How does one actually get in touch with these people? Leaving messages on the answerphone is pointless as they neither answer the phone nor call back. Trying to email them is a nightmare as they don't answer emails either. Go on line and put in basic information and one gets nothing back just a "one size fits all" type policy. WHY CAN'T I SPEAK TO AN INDIVIDUAL IN THIS SO CALLED INSURANCE COMPANY! Why does the CU recommend them when they do not respond to customer enquiries.

Don't reply to emails, just as hard to speak with someone.
