Very unprofessional sales and finance - worst I've ever seen. Truck needs A/C repair, oil cooler line leaks, shocks leaking. Extremely aggressive push for a deposit on a zero-down deal. When I refused, they decided not to submit my information into the bank for approval. No problem, not interested in a paycheck? I'm more than happy to take my business elsewhere. In response to the reply below: Let's get some facts straight: - You had to disclose the A/C issue. Any customer would notice no air conditioning in June. You failed to disclose any of the other shortcomings on this truck - the things prospective buyers may not see. - Your claim of offering a free A/C repair is silly. The truck won't sell without doing the repair, unless you wholesale it. AND the truck was already discounted before we got there. - Yes, we refused the $3K down deal structure. And yes, we asked for a $0 down, if possible. Your finance person did get a conditional approval, and we were prepared to move forward on that basis. I highly doubt it required "hard work." - When we left, your finance person said, failing putting a deposit down, he would "get back to us if he was going to work the deal." So, clearly he doesn't care if the truck sells or he gets a paycheck. The kijiji ad has been up for at least a month. - Your claim we were not "committed" is BS. We were ready, willing and able to sign the deal, even before the repairs were done - which any other dealer would have addressed already. There are many other Sierra Denali trucks available in the area, for about the same price, so my advice to anyone else in this market: AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS AND BUY FROM A REPUTABLE DEALER.

I went to this dealership 2 days ago and looked at a Mazda. I told the guy I would be back the next day to test drive it & he said ok. The next day I called 50 mins ahead of time to let him know I was coming and he said ok again. When I got there, I asked to test drive it and he told me that he doesn’t want me to waste his time unless I’m sure I want to buy it since he’d have to move 2 cars that were blocking it in. Then he went on to say that he’d give me a route to follow for a test drive and no highways, which I have never encountered in all of the dealerships I’ve been to. I’m not sure who spends $14,000 on a car without taking it on the highway first - red flag. Clearly these guys aren’t serious about selling which is evident in their lack of support and respect. I was interested in the car, as I drove from north side 2 days in a row to see it but my interest went out the door after this interaction. Didn’t waste his time but he sure wasted mine. Very unprofessional - would give 0 stars if possible.

I went into Megasell to get an inspection done as I believe the other shop I previously went to was just trying to scam me and upsell me on so many things I didn't need for my vehicle to be mechanically sound. And I was right! The technician took pictures and videos of the things that needed to be done so I could have confidence in the repairs while showing that other parts are still good to use. After all the work was done I saved approximately 1200$ compared to if I just blindly trusted this other shop. I am so thankful for these guys and thank you Austin for going above and beyond to make sure we could find a solution to make my car safe within my given budget. 10/10 would reccomend!

If you find yourself searching for a reputable shop in Edmonton I highly recommend Megasell Motors. Initially, I was hesitant because I have had a few bad experiences with shops all over Edmonton, but after a brief conversation with the owners, I knew I was in capable hands. In terms of service and the work I needed done on my truck, these guys really pulled through and went above and beyond. They worked with my warranty company and communicated on my behalf. At the end of the day, my bill came out less than what I anticipated and I didn't feel like I was robbed or given the short hand. Service was done well and in a timely manner. Overall really great experience.

I dropped in with 15 minutes notice. My CRV has been loosing oil and making some “noises”. In about 1.5 hours I had a vehicle inspection and an oil change and the leak was fixed. Austin (service manager) took the time to go through the inspection and explain what else they found and the order of importance for the repairs. We have a plan and I have a safe vehicle.. I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt respected and treat fairly and the prices were great! People should know about this shop and the quality workmanship and staff. The grinding and rattling sounds were seen by 2 mechanics for more than a year but it wasn’t found. Thank you for fixing the problem ahead of the given time. I went into the shop with a starter issue. After speaking with Austin the service the manager, he informed me that I also had a manifold leak that could wait to be fixed. However, the exhaust pipe needed to be removed to access the starter and by having it done together would save me 2 hrs labour. This not only saved me money but also a return trip to the shop and more down time on my work truck. Many thanks to Austin and Megasell for saving me money and getting me back to road and work. They are arrogant guys who think they are always right, I was sold a lemon that literally broke down on the first day I got it home and it still doesn’t run properly. Went for a transmission flush couples weeks ago everything got done in a timely manner also went to get and oil change and as busy as they were they were able to take me in for an oil change and they discussed any issues with me personally and they offered a great deal for there service. Updating my review because they continue to give great service. Would highly recommend going here to get work done. Went here to change my alternator as well, it was the best priced shop around, great customer service.

Went for an alignment 2 months ago and high way speeds right after were completely pulled to the right. Didn't fix any camber and left me with a completely lazy job. Now 2 months after the alignment is complete out even though it was driving mostly on smooth roads. Prices make no sense website doesn't match in person.
