u can wait 1 week just buy them online not at this store.

I love the sportswear store. This is a hugh store offering the entire family a wide selection of sports wear and sports shoes. Sometimes you can find a top notch manufacturer's item on sale. The sales people are always helpful and knowlegeable about their products, and there's ambled parking, plus the location is on the main boulevard which is easily seen and accessed. Whenever Im in the area, I always stop to have a quick look to see what's new on sale.

They have a decent selection with a your pick at the bargain bin along the back wall. The service is lacking, but it's a shoe store. Prices are equal, or lower in some cases, to online prices. I wouldn't go for anything other than shoes though. Since their accessories are pretty pricey. We found what we were looking for. I got some sort cheap Asics for work and my kids got a got pair of Nikes.

Terrible customer service. Went with my 2 teenage siblings, the cashier was making such a huge deal about a student discount she asked for, wanting to check ID and asking questions like he thought she was lying, made her feel bad to be interrogated like that! Dude seriously relax, it's a shoe store not bank!!! Drive 5 minutes to WSS in North Hollywood, way nicer staff

Today date may 27 2021 I bought some shoes 04 05 2021 Return them impossible He said warranty only if not used or worn The manager 51 days it last TIMBERLAND 24/7 How why would why would you buy I worn shoes Why would you buy shoes and not to use them or why would you use a worn broken shoes You need to use them and see how they feel They're garanty is insulting

Massive new building with a huge selection! Great prices especially with online coupons. Although nobody seems to be working there, it's simple to find the right size with every size stacked up. In the ghetto part of town probably gets a lot of people trying to steal the merch. That would explain all the workers guarding the door when you walk in and out.

Amazing variety. Nice and spacious so no need to worry about people getting near. Shoes looked nice and workers were really nice and helpful when they needed to be. My overall experience was positive and I got the shoes I wanted (at a different wss) at a reasonable price. Would recommend for any casual or even the more hard-core shoe enthusiasts.

Well, I bought some shoes there, and the very next day I try to change them for a smaller size, they said no, because I didn't have a receipt. Not a lot of help on the floor. Prices aren't what they post on signs. Good brand's high prices. Okay brands, okay prices. Unknown brand's, low prices. I felt trick. Sketchers. Better ace to buy

Nice selection of shoes...but, everything I found that I was interested in, my size wasn't available. So, at least 15 different shoes they were out of sizes 11-12. Very odd, for a shoe store. I was at this store for 1 hour, not once was I asked if I needed help, at least 5 employees passed me and were roaming around an empty store.

Is a nice store it has many options, but is almost impossible to get someone to help, and when you get help they are so rude, also the security people are toooo intense, make you feel like criminal, they almost want to search your bags, is not worth it to come here, customers services is not existing in this place.

We went with my family to try to buy 3 pairs of tennis shoes at 7900 Sepulveda Blvd, Van Nuys, CA 91405 and this person in the photo below, was very inefficient, grumpy when responding and indifferent to helping us, we also found the shoes on our own, but they make us want to never go back to that place .

Great selection of shoes for children, women and men. The store also sold docks. Various colors of sneakers, a few boots, mostly sneakers for children and adults. A small cleàrance section with shoes for everyone. Parking was ample. Staff was helpful! Good shopping environment for children and parents.

SO MUCH VARIETY AND CRAZY AFFORDABLE PRICES! I walked in thinking i would only get 1 pair of shoes, but i walked out with 4! The staff was so sweet and helped my friend and i find exactly what we needed! It has ample space and there were very few people. Definitely recommend this place.

Huge selection of all types of shoes. Some good prices and some not. Large clearance section for some better prices. Clean, cool indoor environment with friendly help. I will take my kids here because they are bound to find something they like. It seems like a "one stop shop" for kicks.

Experience was great. I found a pair of NIKE's. Loved them at first site. Store was very clean and well lit. Employees where very attentive and offered assistance. I FOUND there clearance section and took a pair aswell must check there back wall all sort of great deals.

Went to buy my wife some shoes they was yellow and most had stains like they was used shoes not just that they didn't even tell us cash only when they seen us looking around they waited till we was gunna pay rather buy online or other store now wonder they have sales

Everything was good. I was offered help by 3 employees on my visit while looking around Their attention to customers is really great. I recommend this place beacuse its always so clean. Wait time in line usually takes around 5 to 10 mins they get you out quick.

Parking is always crazy here. I honestly don't like the styles they carry for women. I felt like alot of the styles were repetitive but i gave it a 4 stars because my husband was able to find 2 pairs of shoes he wanted

Dont let the outside fool you, it's very big inside with alot of selections and very clean. There are always employees around if you need help finding your size. I will be coming back here for all my shoe needs

Came today at 9:50 pm, it closes at 10 pm and doors were locked. Workers saw me didn’t even bother telling atleast to leave. Was just trying to get some sandals wasn’t going to take more than 5 minutes.

I bought my granddaughter some lighted running shoes, a pair of dressy shoes to wear with her skirts and 3 sets of socks. The selection of shoes is good. I wish they had more kids clothing. Nice staff.

Terrible place worst of all my husband was getting accused of stealing some nike sandals. Which we bought a while back in another warehouse shoe place. Also we spent 150 in shoes what the heck is that.

WSS has good shoes and good prices. But this location has Horrible customer service, I wont shop here even that I live a two minute walk from there. I shop at the one on Sepulveda instead.

Clearance prices are high, $30 and up. Most shoes over $50 in "clearance". No place for deals. The mailer coupons will knock off $20 from $99 purchase. I guess it's better than nothing

There was a parking lot sale , WHICH OF COURSE it was a nightmare but on top of that - the two in charge spoke to us in such a degrading and derogatory way , my friend was in tears

If you are looking for wide range of shoes and sports wear, wss is the best place. Sometimes they really have a great deals in sports wear and staff is also really good here

Not really worth it. Selection is minor and prices are sometimes bigger than other stores. growing up I would visit often when they had deals, now it's just okay.

Workers are always in good spirits and ready to help you find what you need and aren't all up on your shoulder making you feel uncomfortable like other places do.

They sell many shoes of differnt brands.Lines are large but it goes fast they have other stuff than shoes like clothes,balls,sports items,and back packs
