I now understand the poor reviews for this pharmacy. They are not the friendliest on the phone or in person. They said it would take 45min to fill a prescription. When I got there, 2 people were in line and it took 15 min for them to get to me (because they were working very slowly). When I got to the front, he said we didn't fill it because they had an issue with insurance but never bothered to call and let us know. The pharmacist made it seem that it was my fault that the insurance was wasting her time when I provided her a simple solution. So now I'm here for another 30 min waiting... I do not recommend this pharmacy at all (this should be your near last resort because it has nothing going for it - not a drive through or 24 hours, and super slow.

After waiting 20 minutes in line at the pharmacy, at 6:30 in the evening, I was told I had to speak to the pharmacist for one of my prescriptions. That would have been fine, except after making a special trip to the pharmacy I was told the pharmacist is at lunch and would not be back for 25 minutes! I did not have 25 minutes more to hang around so I did leave, and had to make another special trip back! FYI, 8 people were waiting behind me in line. It was a very bad experience. :-(

THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN CVS PHARMACY AND YOUR WELLCARE MAIL ORDER DELIVERY DOES NOT EXIST. YOUR PHARMACIST SHOULD HAVE A DIRECT LINE TO MAIL ORDER PHARMACY FOR EMERGENCY BRIDGE DOSE. CVS PHARMACIST AT 16773 BERNARDO CTR , 92128 COULD NOT GET THROUGH TO AUTHORISE THE DRUG. I HAD TO PAY FOR 6 TABLETS $9.00. WITH HUMANA NEVER HAD TROUBLE. MY COST FOR 90 TABLETS IS $15.00.

The Pharmacy team is top notch, great service and always willing to help! Jay truly knows what it takes, knows my name and I know goes the extra mile for the many pharmacy clients. Always fast service with a smile!

I have covid and am 79 years old. Cvs won't give me the medicine until 5 days from now If my Scripps doctor prescribed it, it must be available. The clerks/pharmacy

Minute Clinic appointment times are meaningless at this location. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes or more past your appointment time.

Always has those "in a hurry" items I need... Including occasional new stuff that I never knew I needed . Great happy staff too!

Wow it’s written 24 hours but the pharmacy closes at 12:00 I’m here 11:45 they r not serving so lazy and unprofessional
