I love Sweetheart Motors and it's not just because I work there! 2 months ago, my husband Kirk and I were without a Car and actually we were not getting along every well either. You can ask our family, this is not a paid advertisement! This really is a true story, For the past couple of years, we’ve been struggling - between being both on Long-term Disability since 2015, so being home together - which for some people who know us, being together shouldn't be a problem? Our Children range from 2 girls (27 & 26), & and 2 boys (22 & 20). The only one living with us is the youngest, but with him being on the Spectrum of Autism and no gumption to go out in the World to Earn his own ”paycheck” or do his part around the house but just play Video games on his Xbox and chat with his girlfriend from the US who he found from online, of course! But, for us, being cooped up at home, then the fighting with our Son started, that wasn’t helpingeded a Car, b with anybody’s relationship! When my other Son told us about Sweetheart Motors and told us to come down there because he, of course knew we needed a Car for over a year plus and he had been trying to get us to co-sign a loan for them (he & his Fiancé, Dez) for a while now too! So, I thought maybe, just maybe we finally might get a Car too! I had been looking for a while too! So, we grabbed the Bus? Ran into Damian (my Sin) & Dez just getting on the Bus too! Now, for anything to happen to happen for us that day, nothing did, the Owner, Mona was busy with Damian & figuring out in setting up car for them which never got figured out until the next day! But they were courteous, respectful, a very busy place! I am only going to talk about my car experience right now. Anyway, Mona apologized that she couldn't get to me today, but she wanted to finish up with my Son & Fiance first. I said that was ok we had no where to go! Anyway, we did start on my Lease agreement & Warranty the next day like she promised - we decided on the 2003 PT Cruiser and it was Burgundy. It's also a Standard, which is fine because both my husband Kirk and I grew up on using Manuals as our ”Teethers!” LOL! IT TOOK ONLY A FEW TURNS AROUND THE LOT FOR ME TO GET MY FEET UNDER ME, SO TO SPEAK! You can ask Kirk who drives the Car 99% of the time! Me! But, this is actually the 1st time that our months are less than 2 years and that we have a Warranty that is included straight to the end of our Lease! (19 months!). Usually our Term is 5 years! GOOD JOB SWEETHEART MOTIRS!

My wife and I were looking for a second vehicle for me for work. My wife found this place and went and looked and test drove a 2005 GMC envoy 4x4. I was put of.province at this time and my wife had put a deposit down of $500. Vehicle was posted for $4900. The vehicle was a disgusting mess inside when my wife sent me pictures of it and had a spare rim on the front. I am the one who usually test drives the vehicle and looks it over before we purchase, like I said I was out of province during the whole.process. After the purchase it did come with a 2 year warranty. My wife drove it to where I am working at the moment and I drove it around. Right away I could tell the wheel alignment was way off as it was pulling really hard to the right. I let go of the wheel and instantly I will be in the ditch. I inspected the fluids and the power steering is at the add line and the break fluid is almost at the rim way above the manufacture fill line. Also all the lights are flickering constantly which a tell tale of the the alternator is going, mixed matched tire . It has 2 winter tires on the front which are almost bald and a A/T in the rear and a M/S tire as well in the rear 2 completely different treads one is a aggressive tread the other not so much. It was AMVIC mechanical fitness done and appearantly it all passed appearantly. 2 fluids they must check and pass are break and power steering. Which failed also to check the alternator which is glitching out and the wheel alignment which fails in both AMVIC and traffic safety act. I co tacted Mona and right away states my wife had it for 2 weeks and didnt say anything and she said we had to go through warranty. I refused and informed her of the AMVIC regulations and traffic safety Act laws that he needs to be repaired prior to sale and also stated on the AMVIC inspections if we still wanted to purchase it as. I informe Mona I will be contacting AMVIC and be dealing with then and reporting then and to have it repaired on their dime not ours.she instantly went to the defense and was extremely rude and disregarded the issues. IF ANYONE IS IN THIS SAME PREDICAMENT AS WE ARE. PLEASE CONTACT AMVIC AMD REPORT THEM AND GET THESE GUYS FOLLOWING THE LAW OR SHUT THEM DOWN. During my wife's travels to me with the bower steering low or break fluid to high could have caused serious issues an accident injuries and ot death of anyone one of them failed.

What a Fantastic Experience. If you are looking to purchase used cars, SUVs, Vans, Trucks or any other type of used autos or better still if you are in need of finance or auto loans irrespective of good credit or bad credit, then please look no further and contact Sweetheart Motors right away. They put customers’ and clients’ satisfaction first before profit and sales. When I phoned in to ask about the availability of a particular car that I wanted, I got an excellent reception over the phone. Despite it was around their office closing time, the staff (Samantha) stayed on to ensure I got to their office safely and attended to me in an extremely professional and friendly way. Once I was at their office, the Chief Executive (Mona) greeted me and received me so well. Her mannerism and friendliness was definitely world-class. The atmosphere in their offices was very friendly and relaxed. All the other staff were down to earth and willing to help at every opportunity. I felt at home and comfortable by the way the team handled our meeting. They were very patient to listen to my opinions and my requests. They did not beat around the bush, they did not try to sell me stuff that I did not request and they did not try to rip me off by inflating prices. Instead they provided me with various options and invaluable free advice about auto finance and loans. They did not put pressure on me to close a deal immediately. They advised me to go home and think about everything we discussed and phone them up once I had made a decision. They know their stuff. They clearly put my interest and satisfaction as the main priority first before profit and sales. Absolutely brilliant team over at Sweetheart Motors. I strongly recommend Sweetheart Motors. I will definitely use them again for my next purchase.

got a very nice and reliable vehicle at a good price; however the arrangement was that the car would get cleaned. We came to pick up, car was still filthy, apparently cleaner didn't come in to work and no one knew where he was? We decided to go through with the purchase with the condition that they would clean it a few days later. Made an arrangement, showed up (took morning off work to drive 45 minutes) just for them to say that cleaner didn't show up again and they won't be able to deliver on their promise. I kept bugging them until someone finally did it. After the "cleaning" or "sanitazation" or whatever they called it, there were still large chunks of modly bread under the seats. Manager or owner told the cleaning guy to stop spending so much time on it as they never promised cleaning , just "sanitazation". That was not the agreement at all. If you can find a good car at a good price and have your own mechanic come in to inspect it, I say go for it. However, don't expect them to deliver on something that was offered or promised once the papers are signed. Just so disorganized, all over the place. I wasted so much time and energy ...chances are that if they never promised the service I would've still bought the darn car as I could clean it myself no problem. But to promise something and to have me drive back and forth and waste my time (and gas) like that is beyond unprofessional. Spent so long there, they couldn't even find the key for the car for a good while. I avoided kijiji or marketplace because I wanted a smoother experience. manager acted like we were a huge inconvenience, if I wouldnt have gotten someone to handwrite the arrangement on the contract I'm sure we wouldn't have even gotten anything. fake reviews are easy to spot

Beginning in mid-September I learned the cost of renting a car for the 4-5 weeks I'd be in Cochrane AB was very high ... and at the end of the visitation period there'd be nothing left except a lessened bank account balance. I began looking on-line for an inexpensive car that I would buy, knowing that I'll be returning to AB this, and at least 2 other times, over the next year. I did find a few cars that I thought would be an appropriate buy, a car that'd last for at least 1 year (the cost of purchase would then be slightly less than the cost of renting a car). I came across a mid-2000s car with relatively low mileage that I decided to buy. Contacting Sweetheart Motors in Edmonton, I was put in touch with Marie; - I cannot say enough positive words about her dealings with me - she certainly 'went above all expectations' that I could have hoped for... and I was buying one of the lower priced cars on the lot. When I asked where the dealership was located because I would need to hire a taxi to pick me up at the airport, she even volunteered to do that for me. Finding me at the airport, we had about 40 minutes to find a Registry Office that would be open only until 5pm on a Saturday so that the car could be properly registered to me, and that I could drive it from Edmonton to Cochrane AB; - again Marie went 'above and beyond', taking and accompanying me to the Registry Office. I would wholeheartedly, without hesitation, suggest that anyone looking for a vehicle with some unusual situation contact Sweetheart Motors, to at least tell them your story and her what they can do for you. I did, and I cannot imagine any other dealership 'going above and beyond' as they did.

This place is a joke. Needed a safe reliable vehicle and quick. Told mona i had $500 for a deposit I paid $700 . She picked my son and I up and took us down to dealership. 2003 nissan murano, tagged as $4200 taxes included. I took it for a test drive and liked it. Windshield needed replacing so I took an intrepid for the mean time... Time of signing though price went to $8945.4 days into my Murano and the engine started ticking, strong exhaust smell. Worried I had Nissan run dignostixs to find there was not a drop of oil. 4.5 L went in and 4.5 L came out the bottom. 30 pt inspection revealed $8900 in parts. Gaskets almost non existant. Registered in 3 provinces previously, uses salt. Bottom was corroded. Took it back to sweetheart wanting refund for my $700. Was instead given a pontic g6, 280,000 k. Service air bag light on, brakes made car jump from lane to lane. I was then given a mazda 3... Best one out of the 4 cars i drove. Tagged as $3300. Mona was putting my car in shop and had me put mymmurano plate on mazda. 2.5 mths later with murano still in shop. Payments for murano taken. She calls in the mazda 3 as stolen. Now in impound with all belongings as i needed to move.... And refund as requested AGAIN didnt happen again today. Osman the sales guy, hammered on my arrival to give the inspection results from Nissan. Bolts not on engine cover. I did however get a $1500 warranty on engine lol. No vehicle fitness assessment given, no out of province inspection results provided. I asked for them and was told she didnt have em. How this trailer in a parkinglot is still operational is beyond me.

This scabby little car lot should be shut down immediately! It amazes me these people are still in business. People BEWARE!! Mona and her salesperson Samantha are pathological liars and shouldn't be trusted!!! My boyfriend made a deal for me on a Jeep Patriot, they had agreed on a price and made arrangements for us to pick it up the following day. Several hours go by and all of a sudden there was mass confusion whether or not the vehicle was back from its inspection. In the end Samatha told us not to worry, that her colleague didn't know what he was talking about and that she'd see us in the morning. ***(She and her colleague were made fully aware that we'd be travelling 5 hours from Grande Prairie to Edmonton)*** The following day we receive a call from Samatha, she proceeds to tell us that the jeep wasn't there because it needed parts and they wouldn't have them for a few days. When asked what repairs it needed she didn't know. (Shouldn't vehicles be pre-inspected and ready for purchase ? Why waste someones time and make a deal on a vehicle that needs repairs? supposedly it had been there for 3 months already. We don't think this vehicle even existed, they put up ads on kijiji regarding vehicles that don't exist! This way they get you to their ratty little lot so they can try and con you into one of there piece of S*** cars.) Please people take my advice and steer far and clear from these degenerates, its only a matter of time and I'm sure this place will go under! ***Also take note that any of their good reviews are posted by "google users", sounds like red flags to me!!***

*READ THE BOTTOM TIL BOTTOM* My experience has been amazing! The only place that had me approved and driving out with a vehicle with a matter of a few days!!!! Highly recommend!!! *update* 3 weeks after having the vehicle Mona sold us, we started having problems with the vehicle. The engine light was on and off the whole time. Mona has told us because the vehicle was parked for so long that’s why the engine light is on and give it time it will come off as we drive it more. Finally we were at a red light and the vehicle stopped. Took a bit to get it to start again and we drove it right back home. Called Mona for help with the warranty that was sold with it, in a very quick response she got back to us with the info. Had the car towed in and warranty got the diagnosis. Transmission! The transmission went on it and is leaving us with a $1300 cost. Including the warranty. I called Mona to talk to her about it. Nothing. No calls no messages no response. Seems now she’s hiding out or is dodging me, because she knows she sold me a lemon. She took advantage of us, because she knew how much we needed a vehicle in that moment. Yes she got us a vehicle very quickly BUT it could have just been her plan to get the vehicle off the lot. Probably because it was sitting there for a long time and they needed to get rid of it. Idk. But I am very unsatisfied with how this event has been. I’m right back in the same boat as I was in before I walked into her place. Just not to proud of this place now to send referrals.

Worst experience EVER!! The vehicles are over priced, and no safety measures are taken to make sure the vehicle is road safe. The mechanic Mona uses is shady, will do a fake inspection and pass it as road worthy. Bought a Acura MDX from her, within a month the car started to fall apart. Front coil springs were broke, struts were finished, exhaust was falling off and the catalytic converter was missing, which she charged me for a new one before I bought it. I returned it and bought a Kia Sorento, told her to make sure that it is safe because my wife and I are returning home to Ontario. We made it to Thunderbay and the motor seized. Her shady "mechanic" put a new oil pan on which was leaking and didn't tighten the the plug, so it got loose during the drive and the oil drained completely out. We were stuck in the mountains for 5 hours in -42°C waiting for a tow. Called Mona and told her of the problem and asked her to take the car back and return my $1500.00 down payment. Ever since, she keeps making excuses as to why she can't retrieve the vehicle and return my money. Now, she is ignoring all my calls. This time, I'm layered up and will be getting more than $1500.00 back as our lives were literally at stake. Mona, you should have paid back my $1500 when you had the chance, now you'll be loosing much more than that. We will file a report with AMVIC as well and and keep fighting until you are shutdown permanently so no one else gets scammed by a shady used dealership like you.

I purchased a 06 Ford f150 from Mona for 3000 which was I thought a fair price as it needed some work done and I have the skills to do it. However when I completed said work and took the out of province inspection report that Mona helpfully provided me with to have it signed off on I discovered that I had instead been given an insurance inspection form. This puzzled me and upon looking further into it I discovered that the out of province was only half completed despite being started at Mona's preferred garage. According to the owner of said garage they had stopped half way through at Mona's direction since she stated it was getting too expensive. A fact I was not given by Mona who helpfully also had me sign a non refundable deposit slip for the purchase price of the truck. In short I was lied to and would not do business with Mona again or recommend her services to anyone. On the bright side I did get to know her staff quite well as Mona keeps very irregular hours and was almost impossible to have sit still long enough to give me the keys without running off and panic solving every immediate issue that popped up. In total it took 4 trips and 6 phone calls combined with over 20hours of sitting in her office to be in possession of a 3000 dollar lemon. Would give zero stars if possible. Stay far away from this dealer.

I found an ad on Kijiji, for a 2007 Toyota Corolla, listed by sweetheart Motors. My first impulse was to disregard this ad because it was a small dealership. Small dealerships are usually known to be dishonest and therefore most people avoid them at all costs, unless they have issues with financing. Even though I was hesitant I made the decision to call and arrange to go down and see this vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and met Todd, who was pleasant, and very friendly, but most of all, was not what I would consider to be a very pushy salesperson. The vehicle turned out to be a really good find, and I had my brother join me and the two of us went for a test drive. He gave me the green light, to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. I met Mona the owner of the dealership we discussed the price and we came to an agreement on price and I purchase the car. I have to say that, I found this whole experience to be great and not disappointing as I had anticipated. Mona and Todd both treated me really well, their focus was totally on customer service. And she made sure that I was a happy customer when I left this dealership. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a car and come to this dealership. She really is an Angel to me. PLEASE AVOID this dealer if you don't want to get conned out of thousands of dollars. Mona Osman, owner, lied about nearly everything regarding the 2008 Pontiac G6 we test drove - which wasn't even the car we came to see! She said it was $5600 but she'd help us out and sell at $4000. She later said $4500. Found the ad online and it was only listed at $4700 anyway! She also said it had just come in the day before and they were trying to make room, but the car had been listed for more than two months. Not to mention it was a piece of junk and the gas pedal wouldn't even accelerate the car or rev the engine sometimes. Their in-house inspection is a joke. The back bumper was detached on one side, which was a simple matter of re-pinning it, but Mona quoted us $400 to fix it. She said one of the cars we came to see had sold already, however it is still listed online and even had a price reduction since then! The business model seems to be fast-paced pressure sales while pretending to do you a favor. The lot attendant was also unreliable, saying Pontiac (now 8 years defunct) cars are great and Hyundai are "Jap cars". Just an overall gong show made to take your money before you know what hits you. Won't be surprised it the company is shut down soon.

I inquired about a car that I had seen on their Kijiji ad. I spoke with Samantha that confirmed that it was ready to go and even took a credit card number to ensure it would be held for me. Later to have Mona and Shagur telling me something completely different. They should really collerborate before lying to their customers about the status of a car, so their stories at least match up. I wasted days waiting for a car that I never got to see, and highly doubt even existed. They just want to lure you into their run down trailer and scabby lot so they post ads for cars that look too good to be true and then lie that it’s out for inspection when you come to buy it. Take a look around their lot and you will clearly see that they only sell junk, that would never pass a legit inspection. They are selling dangerous vehicles that should not be on the roads! AMVIC really needs to look into these people and their so called “mechanic” before they kill someone with their death traps. Save your cash and your time. Don’t give a penny to Mona, and her scabby salesmen. Mona, Samantha and Shagur need to stop lying and scamming!

I read the reviews, notice the same things said, and must disagree. Cars are difficult, they can easily hide issues, and that's why test drives are important. We went there, and I was quite impressed. I looked at 5 vehicles, and chose one that I believed was worth my payment. Fact is, I was there 6 hours and was even driven home and Mona delivered my car personally to my driveway. She went out of her way to do this, and I appreciate it. While I stayed there, much of the time mulling over multiple vehicles, I noticed that many customers are returning ones. I spent a day being Mona's shadow, and was impressed by how the business runs. Much of what others say negatively, contradicts what I saw. Maybe those that feel taken, should visit and see how things are done. I was recommended by a close family friend, never knew Mona before that day, and made a friend with her. We already know what we plan on buying next from her, as we will be returning again... and again. I trust Sweetheart Motors more than any other dealership, whether new or used. Thank you, Mona!

We went down after looking online and had a few vehicles in our range. We choose an older Audi, we couldn't test drive it as it didn't have a key; then we were told we had to purchase the Audi before Mona would re-key the car. $2200 and 3 weeks later, we had 30mins to go pick up our car before they closed for the day. We got there with 10mins to spare (loaner car Mona gave us had a blown piston) to find out the Audi had a blown piston and it took us 3 hours to drive home in Abbotsfeild. Mona agreed to replace the Audi with another vehicle and we could pay the difference if it was over $2200, and we had to pay for the Audi to get towed to her mechanic. We get down there and only for in house vehicles for the trade, all of the in house vehicles had major problems. The only vehicle decent was a Mazda, we paid full price and Mona was to call us when she fixed and resold the Audi. Audi is still in storage at her mechanics, and we have yet to get any money or call back this has been a year since purchase. If my review is taken down I will repost.

A very strong five star for Sweetheart Motors. I honestly can't say enough good things about the experience we had today at your dealership. We just came to Edmonton to look around and we found a really nice CRV. Mona came out to greet us and gave us service I have not experienced before. First off the price of the CRV was far below any price we could comparably find on kijiji and the vehicle was in fantastic shape. The vehicle had just come in and was not yet inspected. She took the vehicle herself to a mechanic to get inspected as we have to leave town, she spent hours with us to make sure we had everything we needed while waiting for the vehicle to be ready. The friendly and helpful staff Marie stayed long after hours to get us insurance and they all treated us like family. I can't thank you enough for your time and respect and I won't have to look far for my next vehicle and I highly recommend buying your next vehicle here. This is a business that stands behind their customers above and beyond any expectation. Thank you Mona and Marie.

This Mona Osman is a thief a crook and a nasty person, my sister bought an suv that was advertised price all included taxes fees and warranty . When we got there she charged us taxes gst doc fee of $399 and $999 for warranty claiming it was a mistake on the kijiji ad by her ad person and she screamed at him and said you’re fired!!! Unbelievable, but we checked with Amvic and the law says she is supposed to advertise correctly all inclusive pricing , they will investigate and charge her and fine her and we may have to go to court now to get our over paid money back , plus the Suv lasted a week before the engine blew the head gasket and the mechanic said it was like that since long before we bought , now what Stay away from Mona Osman the city will shut her down soon ,, the whole city and other car places say she’s cheating too many people and screwing her staff and not paying them , the Amvic group are supposed to secretly shut her down very very soon Stay away !! You will not get a penny back from this greasy crook ,,,,

If you are looking for a great deal you can trust this is the place for it. My wife bought an 09 Ford Flex priced very competitively...you know that kind of low price that sets alarm bells ringing like crazy in your head. Went over to the dealership and took a look at the car and decided to purchase...the great customer service from the staff and Mona's friendliness made the decision easier(we were new to Edmonton then). Over one year later car is still running very smoothly and no issues except for a clunk in the front right strut which is not unexpected for a 10+ year old car(was also mentioned in the inspection report prior to purchase). We did get a leak from the power steering hose some one month after purchase and Mona covered half the cost even though she didn't have to because the hose was clearly a wear and tear item which again for a 10+ year old is expected to go bad. I would gladly deal with Sweetheart Motors again if the opportunity arises as they go to great lengths to make sure you are happy!

Well just sharing my own personal story. I was thinking to give this small company a 1 star LOL but because of personalized and above beyond service they showed me I changed my mind but instead my heart speaks, that's why I gave this ladies 5 Star! They deserved!! Mona and Marie go beyond my expectations, they have tons of patience and even came up to the point that I almost cancelled and give up the deal because of the issues of the truck I bought. I don't have a superb credit at all but they make the Impossible- Possible! And Yes It's TRUE!. For those who are dealing with this ladies trust me, have patience and let them work on your deal, they'll make it happen as long as they can. This a small dealership guys they can make mistakes, yes, but we're all human, no one is perfect. My own story, can't be so detailed for privacy it's hard to believed but I got a Very Handsome 4x4 Quad Cab Ram 1500 Hemi can't even imagine. Very Happy and definitely will recommend! At first, we got a van but had to take it back because they wouldn't fix the brakes, and it was really bad on gas. Then they gave us an SUV, and the ventilation system didn't work properly, was either full-blast heat, or full-blast cold, in defrost mode, or off. The engine had a zip tie holding the sparkplug in, the bolt itself was broken inside the engine block, and the engine always misfired. Also tacked on a charge of $1,500 for 'repairs', but then she wouldn't honour it, we had to go back to and have it removed. Always gave us the run around when trying to contact Mona, she never seemed to be in the office. Mona herself made us, yes you read that right, made us write a 5-star review and then told us, "I'll give you a gift card, I usually don't give anyone this much, but for you, I'll do it." The gift card was only $10. I'm just being honest about my experience. Also, these guys do not help you build credit, they only do in-house financing.

Do not trust inspection reports from this dealership take vehicle to a independent shop for inspection As for Mona you are welcome to look at her famous reviews on fbook she will say anything to sell all I can say is dont trust her word and get it in writing !!!! She will not address isdues with the vehicles she sells & their warranty really is not worth the paper it is on covers very little abd dealerships will not deal with the warranty company My mother was a senior on a pension she was promised tires would be installed before she got there they put end of life tires on lied about no accidents promised her a rim that was missing after the sale it was just a run around Her first service she had done early at Ford showed the truck had a oil leak rear end leak that was not addressed either or covered my mother was out 1900 for repairs and 800 for tires and no response or help from Mona refused to return calls buyer beware

I saw the average reviews, they had 3 vehicles I was interested in. I let Mona know what time I would be there. It was -40 that day and a -54 wind-chill. They had two of the vehicles warm and running when I got there. Unfortunately they couldn't get the 3rd going, it was just to cold. I took the two for a test drive, in the mean time they tried really hard to get the 3rd started but couldn't. I bought one of the other two. Having been driving it daily for a month. I am happy with my purchase, happy with their service and efforts. I will not hesitate to buy from them again if they have what I am looking for. Keep in mind they are often older, low cost vehicles. You get an inspection. You get a fair deal. Better than buying off kijiji from a private deal and having no idea the actual condition. Thanks to Mona and her staff for getting me a good low cost vehicle.

Worst experience of my life, I took a car from there put a deposit down and never got the money back. Keep calling and coming but they always had an excuses and mona herself she was never there. Feel as tho she was avoiding me. The second bad experiences, after less the a week of buying the car. The radio stop working and than I had to fix that with my own money. Next came the brakes and the weird nose on the rear side of the car. It's only been less than a month since I bought this car. But I never been so dissatisfied with the service provider and the money I'm spending to fix it. Ohh yeah they are also very very disorganized. No one know what they doing, zero communicate. They easily able to sell you a car but that car will come with issue. Please please AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. It will benefit you to search elsewhere.

Bought a car from there not even a year ago. Was in a bind and needed a car quick. I was taken to the cleaners on this one let me tell you. This car seemed okay at first, but like I said I was in a bind so I purchased it. All the paperwork seemed in order. I dont know where she got the out of province inspection done, but the windshield wipers didnt even work!!! Found out because it rained a week after I bought it. Being from out of province myself I know for a fact that is something they check, so however she managed to get the inspection done is beyond me. Shes a very shady and fast talking woman. I would save your money and never buy from this place unless you're looking to get a new vehicle within a year because your car broke down outside a thai express and wont start. Beyond disappointing, this woman is a criminal.

Moana and Samantha are amazing! I waited to hear from my old finance company after an accident and they wouldn't refinance me because I am currently on maternity leave, after all the years i paid them and never late i was so upset!! My husband has been dealing with sweetheart for awhile, and recommended I go see Samantha so I did and she had me in a vehicle that same night after waiting weeks to try and get refinanced at another place. They work miracles! Thanks Samantha and Moana you girls are amazing Moana even in house financed repairs and updates to the van I am purchasing and she even finances insurance now!!! I absolutely recommend this place to ANYONE who is stuck between a rock and a hard place, or if you just need a vehicle. This is the 3rd vehicle we've purchased and have NEVER had any problems!

No serious. I bought one car on a Saturday evening this month and they said they will have it ready to pick up on Monday, clean and ready. They didn’t touch the car. They made an appointment to go there and clean it I went and anyone was there to do it. I spent time of my work and money in gas just to go for anything. Finally after Two days waiting for their call I called them and the said they will call me back that day. They didn’t. The next day I called them and they told me to go. I went there and they just clean a little the car it’s not even clean i had to clean it after them. I was behind them all the time to do one thing they said they would do. So unprofessional. The car it’s good and they are friendly and you can make a good deal that’s why two stars but the situation was unprofessional.

Car steering wheel shaking but dealer says "it was fine when I drove it for a week before you bought it". When I called to find out about the warranty, repeatedly they hung up on me before they even knew that it was me calling. Finally I got through to the owner and she said she would call me back on Monday but didn't even take my name or phone number (must have psychic abilities). Do not waste your money here. These people are scam artists. Do not trust their "mechanic's report". We were sold a car with a hole in the roof, tires that were flat from sitting in the hot sun (2 tires had flat sides and can't be repaired because the heat remolded them). They knew that I had to drive 800 miles to the US in it a few days later. This should place should be called Scam Motors.

This place is a joke! Bought a vehicle from them and within 5 days the car died on us. They towed it and said it was the battery. The report that came with the car said everything was okay with it. The second time it broke down we had our toddler in the car with us. We called to complain and they said they would have someone call us back right away. Asked if they were going to pay for the cab ride home, as we didn't want to freeze in the vehicle with our son, while waiting for anyone to come. NO one called us back!!! We figured out that the gas gage wasn't working. Now my husband is broke down for the third time again! We will never purchase a vehicle from them again and won't ever refer anyone to this place - it's a scam and we will be reporting them to AMVIC!!!

I am from Calgary and purchased an SUV from this dealership. The whole experience was negative right from the beginning when I showed up to purchase it. I had set up an official appointment for the car and when I arrived they pressured me by telling me someone else was buying the same car. I was paying cash so they basically said whoever pays quickest gets the car. It had damage which wasn't shown in pictures or the description online or told to me by anyone I was in contact with. Fast forward to today and this car has had so many problems and cost me a lot of money. I advise anyone interested in a vehicle from here to proceed with caution. Staff are incredibly pushy and rude and I truly feel the entire business is a scam.

Mona goes above and beyond to help her customers. Like any good person you’ll get treated how you treat her. You’re going to a Used car dealership that Sells cars $15000 and under cars. You aren’t going to Mercedes Benz. But she’s probably got one of them too on the lot for sale. None the less. My family has bought over 10 vehicles from Sweetheart motors and will continue to return due to the treatment and relationship we built with sweetheart motors. Keep up the good work, Mona and team!

I bought a vehicle from them in march. I am a single mom with two kids keep this in mind, they convinced me that the vehicle was in working condition and was very reliable. They knew i was desperate and used it in there favour, meaning unable to get a third party mechanical check due to limited finances. Since buying the car i have had several issues such as brakes,axle,air conditioning, struts and shocks.Thank god the bank took a huge warranty and everything has been covered but what if i had no warranty? I strongly recommend anyone who buys used to do your homework and be prepared for crooks like these guys. Worst experience ever.

Mona has been exactly what her business name says. She is a sweetheart and has a sweetheart. My girlfriend and I were struggling and needed a vehicle with very little money and our jobs were hanging on by a thin thread. She didn’t hesitate to take a risk and give us a chance to honour our word as far as payments would be made. No other car dealership even looked at us yet alone tried to understanding the degrees in which we were suffering. Because of Mona we both would not be were we are in our careers and personal lives if she hadn’t given us a fair chance. Thank you Mona for the sweetheart God has endowed you with.

I would not recommend this place unless you want to waste your time and end up with a lemon vehicle that has a major mechanical issues while still paying for the vehicle. One of their sales people was sooo out of touch that my credit was dinged twice. The first time because she didn't check the car fax to see that the vehicle was a salvage and the second check of my credit that was unauthorized to fix her error. You may as well buy a $1000 beater on kijiji, at least you'll know what your buying on kijiji. If you do decide to purchase I would recommend a full mechanical inspection prior to purchase.

If you are new in Edmonton then please don’t ever try to go to this dealership. They will just fool you with their sweet talks. They treat you so well that you trust them easily but after driving your car for a while you will know that they have sold you a scrap. Everything is good there except the cars. Very unfair and worst dealer. I would say buy from any dealer but not from sweet heart motors. The worst thing is that you will never feel that you are being cheated because of their talks. Their whole team is a part of a plan everyday and they all speak the same lie to make it feel like a truth.

I have been buying vehicles since 2014. I first bought a Toyota Camry Moana help me out. Then in 2017, I bought a Ford Fusion 2009 sel awd, I had a very helpful and very friendly Samantha help me pick out this vehicle cause it met all of my needs. October 23rd 2018 I'm currently purchasing a Toyota Sienna. Samantha helped me get a great deal and in-house financing. Samantha got me financing even though I had bad credit. Sweetheart Motors has been helping me stay on the road since 2014. They're helpful and friendly. I recommend anybody to come to sweetheart Motors to get your vehicle.

Went in today because my vehicle broke down and I work out of town. I only had $2000 cash on me and wasn't expecting to get anything very good. Right away the staff had a whole bunch of vehicles they could offer me, but I ended up going with an In House financing option so I could get something I really liked, that would be reliable. The staff were super wonderful, and entertaining. They worked with me and whatever concerns I had and they helped me so much. I left with a $5000 Ford Focus in excellent condition, and drove it home :) I will be recommending them to all of my friends.

**Dishonest service and fraudulent mechanical assessments**Worst customer service from the owner herself Mona, she will avoid you as long as she can if there is an issue with her sale. After a successful year of civil claim process on my side, I finally received payment from Mona of Sweetheart Motors/Credit Angels reimbursing me for the mechanic bill I endured after she provided a signed assessment from her so called “mechanic”. How do you even go on with good conscious when you sell a young family a vehicle with no brakes? See you in the next level of court for your late fees.

Very helpful. Mona is a Sweetheart and very helpful. Just won't be the kind of help you need if you need a reliable vehicle and honest financing. My salesperson Malik was great at upselling! Initial approval is fast, but the add on conditions hurt. Willing to work around my schedule. BUT - Make Sure you get a vehicle inspection done by a reputable mechanic. Do not take their word for the condition of the vehicle. My dream car broke down in 2 months. Certainly wasn't because of the "Tires" that the mechanical inspection said needed replacing.

I have nothing but praises to sing for Mona and her staff, especially Samantha! They were so accommodating to my financial situation and got me into an amazing 2013 Hyundai Veloster within a day. I had visited the lot a few months ago, but decided to keep the car I had at the time, but when I came back for this car Mona actually remembered me!!! This woman is so dedicated to customer service, and truly cares about her clients. I would 100% recommend Sweetheart Motors if you're in the market for an affordable, reliable vehicle.

I will make it short. Yes, the owner of the place buys you with a Tim Hortons gift card in exchange for a five star review. They will sell you a car without being properly safe on the road. They will ask you to continue paying for the car even if you return it for safety reasons, in my case a non-working horn. Oh and also they won't even tell you who is the lender for the in-house financing... All that being said, I am very frustrated and angry at my experience at this dealership. Oh and the cars are way overpriced, trust me.

We took our truck home noticed a few things and she right away offered to fix it or swap us out we fell in love with the truck and she quickly got it into the shop and let us pick a vehicle out to use until our truck was ready . There are numerous issues with this place. I only recommend this place for people who can’t get financing anywhere else. Issues: 1. Here Saturday morning after 10 and the place is not open yet. The hours listed says they open at 10AM. 2. They tell you the car will be ready tomorrow and it’s not. 3. If Mona doesn’t like the contract she signed then she rips it up in front of you. Claims that the original is the only valid contract.

Mona did her best to get a car delivered to me on short notice. Unfortunately, the car broke down and left me stranded on the highway with a child. Sadly, I never did receive my deposit back and she refuses to answer my phone calls or offer any form of resolution. Highly disappointed! I encourage you to get an inspection done on any vehicle you purchase from this dealer as they purchase vehicles from auction and resell them.

I went to this dealership to get a minivan for my mom. Initially I had my doubts as the vehicle we came to look at was (mistakenly) not the one pictured on the website. However Mona, the owner, was more than willing to compensate us with a great deal on another vehicle that turned out to be much better overall. I needed a bigger vechile to accommodate my large growing family ..i couldnt of asked for a better vechile absolutely LOVE my ford explorer...my only problem was the vechile needed tires..which i cant afford because there 18"..so she could of dropped the price a bit to allow me to get tires. Don't do it here, they will steal it from you and resell it as I can only imagine that's what happened here.

Don’t ever finance a car from here!! They completely ripped off my fiancé and lied to him about the state that the car was in. Said it had a new engine and battery, we found out recently that wasn’t true at all. They also keep taking payments when you’re done paying, and if you ask to change your payment date they will ignore you and keep withdrawing them on the wrong day.

I have a friend currently who bought a vehicle from Mona and the car is paid off, but Mona and the dealership will not remove the tracker from the car and is withholding the spare key and paperwork that is due to the rightful owner. Many people have had issues with Mona and this business and she will not deal with the matter. Complaints have been sent to the BBB as well

They were nice till the vehicle I bought died. I bought it on August 10 2017 picked it up August 11 2017 drove from Edmonton got to Ponoka it started clanking and died on the highway! Only drove 2.5 hours. The issue still has not been resolved and its November 11 2017. Mona will not give my money back or fix the vehicle!
