I was sent a car title through UPS. They could not deliver to my apartment address for no reason. I could not afford to take an Uber to UPS pickup center so I opted to have my package dropped off at the local CVS At 5050 Lancaster a designated CVS Access Point for UPS. I was informed by ups that the package made it to the CVS Access drop off at 10:41 AM. I arrived at the store about 2 pm and there was no package there, it wasn't scanned and the personnel had no idea where it could be. The boxes and envelopes held at the location were in total disarray. UPS customer service told me Tim signed for it. Tim is the overworked pharmacist at that location and did not sign for anything from UPS. I tend to believe him. The person working the drop off counter at the time vaguely recalls UPS showing up but did not receive any package. UPS closed the research of what happened to the package with a claim for the cost of shipping. As far as I know, the UPS driver or and employee at the store has a title to a car which is sitting in a parking lot with no license plate. The ripple affect on me and my son, the sender who was gifting me the car, nuclear in a bad way. As far as I am concerned, UPS and CVS are equally culpable. Never designate 5050 Lancaster store as an access point delivery location with UPS. I will never use UPS or CVS for anything going forward.

By far the worst pharmacy ever! The customer service is horrible to say the least. My doctor called in my Tamiflu Rx Thursday morning and they never contacted me to tell me they didn’t have it in stock. I finally called and was told they’d have it ready by Friday at noon. Arrived Friday at 5PM—Still no Tamiflu and the pharmacist told me to come back the next day from across the pharmacy. After acting completely out of character and calling corporate to file a complaint while in the store, the pharmacist finally says he has some at his store and could give me 2 pills to take and I could pick up the rest the next day. Arrive at the pharmacy at 6:03PM and all of the gates are down. Apparently they close at 6PM on the weekends, which is completely inconvenient. I’m praying CVS is not the only pharmacy my insurance carrier allows because I will be transferring all of my family’s prescriptions elsewhere and filing a formal complaint with the TSBP for their failure to properly communicate and counsel me regarding my prescription. Clearly time is of the essence when battling the flu but they simply don’t care. Businesses are quick to establish themselves in our African American communities and provide piss poor service to its residents. If I were a white woman in Prosper, my prescription would have been ready by noon Thursday.

I waited on the phone for over a hour. Then on a different cell I called & pressed the extension for Dr. & nurses. Finally after getting someone on this line in about 15 minutes I informed the employee of why I was calling. 3 hours later I traveled to the store to wait another 30min. What bothered me most is while waiting the speaker announced three calls holding for assistance. I saw 5 or 6 Pharmacy Associates that did not get in any rush to even attempt to answer one of those calls. The pharmacist, I assume that's who he was, is on a personal phone call on his cell phone. Yes he was working, but if you can talk on the phone and continue to count your pills. Would it not be great customer service to talk to the customers waiting on hold for an hour? Or dedicate your employees to answer the phones!

If i could rate this whack A S S pharmacy any negative stars, i would. My husband had a prescription for 2 items. The pharmacist gave him 1 of the items that was around $33. Husband paid for it and realized the other item was missing. Called the pharmacist back to the counter and asked about it. The pharmacist said there IS another item, but it was expensive. He assumed he couldn’t pay for it or something? Without even checking with my husband first. Save yourself the headache of dealing with subpar customer service and go somewhere else where they give you all your prescriptions the first time around.

I’ve been to this cvs 4 times today and they “didn’t have the prescription”..Now I’ve been waiting at this cvs for almost 20 mins, they say that they don’t have my prescription when I JUST had my doctor call and get it approved. Now they found it! But they want me to move into the other lane…for what?? Does the sound of my kids crying bother you??! I wonder how they would be acting if you just FILLED THE PRESCRIPTION ALREADY!! This is by far the most unprofessional and unethical establishment I’ve ever been to. 1/10 would not recommend bringing your meds OR your childrens meds here!!!

This is a review of the pharmacy only. While the drive through is convenient and will accommodate two cars simultaneously, the customer service usually leaves a lot to be desired. The males who work their really, really, really need their customer service skills to improve. I have encountered this issue on more than one occasion so I feel pretty safe in writing this review. Overall, the pharmacy can provide you with your prescription in a timely manner. However, the interpersonal skills of more than one employee need to be improved.

This CVS has gone down hill fast. Barley any product on the shelf. Pharmacy messes up all the time. And every time I leave before I get home I get a text I have a prescription ready. Today it took them 20 mins for a prescription that I called about before I came. My total was 108 I gave the girl $2 she gave me $0.02 back. I explained that was not right and she explained in front of a manger it was right so nobody can count and you have a register that does it for you. 18007467280is the number they gave for corporate.

This location is close to me and usually not busy and it's clear why. I tried to return some makeup that I opened and used once because it wasn't the right color with my receipt and they would not accept my return. I looked on the CVS website before I opened it and it said that makeup could be returned. The store manager told me that it was at the stores discretion. I will not be purchasing anything at the location again.

Why even put this Cvs here if they are never going to have anything or be open on time? You call it says 9am opening time , Cvs website lists it as opening at 9am along with google. You get there at 9:50am and it’s closed and gated up. I wish my insurance never switched to Cvs because this is a mess. This store is poorly stocked in the main part. The pharmacy is useless the council members need to rethink this set up

I had my doctor called in my prescription for tooth infection and I was told by the pharmacist that they could not set up a delivery through the phone. When I spoke to the help desk at CBS.COM, I was told that I was given the wrong information. When I tried to contact the pharmacy back, no one would answer the phone. I stood on the phone for 30 minutes or more for someone to answer the phone.

Great, Super! The store at 5050 S. Lancaster Rd. Dallas, Tx. is AWESOME. The employees are nice, especially the young man cashier Aaron. Each time I come to the store he is smiling at the customers, he is kind and helpful. He helped me twice with a question I needed a answer too. Aaron has great customer service!

Close this pharmacy down period…. They are ridiculous. They keep you on hold forever. Even an hour before closing or two. No one answers. The corporate will definitely hear about this. This is pathetic. Hire people that care about the customers and not a dang check. No customer service at all. …

Everything I go to this pharmacy through the drive thru, they claim to have placed my debt card into the sack with my medicine and when I get home it's missing! Are you stealing my cards, this is the second time that my card have came up.missing. #Frustrated

Terrible service at the pharmacy. No rhyme or reason to who gets served next in the drive through. 3/27/21 1:15pm. Update: 6/16/21 Returned to this location and the service was excellent at approximately 11:15am. Exponentially improved.

Store not open its 9:14 and the gates are still down clearly posted that it opens at 9 AM I’m late for work now that’s horrible and there are people outside waiting CVS you Gotta do better

ONE PERSON SAID THEY WERE ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR I NEVER GOT AN ANSWER, I FINALLY JUST WENT UP THERE. THIS IS ONE OF THE SORRIEST CVS NEXT TO THE ONE ON ZANG AND ILLINOIS.
