I had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with Craig from CSK a while back now, the car was riddled with issues when promised it was a great one owner car and given a "clean roadworthy certificate" yet for one a major oil leak was discovered a day later so how did it pass a roadworthy? the car stunk! Living 100kms away I returned it to fix all and he first said "just keep the air vent shut, that’ll block the oil leak smell" - umm whaaat? He then said he’ll sort it out and after leaving the car there for a few days as I live w long distance away I picked it up and after had it looked at by a reputable mechanic and they told me the oil leach was still there and the silicone sealer used to mask it was a dodgy attempt to by some time. Also things he said needed done and asked to do pre sale were done by an amateur (him) ie CV joint bushes were warn and needed replacing so the he used were the wrong ones so instead of getting the right ones he just forced them in and damaged the arms in the process. I had also asked him to remove a air brake controller as it wasn’t needed so he just hid the module under the steering wheel. So after repeated requests to fix all these issues he wouldn’t so because the car was basically un-drivable I had to pay extra to get all fixed by a specialist and now car is fine yet still finding dodgy touch ups he did. I sent him the bill and he said no chance as he could do them himself, he had that opportunity and tried to mask problems, not fix. Also the warranty he also gives is dodgy as it doesn’t cover wear and tear and that’s what they categorise anything in a second hand car that goes so don’t waste your money there. The guy is the dodgiest dealer in Australia, all his good reviews are done by friends (you can look them up on his Facebook private account), he is friends with the same people. If you think I am lying I am happy to show anyone the documented proof I have of everything I fixed days after sale and email conversation with him who he states that it’s pretty much bad luck to me so think again if interested from buying from him or at least get the car checked by a third party mechanic. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone!

Never buy a car from this place. Bought a car from him, come registration time I hadn't received letter from VicRoads about paying it. I called VicRoads who told me the car was not under my name. I've had the car for 7months plus and the guy never sent off the transfer fee! Been calling him telling him about it to which he replies he will go down to VicRoads to fix it up but he never does. He has done this to two other people that I'm aware of as well! STAY AWAY!!!

I would like to second Ryan Schofields review, I received a letter from Vicroads, stating that i owed transfer fees as a few others have mentioned, and was worried that the sale had not been processed correctly. I contacted Craig from CSK and he fixed the issue with Vicroads immediately for me. I would highly recommend Craig. Down to earth, honest and a friendly sales person. Cheers! Thank you, Ryan

STAY AWAY! Dodgy Dealer, Craig does not transfer extended warranty fees even though the consumer has paid for it. Similar to some reviews, in order for my rego to be successfully transferred and certified, I had to verify my sale of contract with Vic Roads which I found very odd. All these reflects on his conduct. Please reconsider purchasing from this car dealer.

I recently purchased a car from CSK. Very impressed with every aspect of the service. The car was significantly cheaper than larger dealerships and a 5 year warranty was provided. The owner was friendly, not in the slightest bit pushy, time efficient and helpful. I would recommend anyone who needs a high quality used car.

Great customer service and happy to help interstate buyers. Bought an incredibly tidy 2001 Hilux and the process with Craig was quick and easy, flew down from Brisbane and drove the car back home 1800km's without missing a beat.

Craig's service was great. Covered all issues we had with vehicle on inspection/ test drive promptly and without any bs excuses. Why aren't all car sales people like this.
