This asian lady was very rude, not only her, so does the Indian lady too. (I couldn't take the picture) They both don't explain and doing their or not doing what there supposed to, well so that I could explain to my mother to translate for
Zaida or from what I heard her name was literally forgot about me on the line. I was on hold, waiting for more than 20 mins and didn't even bother to apologize or nothing. Horrible customer service.
Ash in pharmacy was awesome! She went above and beyond to help, far more than the younger girl. Ash is a role model to follow and an exemplary employee!
