The 5:15 34 going downtown on this date 6/2/18 bus driver 3402 was so rude and disrespectful to a handicap person in a wheelchair. She also was speeding and then slammed on her brakes and almost knocked me out my seat and onto the floor and then asked a few seconds later “is everyone okay”. I think something needs to be done because honestly she is a rude driver and I don’t think she should be driving.

I'm sick and tired of the bus being and pulling out 5 minutes before they need to i am handicap and I had to wait a another hour for the next bus because the 10:45 bus my husband is also handicap and he also had to wait
