I had a problem with my service fuse box at the front of the house and had my power cut off overnight by CitiPower. I rang CED Services at 8pm at night and my call was answered and they committed to have someone on site the next morning The electrician rang me about 9:30 confirming he was 45 minutes away and he turned up when he said, with a new service box Problem fixed within an hour Great service and good communication as they kept me informed on progress CED left me the old/damaged service fuse box which I photographed and sent to CitiPower as it was CitiPower's service line terminal that was loose and had overheated. When we build a 3 level office our builder selected CED for all electrical, fire & door access control work. Since building handover in 2018 we have used CED for door programming, replacing heat sensors & reprogramming our Fire Indicator Board. When power failed in Melbourne last Friday the FIB power supply failed & our building was not longer connected to the fire service. An email to Peter on Sunday afternoon had him respond that day & repair the FIB board on Monday. Fast & excellent service. Recommended.

We enlisted Shane at CED Services Group to do a variety of electrical work around our house. The team turned up on time, completed everything efficiently and cleaned up after the job. A surprise on the day meant they had to do some emergency additional work to ensure everything was safe and to standard. Extra electricians turned up to help get the job done and whilst I could have been stung for the extra work we got a great price and are very grateful for the attention to detail. So I'm in a real tizz and need electrical help NOW to remove some strange heating unit from a cupboard before my unit goes on sale. lLiterally within seconds of my arriving at my unit from an outlying suburb, I have met this fabulous bloke who has done the work in less than 15 minutes. All fixed. He took all the rubbish away and did not charge me for that service. He was super punctual, super efficient and arrived with a friendly smile.
