Please, anyone reading this... save yourself the hassle, rudeness and torture this location brings. Not only are they lacking basic social skills, but I'm almost positive not a single employee cares about anything but clocking in and out. Never really a big fan, I recently had the most horrific waste of time here. From employees to Associate Managers to Managers, not a single individual apologized to my girlfriend and I for a clear lack of customer service. I explained my story and frustration three separate times and not once did I get more than complete silence. Horrible. But the insanity doesnt stop here, I then returned without mygirlfriend who is extrememly picky and a usual complainer. I was to purchase 4 shoes, and 4 shirts. The cashier, being the Associate Manager, refused my payment due to the credit card not having the same first and last name on both. However, normally a debit transaction is accepted if the last name matches, providing you know the pin. When I explained this, he replied harshly "Its not going to happen." and repeated this statement several times. I not only left without spending a dime, but now had wasted over 3 1/2 hours. Hopefully, you don't have to fall vicim also. Please know the next 3 1/2 hours will be writing reviews and making as many phone calls as needed to ensure either employees change or this store be boycotted.

I have been here plenty of times but I had the worst experience today I needed help looking for a running shoe I asked one employee (chubby kid, short, and shaved head) to help me rude kid do not go with him I think his name is Juan.c if I am correct _ then I asked a manager and she called in a shy boy to help me.the manager looks like a Mexican maid or an old age Dora she is very rude and treated me like trash 'maybe because I am armo?" This little shy boy helped me and got the job done (tall dude wired hair style I recommend him he knows what he's doing) other than that thanks tall dude with wired hair style and don't stress out on how old rag Dora treats you I will help and try to get human resources to talk to her she yelled at me!!! (Don't go here to WSS if you do not go with tall wired haired shy dude I also think his name is juan or jose he's is a little thin and athletic lol Mexicans love them!! Remember let us have our revenge on Dora haha - from me jarred rodezno and my girl Sara help us speak for the employees that can not talk or they will get fired thank you very much ×○×○×○

I went to the san fernando location for the Jordan 1 i had seen months ago. They didn't have them, so they referred me to the North Hollywood location. They were on hold at the register. They were very unfriendly. When i got to the register and told them i had came from the sf store and the shoes were on hold, they asked for a receipt, i said i didnt buy then yet, i wanted to try them on first to be sure. They acted like that was a problem. I asked again, can i try them on?" He gave me one shoe and said you can sit over there pointing. I asked for the other, and he guarded the box with his life. After i tried them on and decided to buy. He still wouldn't give me the box. He said get in line and they will help you. Im like, really. Everyone else had their box. If i didn't need these shoes for an upcoming event, i would've walked out.

I been going there for 10 years and since i came to this country and I can’t believe that today i had the worst experience ever there manager if you are out there talking en el chisme dont stereotype people just because the way we look and think we Dont have Money to pay for stuff I wouldn’t teach that to my daughter who was cry for the backpack and that is why i gave it to her AFTER I PAY $$$ i wish i had her name she knows who she is i was gonna buy you a pair of Jordans if you would of say yes Pay attention lady

Omg customer service sucked. Im in line waiting to pay for a pair of shoes. Im not acknowledged my the 3 cashiers up front. While they try to figure whats up with there computer im in line for 15 mins, no, we will be with you in a min or we are having problems with our system. Next once i paid i told the cashiers that mop with bucket and sign in in the way of paying, they shrugged it off. Im all about the customer service experience.

Great Store, haven't been in this store for over ten years, it's called a warehouse store, but prices are still high compared to shopping on Amazon. It has a nice selection of shoes. Wish it had a nice selection of clearance shoes, but alas it doesn't. Spent 96 bucks on a pair of shoes and two bundles of long black socks for my nephew. They mail you coupons In the mail, which is nice, saved 20$ on 90$ purchase or more, b4 tax though.

This was my first purchase from this chain and I am very satisfied. I was helped by this young man name Anthony. He went above and beyond to assist my daughter to get the shoe she has been looking for. He took his time searching for the design and the correct size for my daughter and she was very happy. I am certainly going back to this store for my future shoe purchase.

My friend took me to purchase some shoes here and browse. The store was semi empty not really customers inside. I felt really discriminated, After telling them multiple times we were fine they hovered over us like we were going to steal. I didn’t feel comfortable anymore so we left, sad to say I won’t be coming here anymore I’ll tell people they have to hurry up and buy

My son wanted some air Force ones all in white and I must have called at least 6 Footlockers for this shoe and all locations were sold out I finally tried wws and the person on the phone was nice enough to check for me if they had the shoe in the size I needed , he said they did finally! And we rushed right over and my son was happy that he was able to get his shoes

Very little knowledge about their inventory , products and sponsorship. .This store has poor access to help yourself to your size . Be ready to folly and fumble. Can you afford anything in your monthly budget , maybe out dated and played. Good news for bargain shoppers ! Nike brand basketball is the best price in town. Get one for a great outdoor experience.

Had a great experience here. I ordered my slide on vans delivered to the store, but the 7 was too small. The girl helping me at the counter was awesome and professional and ordered me a 7.5 and they were shipped free of charge and took no time to get to my house. I already have them today and they said it would take 5 days. Thank you.

I went here and one of the employees was behaving terribly and barely paying any attention to what I was saying. When I tried to use my 20 dollar coupon they also demanded to see an ID despite the fact I’ve been asked that before. Terrible service and it made me feel uncomfortable. Don’t recommend coming here.

super helpful. i placed an order for some shoes at like 10:30am but needed them before 1:30 and so i went into the store to grab them since the order wasnt ready yet and the two workers who helped me were so amazing. one of them went and grabbed the shoes and i was in and out by 8 minutes.

I don't know if it's because of the neighborhood, but everytime I go tho this place I feel like I have ppl checking on all what I do here, I feel the eyes on me, if I am walking around and checking the shoes it's because they have a very limited inventory when is about models and sizes

Found what "I" was looking for, I bring my kids here as well, and 80% of the time they find what they're looking for. Prices are decent. This place only gets packed when kids return to school, other than that, this place is pretty empty. Great selection of boys and mens clothes too!

This location is currently getting remodeled and im definitely looking forward to the new look. This location has a great selection of sneakers and apparel, you can find some great steals on the backwall and they also get the latest drops. I definitely visit this location often.

Went to go buy some sandals and came out with 10 pairs of shoes and two shorts but I'm happy because they have very good discounts right now, customer service was excellent from Nick he was very helpful and nice also Lupe the cashier was very nice and helpful.

Nothing exciting about this place. People that work there seems not to care about customers finding what they're looking for. Entering to the place the guard said hi. But the no one else asked if we needed help to find something.

Place is always kept clean and in order for you to find all you need. The employees are kind and have great customer service. Some things may be over priced but their own brand is of good material and not so expensive.

Lots of shoes, lots of selections. FYI you cannot ride a scooter inside the store. You cannot leave it up front when you shop either. You must fold it up & carry it while you are in the store.
