Look no further for a full service company! You will benefit from their experience like I did. CLC Roofing made dealing with storm/wind damage and the insurance process seamless. I never used any storm damage insurance before, so I was a little confused. It’s quite a process to navigate. Initially, I was given inaccurate information from two other companies, but after talking with Branson at CLC for 2 minutes, I knew CLC Roofing was who I wanted! Branson was my on-the-ground contact from day one through to the end. CLC Roofing is a small, family owned business that was local to Fort Worth. I received the one-on-one customer service that I needed. I was successful in receiving a new roof. What I didn’t count on, but Branson pulled his expert experience and secured me new gutters all around, installed 4 new turbines which weren’t there before on my roof to help with TX heat, and even got part of my fence repaired and repainted. Tell me that’s not complete service and the total package. The work was completed with a fantastic and friendly crew. They worked furiously to ensure the roof installation happened in a timely manner for me. I had zero issues using CLC Roofing, and Branson and the financial people at CLC Roofing made my job dealing with my insurance painless. CLC’s paperwork for me was spot on. In the end, the roof is beautiful, I was given exactly what I needed, and working with CLC Roofing was the best decision for our family.

Contacted this company in 2021 to get a roof replaced. I informed them that I had already worked with my insurance company and I was ready for the replacement. After the associate finished the inspection, I asked questions to see some samples of the shingle options or some brochures and the associate was not prepared to provide any info at the time because he forgot to bring the info and documentation with him. The associate told me that he would provide an estimate the following week for the repairs. I never heard back from the inspector for the estimate after 7 days. I contacted the associate directly via mobile text, and he never responded. I called the company number directly and asked what happened to my estimate and that I wanted to talk to a manager. The administrator on the phone said no manager was available to talk at the time and asked me if I really wanted a call back or not. This is terrible customer service. I told the administrator that it is up to the company management if they want to call me back as a potential customer who wanted to pay them for a service. No call back from the manager at all. Again, I contacted the company directly to get an explanation and to resolve the issue of why my time was wasted and I was asked if I want “a call back or not.” This ended up being $15k+ job with 2 other companies. Maybe my money was not good enough? Not recommending this company to friends, family, or co-workers.

I am so glad to have found CLC Roofing and Chad Cross! After living with a terrible and warranty-killing installation of a Decra roof until we could not manage the horrible issues it caused any longer, I called CLC to find out if they could help. They removed our failing roof and installed a new Decra roof, properly, and addressed all the complex transitions that our roof had to offer, including the many skylights. They also advised us to add solar powered ventilation to the attic space and were able to install that as part of the reroof. Chad also had some decorative chimney caps fabricated for us...I love the look of them! We enjoyed our roof for 14 months until a hail storm came through and delivered a massive load of damage to our roof. The stones were the size of a baseball. I called Chad and he was equally stunned at our luck, but worked with us through the insurance claims we filed and in no time his crew was out to install a replacement. Their work is meticulous and they keep the job site clean and picked up. We did not have any damage to our landscape during either roof install, which was very important to me. If and when I never need another roof on my house I feel confident in calling CLC, and if I ever hear of someone in DFW who needs a roof, I will definitely point them towards CLC. This is a company with great integrity and great customer service.

I reached out on social media for a repair person after yesterday's storm to help track down a leak. Tom from CLC reached out after hours and gave me an appointment time for today.
