LandRover Freelander 2 - Purchased 22nd Jan 2022 - Initially communication with NAVID on the telephone, and then viewed vehicle and was met by NAVID. What a lovely guy, helpful, accommodating and very friendly, nothing pushy, and that impressed us! Was thorough in answering questions and pro-active in his knowledge of the car. On the day of collecting car we were met by JOE. Again a really lovely man and personable. A HUGE SHOUT OUT for both NAVID and JOE! If your looking for great service and great prices this is the place to be. An RAC inspection was completed on our vehicle prior to purchasing, as there was a time gap of no history on the car. That came up REALLY GREAT, a few niggles, nothing drastic, but these guys got it sorted out within days. The RAC man said he had dealt with this company before and found them to be very friendly, helpful and NOT resistant to his inspections, like he often gets from other car dealers. He spoke highly of the vehicle and considered it to be a good price for a good car! From the moment we reached out with a brief inquiry, NAVID was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking us through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and our satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! Very good customer service. I was looking for my first car and they were very accomodating with what I was looking for. Nav was asking questions to get a better idea of what car I would like. Gave us the keys to open the car and look around as well as letting us turn the car on. Was then very kind and let us go on a test drive then and there. The car was ready to go whenever we wanted to collect it and have it insured and more than happy for us to collect it the next day. Car was very clean and in excellent condition. Once bought a problem was discovered with the windscreen wipers and was promptly sorted by them and the mechanic they work closely with. Very apologetic about the problem we had. Can't fault the amazing customer service we experienced. I would definitely recommend and will be going back whenever I am looking for a new car.

absolute con men! Stay away! They will give the impression that they are helping you when in fact they are only out to con you. I purchased a car 4 months ago and as soon as I had the car I had a mechanic look at it and it needed a new back box and auxillary belt, which they did fix, then a couple of weeks later the loses power and is now out of warranty by 2 weeks so it needs a new pedal and throttle and i also had to service it as it hadn't been done and needed 2 nee tyres. I've already spent 1000 on top of the 4000 I paid and the car is now not starting everytime. I went to them explaining the circumstances as to why I needed a new car and they were very sympathetic only to then go on to sell me a dodgy car thats had nothing but problems since I got it.

I was looking for a Jaguar XJ that was in great condition yet not too expensive and found and bought one from this place. Joe, who runs this used car dealership, couldn't have been more polite and helpful and was honest enough to point out some minor damage on the car that I hadn't spotted when I made the nearly 100 mile trip to take a closer look at it before agreeing to make the purchase. All in all a very smooth and efficient process and I would definitely recommend to others.

Just bought our new to us bmw x5 from here. Absolutely stunning car at a great price. Too early to comment on reliability of it yet but with low miles and it being as clean as it is with well documented service history i think we have bought as safe as we can as far as used cars go, its always a gamble. Decent bunch of guys and nothing was too much trouble for Joe. If we are looking again in the future we will definitely give these guys a look without any doubt.

Looked in Auto trader & found a car , sent the seller Car Trade Mart an email. It was quite late in the evening. Next morning I had a reply yes we have the car . Made a phone call to the seller & spoke to a lovely guy called Joe . Once the car was purchased & plans for delivery made even though I was about 100+ miles away the car arrived . Nothing was too much trouble for this company , very helpful & definitely I recommend everyone to use them

I wouldn’t even give a one star if I had choice! Con men is all I can say. I bought a car from here in 2020 and I’ve had nothing but problems and have spent well over the price of the car on fixing things that were wrong with it. Spent over a grand just after a couple months of even having the car!! I am now having to face getting rid of the car as it is just not worth running as it will cost me more in the future… avoid at all costs!!
