Zero stars. I looked around for assistance for almost half an hour while the clerk had an in depth conversation with a friend at the counter and the only other employee was watching videos on her phone. I was the only other person in the store but when I came up to the counter and interrupted and asked for help, I was told, "the self check-out is over there". I stood at the self checkout for another 10 minutes trying repeatedly to get it to work and still no offer for help. When the friend at checkout left, the clerk finally offered assistance. When I said that I just wanted to just pay and leave please, the clerk acted like I had some problem when I came in, telling me he could tell was having a bad day? I was happy when I got there and very upset when I left. If there is ANY other option to get what you need ANYWHERE else, do NOT go here.

I have had the worst experience with this pharmacy for months. They have failed to inform me that my prescription would need to be special ordered 4 times, then after a week without my medicine, have told me i need to have my prescription sent to the cvs down the street because they have it in stock. If this had happened once it would not be a big deal, but after several months of this happening, and 3 months of discovering they were overcharging me by not correctly applying my insurance, i think it's safe to say they are terrible at their jobs and you should go some place else for service. This location's pharmacy is terrible. The one shining light is that the store was destroyed in hurricane harvey and the actual inside of the store is very nice and new now.

Few days ago I picked my two meds up and noticed one was on an easy open cap CVS bottle but the second was on the original manufacturer bottle with an screw cap. I requested the guy to put the pills on an open cap bottle and he mentioned it was not possible becasue it does not fit. I insisted and he refuse again with the same logic (or ilogic) statement, so I asked for the pharmacist, a lady took over the task and the guy leave the enclosed pharmacy area mumbling in spanish something that I can freely translate as "this people bother/compain so much". I am grateful with the lady who put the pils on the way I want but it is time to look for another pharmacy

The man at the pharmacy drive thru was incredibly rude. I’ve had such positive experiences with everyone else the past years I’ve been coming. But the tall man helping me was snarky, unwilling to help, misinformed and disrespectful in front of my kids. My kids felt incredibly uncomfortable with how he was talking. I’d reassess keeping this staff member employed there as customer service isn’t something he should do if he is unwilling to help and treats people beyond poorly. I appreciate the lady pharmacist tech taking over after him as she was kind, efficient and helpful .

TERRIBLE line at pharmacy. They're taking 20 minutes per car. There is a line of 8 vehicles behind me and 2 ahead. I came by earlier, but they were closed for lunch. Will be transferring prescription to somewhere more convenient - perhaps Outer Mongolia?!

CVS is my go to for all my vitamins, medications, and hygiene products. The employees are friendly and helpful. I like that there are several locations near me. The weekly coupons and extra I earn shopping there help with my tight budget.

Been at driving through before they close, waited forever and then went inside. Aftet standing in the line for a few mins and was told they wouldn’t help me and they are closing.

Marketing and reality does not match. The clinic does not provide standard of care. Care givers look inexperienced and lowly paid. I wont trust my care to them

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. They know me by name which gives me a great neighborly feeling when I go to the pharmacy.

Efficient and fast drive-thru pharmacy! Expect sometimes they don't receive your prescription but I would bet this is not on them.

Purchased over the counter medicine after consultation with pharmacist. The Pharmacist and Staff at register were really helpful.

Got my flu shot and covid booster here as a walk in. Staff was great and it only took a few minutes.
