The owners of this gym is trying to save on electricity. The air conditioning in the gym almost always does not work, even in the most terrible heat! On the first floor there is a strength and cardio training area. On the second floor there is a group training area, but here they prohibit training and very impolitely turn you away if you want to do even a little stretching! In every gym it’s allowed to do workout in group workout area! This gym has no any good equipment for being worry about! I will not recommend anyone to workout here and spend money, as this gym disrespects his clients and does not care about them!

This review is about how glad we should be that there still good people around us. I am not a customer to this gym nor i had ever even known about it. What i experienced is that i had a flat tyre just outside their gym in these40degrees. Immediately a very nice lady(the owner or an instructor i persume)came out to offer me help and a bottle of cold water. Thank you and i am very happy to see that good people are still around us. Thanks.

Good gym! Friendly staff! Quite spacious, but in the evening there are still a lot of visitors. Although there are much fewer people during the day. Convenient work schedule, from 6:30a.m. to 10:30p.m. on weekdays, on weekends the schedule is shorter. The only thing for me as person who was born in the temperate climate of Eastern Europe in the summer in the gym is hot)

This place is one of the best gyms in town for a reason. Big place for calisthenics when you can do your workout. Has two places with dumbbells left and right. Many places where you can put your mat on the floor. The most important is the stuff that working here Eva, Angelos, and Marios. Super friendly and professionals and always with positive moods.

Very nice gym, spacious with a lot of machines so you won't have to wait to do your exercises, you can have a shower there, a locker for your stuff and they have vending machines in case you need something. One thing I love about this gym more are the stuff as they are ready to help you and show you how it's done!

A great gym with fantastic trainers, feels like a family. Machines are good, hardly waiting for your turn even in peak hours. Clean and organised. The only disadvantage is the luck of a sauna.

Extremely friendly staff Equipment is pretty new and in good condition. Unfortunately no water to refill bottle, only wending machine (let's go convenient and eco friendly)…

Really love the open space and the high quality treatmills. The personell is very friendly , cool and experts in personal training.
