This pharmacy is a joke for a actual business with customer service. My doctor called in my prescription 2 weeks prior to picking up, when I showed up the blond haired lady tells me one of the prescriptions is at another store, that she will get it to me “tomorrow by noon”. The next day I get a call from CVS that my prescription is in. I drive in and the blond haired lady tells me that the prescription actually is not here. She said she was gonna call me, but didn’t get around to it. So I said this is two days of my wasted time driving in. She said she will get it to me “tomorrow”, so I said I would rather use another pharmacy. She said “that is fine with her”. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Came in for a flu shot. Everything went great, was given a coupon for $5 off, picked out some items, went up to the checkout area, but there was no one there to help. Two other people were in front of me and we're having major difficulties with the self-checkout booth. Waited for over 5 minutes, and WALKED OUT without purchasing anything. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at the front of the store. Just thought you'd like to know.
