The pharmacist is rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. There was an issue with a prescription I needed to pick up today and she couldn’t take the time to explain, or help solve the issue. I ended up spending two hours at the store to get a prescription and had to spend two additional hours to recover from the way I was treated. No one deserves this treatment, especially when they or their loved ones are in pain and vulnerable. The pharmacist is a disgrace to the profession she serves and the brand she represents. Hope management takes action.

I'm used to CVS in Rogers Park and Edgewater, and compared to those two, this CVS is abysmal: It's old, gloomy, run-down, horrible. I phoned to ask a male employee whether they had a certain item I had a coupon for and he said no. The next day (a Sunday), I popped in and there were a dozen of those items on display. Horrible, lazy customer service, a place to patronize only as a last resort.

Consistently closes 7 minutes before the posted closing time. I had a first aid emergency and walked over to pick up bandages and cream and they locked the doors as I was walking up. So now I’m standing in the cold outside the store writing this review. It’s still before the posted closing time and I’m annoyed. If you close at 9:53, then say that.

Avoid Pharmacy at all costs. Worst pharmacist I have ever dealt with. Avoid Esther Kim (the pharmacist). Rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. Glad to see I am not the only reviewer that has had the same bad experience. Someone at Corp CVS need to look into their employees behavior at this location, seriously

My review is more for the new pharmacist… he should improve the way he communicates, as he is not helpful at all, nor trying to help you. The two woman that were there before were great… it is a shame that he doesn’t care about people… representing the store pharmacy really poorly…

The worst pharmacist ever I spoke in my life. She was very rude and made everything complicated and messed up with the prescription. Seems like she is not hearing or understands what customer wants. She couldn’t resolve my problem. I will never ever go to that location anymore!

A convenient CVS and the employees have always been welcoming. However, like others have said, it's a really disorganized store—they're frequently out of stock on many items or there are stacks of products waiting to be shelved in the aisles.

Worst CVS pharmacy out there - do not support them. They don’t fill prescriptions right, they are never on time, my mother needs her medication to be provided as expected! The manager of this pharmacy needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY.

Shockingly rude pharmacists who were not willing to help. They treat customers as obstacles it feels. Wouldn't even explain he usage of medications. Disturbingly unhelpful and exceedingly hostile. Very surprised.

I was greeted and assisted by the front register employee. She was exhuberant and eager to assist me! I'd enjoy seeing her next time I shop at CVS. By the way, I found everything I needed and then some!!

One of the most hospitable pharmacies i have ever visited. The staffs are very kind and attentive. I dont understand why the other gave unbelievable bad reviews. Just come and see how kind they are.

asked to use the bath room and was told they don't have one and I even offered to purchase something and the lady told me don't you listen i just told you we dont have one what a joke of a store

Under staffed, frequently out of items and can't use my Samsung pay to purchase items. Seriously, my local family owned cleaners has that option and CVS doesnt. Time for a serious upgrade
