Tomorrow I will renew my monthly subscription for the 4th month. Here is my take on VIPgym after 3 months of almost-everyday visit: Pros: -The gym is located in an area where it is easy to find parking spot -They have an online app, which allows for easy entrance and exit, online subscription renewal and gym schedule with everything you need - Their monthly price is competitive - They offer almost 100% of machines/dumbells/ equipment that one needs - They are open from very early to very late, while they are also open on Saturdays and Sundays (very good for people who might have a busy schedule) -Staff is very friendly, they know their exercises and are always eager to help - They have cleaning everyday -They are expanding the gym Cons: - Due to the location, everytime there is football, it is difficult to find a parking spot there - There are some equipment I would like to see in the near future, for example smaller sized, straight bars with various weights - they brought them today - There is very little space in the "abs" area, very narrow space, you cannot exercise with a peace of mind because everyone passes/exercises right next to you - Neglected Machinery/Equipment. For me, this is the worst part of the experience. For 3 months I have been almost daily checking out the gym and I have realised that a lot of machinery is neglected and probably need inspection. List below, from what I can remember: A) Abs Benches - the height adjustable mechanist is broken, it never stays in place and it is super annoying and off-putting. Both benches B) Dual cable machine - the cables ate neglected and covered with red tape - FIXED C) multi- cable machine (in front of entrance) - worn cables D) back row machine (entrance, left) - hand handles covered with black tape (sticky), some nuts require adjusting - FIXED E) bamboo stick - taped and almost broken F) Butterflies (in front of entrance) - the height adjustable seat has a broken bolt, which was replaced poorly. For me personally, going to the gym is a time of personal space and it should encourage one to exercise with a peace in mind. With these neglects, I am discouraged to exercise and off-puts me. It is also important to feel safe in the gym, sometimes I an scared that the cables will simply tear, limiting my capabilities. I am renewing my membership for another month and I have notified, for the first time, a staff member today. Should there be improvements I will further comment here. If there aren't any, this means my opinion is not heard and I will be choosing a gym where it does. Thank you for reading this, exercise safe :) UPDATE I went again today and I have seen most of the staff present, changing what needed repairs, they preserved what needed care and I have seen replacements, additions and loads of new stuff arriving! I have now put 4 stars on my review and when they finalise everything I will make it 5. Glad my voice was heard!

I’ve visited this gym three times after going around Limassol looking for a good gym, this is the eighth gym I try and I can qualify it with very excellent note. Staff is very friendly, they have more than one spot for squats and deadlift, they have a lot variation in machines and it is very clean. I have read they don’t use air con which it can be very unhelpful for summer, this is the only bad point l don’t give the 5 starts and some machines are very close to each other but it’s normal as it isn’t very big. I can’t wait to get my membership and try a few classes they do very interesting. Prices is ok in compare with other gyms in Limassol. Easy to park around with car

One of the best gyms in Limassol. Friendly staff, beautiful design and a nice coffee shop within the gym. The only reason i can never return to this gym is the luck of good a/c is getting too hot in the summer and no a/c in the changing rooms. I couldn't breath from the heat. Otherwise everything else is nice.

They set to me time boundaries beacause it’s “crowded” only because I am a teen this rule doesn’t apply to older people and women of course…Value your clients better

It's a nice gym but it doesn't have enough A/C to cool it to a bearable temperature. On hot days this is a big problem. Really a pity, as everything else is great
