My wife, son and myself we’re scheduled to have a COVID-19 test taken at this location at approx 3 PM on November 5th. All three of us were on the schedule. We waited about a half hour once we got to the window for my son to be tested and then 20 minutes after that for my wife to be tested. So after an hour my wife, and son were tested. Then it took another hour for the pharmacy staff to tell me that there was no way I could be tested because they already had a test on record for me within the last 24 hours. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TESTED!!! I don’t know if the staff is incompetent or if the process is, but something has to change. We literally were in the drive-through for over two hours. So, 2 of the 3 of us were tested. Also, the loudspeaker for the drive-through is pathetic. I am a board-certified hearing instrument specialist and have perfect hearing. The sound that comes out of the speaker is way too soft. I told the staff several times and was ignored for the most part. They were trying to give me instruction but I couldn’t understand what they were saying. Lastly, I put the test specimens for my wife and son in the collection container on the side of the building. I was concerned when I found all the other previous test specimens for the folks tested earlier were easily accessible if one wanted to tamper with them. This whole process with CVS is disgraceful!
Over the last year this pharmacy has given us nothing but problems. I was patient during the Covid surge and lack of staff but it’s has been over six months with no improvement. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Today I asked a staff member to stop being rude and to show customers a little more patience. She laughed in my face and walked away refusing to serve me. I was not yelling or being rude, I simply requested they start treating their customers with more respect. Once another technician came to serve me, I asked to speak with the pharmacy manager. As I told him my concerns the first women sat and laughed in my face. I have never been treated with so much disrespect at ANY establishment. The fact that CVS lets their employees treat customers like that is an embarrassment to the company. I called instantly after leaving and had all my medications moved elsewhere. This is the last place in the area I would even consider getting my prescriptions sent to.
This is possibly one of the worst CVS locations I’ve been to. Coming from a former CVS employee the service is absolutely unacceptable. It takes anywhere from 10-20 minutes to get someone on the phone, there is no clear communication AT ALL about when medications will be ready to be picked up, and when there is and you come back when they say to they either don’t have the medication or ask you to wait another hour. They do not follow any of the customer care rules a CVS employee learns in the first week of training. In addition to this, they refused to give out any information on who the district leader is so they could be made aware of the outrageously horrible state of the store.
The store stated that the hours of the business closes at 6pm. Their where multiple cars in line, then their were the last 4 cars which I was the last vehicle. By the time the 3rd car pulled in the pharmacy drive through the time was 5:50-5:55. They did not help the customer infact they closed the slide window before 6pm, so the 3rd car pulls off in disappointment then I pulled up at the drive through before 6pm the widow is close when. The point is don't half do your job and it was unprofessional to have a slide widow close on me and the others when I was told to take the drive through, if you get a job dont just work it, enjoy working it because people need their meds. Shameful
Honestly the absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever used. The staff are rude, unprofessional and severely lacking anything that could be remotely considered "people skills". You would have a better chance at getting your meds from a group of trained zebras. Oh and don't bother calling them unless you have a good movie or two to watch while you wait because it can take that long for them to answer, if they ever do. I've had meds sitting there for months because they can't / don't want to do their jobs. If you have an extra 3 minutes I would 110% suggest you go ANYWHERE else. The store itself isn't horrible but dear god, do not trust these people with your health.
Prepare to wait at the Pharmacy.... This store is understaffed, poorly managed, and wait times often exceed 20-30 minutes in the drive through. I'll wait 15-20 minutes in the drive through before I'm even acknowledged by an employee. I never know if they're aware a customer has pulled up of not. Also, they close in the middle of the day from like 1pm-2pm for lunch, there's a sign on the drive through window.... I guess that allows them to operate with a skeleton crew, yet they're not afraid to jack up prices on my prescriptions' whenever they want. CVS has their priorities backwards. Unfortunately the location is convenient for me.
I am beyond appalled at how rudely I was treated tonight at the drive-thru pharmacy. I pulled in just before closing hours (at 8:58) I even made sure to check my clock as I was pulling in. There was a car in front of me who was served, but as soon as she pulled away the blinds were closed. I pulled up and immediately the recorded blurb played over the intercom that they were closed. Have you never heard of courtesy time? I then went inside and tried to explain what happened and I heard someone rudely exclaim, "Umm, no you didn't pull up before nine." And that was that. Very rude service and very poor courtesy policy.
The pharmacy is NOT professional at all!!! They can't keep pharmacist in their establishment, which is NOT good and PROVES the fact that there's something wrong. They won't call or notify if something is wrong with your prescription. You come to pick up said script and THEN you are notified....10 minutes before they CLOSE...unable to call your DOCTOR to resolve the issue. I needed medication to help me EAT without DISCOMFORT...this is my 3rd DAY withOUT it...CVS is the WORST!!! NO COMMON DECENCY.....Its like they ENJOY ruining your day!! Keep trying your luck...and your day will come-GUARANTEED!!!
This CVS should be closed. The pharmacy people are rude and have no respect for anyone. The pharmacist just laughs cause she's just as rude as the rest of them. The little red head. She needs to be fired!! But I think she has something on the bosses so that's why she's still there. I waited 20 minutes and 2wks for my meds to be transferred cause their so rude. I don't know if they need new managers or just clean house period. I'll never stop in store again!!! Poor service Rude!!!! People!!!!! You would think corporate would notice this.
Horrible customer service their pharmacy staff sucks ! They couldn’t fill a simple medication && had me going back && forth between them && my doctors office on the instructions on how to compound my medication, the pharmacy manager is rude as hell && hung up on me they refused to fill my medicine because they don’t know wat the hell they are doing up there! Save your time going to this location they make all the cvs stores look bad! Definitely will be calling corporate for my issues with this store
Only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because I LOVE David! He is so sweet, knows me by name and is hilarious! Medication is always ready on time and never have to wait long.. BUT yes there is a but, I do agree there is 1 girl there whose attitude is horrible!!! One pharmacist got rude once but never had any other issues with her or any others. It’s closest to my house and my job I just hate that I don’t see David anymore! Please come back!!!
I have not yet had a good experience with this pharmacy. Best of luck if you ever try to get a call through to the pharmacy for anything. Prepare to be placed on hold and then either hung up on or transferred to voicemail box that is irrelevant to your call. Going in the store is not much better. I have never had a prescription billed properly. Unfortunately, this is the closes CVS to me and my company's insurance plan requires us to use CVS.
I get all my prescriptions here since it's the closest pharmacy to where I live. They always have mine filled pretty quickly, and the customer service has always been very friendly - the cashiers are pleasant, and the pharmacists and assistants make sure I get the low down on the drugs I'm picking up. By always, I mean about 2 or 3 times. But still, so far so good. Nothing that blows my mind, but pleasant and effective.
Wow this pharmacy is overwhelmingly unfriendly and lacks customer service. The woman at the window was terrible to my mother. Refused to use correct names despite being corrected 3x just "yeah" and refused to take my insurance cards due to the inconvenience and "holding up the NONEXISTENT line behind us at 2pm on a Friday". Do better and move that technician off the customer side of things (her name is Jania* sp)
I dropped my prescriptions off before noon and was told they would be ready by 2:30pm. I came back and sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, got to the window at 4:45pm and was told it wasn’t ready. And it would be 15 minutes. I drove around 56th and Post area and went back inside the store because their drive thru line was horribly long…..longer story short gets inside and it’s still not ready, it’s 5:26pm.
Usually a good CVS but I recently switched my insurance and they've negectled to notify me that my meds weren't be filled. I went into correct it, to find out after a month of "insurance pending" that they never sent the request for proof of need to my doctor. I've been waiting on the phone to talk for 40 minutes. But I guess to get anything done I or anyone reading will need to go in. I might switch pharmacys.
DONT DO YOUR PASSPORT PHOTOS HERE! They don’t have a cutter! It seems the employee doesn’t want to work,ISABEL she said she is the manager and they don’t have a cutter to cut the passport pictures and they try to charge you $14.99 for that. I rather went to Walgreens on Sunnyside rd and Pendleton Pike for the same price and more nicest staffs working here peace! And hope you fix that!
Took 4 hours to grab a otc medication that was prescribed by family doctor and it was on the drive thru list of medications. Sitting on the self. Don’t fill here. Antibiotics took 5 hours to fill and it’s already prepacked. Fill at a different CVS location. They knew I was waiting on it too because I called before I came and was told over the phone 30 minutes which turned into 4 hours.
Wonderful CVS. They have always went above and beyond to help me with my prescription needs. They were able to quickly schedule and administer my covid booster shot. The staff in the pharmacy goes beyond helpful. Staff are always friendly and are all very knowledgeable. Great store, would never imagine going anywhere else for my medication needs.
This literally the worst experience I ever had with them. Ever time I come here it's a bad experience but this is the worst. Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. They closed the inside of the pharmacy now I've been waiting a hour behind 12 cars. You can tell this is ran by poor management. Please hire new management this is the closest pharmacy to me
Cashier insisted everyone use the self checkout even though she spent more time helping each person through the self checkout than it would have taken to just checkout them herself. She was very rude about. This is the second traumatic shopping experience at this CVS. I won’t be going into this store again. Other CVS stores aren’t like this.
Been trying to schedule Flu shots and covid vaccine and can never get past the insurance because my kids dont have rxbin numbers then I call and no one ever answer's when they do it automatic and no help I been on the fence with this and finally made up my mind and now this I will see about just walking in hope its better in person
Under-staffed... almost all the time. I don't blame the employees, but corporate. They do not seem to care about customer service. I waited 45 minutes for a drug they didn't have. I also found out they overcharged me $30 for a drug since an alternate existed. They just don't have the time to provide the custom service needed.
Best store ever. Plenty of cashiers to reduce long lines and eliminate self checkout bottlenecks. Very important and satisfying, as a consumer, to be assisted by a person rather than try to figure out how to use coupons at self service checkout. The Pharmacy staff is always busy which reduces wait time for prescriptions.
Rudest pharmacy I have ever come across. After waiting 30 minutes on hold (with them disconnecting the call 3 times) then she rudely asked what I wanted ( yes in those words) then hanging up before I can ask a question. This place needs to be one that they close. I'll definitely be moving my prescriptions somewhere else.
Best pharmacy experience I've had in awhile! The pharmacist on Friday 17Jun2022 am( Marine I think is her name) rectify a truly bad experience I had with another location. She took the time to call & show HONEST care and concern. I truly appreciate this, it is honestly rare now Thanks pharmacist!
Horrible experience got charged for a humidifier $55.77 the price was supposed to be $19.99 But cashier said she didn't have time to change the prices back .. Called corporate and talked to my bank regarding the charge... The worst customer service experience ever!!!
Scheduled covid test, email said go to the drive thru. Went to the drive thru, they talked to me like I was an idiot for not coming in the store. Then told me even though they are taking appointments for covid tests, they don’t have anybody to administer covid tests. What?
Pharmacy is horrible. Going back to old spot. Daughter Went to get my Prescription they say not one. call back to see why not available Tech gone say can be ready in 15 mins like who about to keep coming back and forth up there and it was called in the 16th today the 20th
front end service terrible.. lived in the area for years and its gone down hill. Guy with tattoos is rude and is on his phone should be fired.. and The short female they have working at the front should be fired as well... Just dont go here #waist of a location
Horrible I've been living in the area 6 months and have used then to fill my prescriptions. They are very rude never have scripts ready to pick up at requested time. I'm moving on although its convenient it's a waste of time, not professional at all. …
This is the worst cvs i have ever had to deal with. Call early afternoon for a script to be filled and told would be ready by a certain time ans they cant even stand up to the agreed upon time. Will be taking all my business to meijer.
Absolutely HORRIBLE pharmacy!!!!!!!!! I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes, and that’s AFTER the manager assured me they’d be right with me!!! I wish our insurance was they anyone else so I never had to go here again!!!!!!! AWFUL
I've been calling the past couple of weeks, no answer, 20 min holds and still no answer. Go up to the pharmacy and they are super unprepared. Absolutely terrible. I'm switching from this one. Terrible
One of the worst CVS I've been to. Ordered photo print with rapid pickup, went in as store opened, no one showed up at front desk. Wait 4 hours and still not printing photos.
Never answer the phone, you’ll be on hold forever and they’ll pick up your line and then hang up. They are always busy and seem understaffed or not competent enough staffing
They take an insanely long time to get everyone their medication it is definitely supposed to be ready for pick up. If I could give zero stars I would I hate this CVS
This is by far the BEST CVS on the Eastside! ❤️❤️ Always courteous, extremely Helpful and DRIVE THRU IS ALWAYS FAST!! …
Great people work at this store from the front door to the pharmacy. Very helpful and you are not ignored, treated rudely but they are really glad you are there.
Worst pharmacy staff ever.. Young lady that was working the drive thru redish hair was very rude .. Will never return and im filing a complaint above them..
Broken glass In the parking lot that ahas been there for a week. This is a great neighborhood get your self together CVS FT Ben . Your store looks trashy!
Friendly staff, good service, especially the supervisor Tonya. She’s sweet, charming, helpful and is extremely beautiful! Worth going to just to see her!
Worst CVS ever. You can expect to be in the drive thru 20-50 minutes. I have had to wait every single time coming here. Will never come here again.
Frequent often always using coupons with the extracare card. Nice area and ample parking. They are overpriced on a lot of items though.
Manager was kind enough to ring us up since I don't like using automated check out, which is very important to me since I am in my 70s.
It's 9:10pm and husband went to get otc medicine. Website states closes at 10pm but it's closed! Y'all need to update store hours!!
Sale items give me goosebumps!!! And using coupon codes along with 30, 40, and 50% is like getting stuff for FREE.99 …
if you compare the ratings with walgreens , cvs is garbage !! I dont recommend ANY cvs stores !! mostly for their rudeness !
Pharmacists try their best and are always kind, thoughtful and have helped my family and I for 2-3 years. Always consistent!
Absolutely amazing how rude and unhelpful the pharmacy tech is. If you don’t want to do the job then don’t work there idk
I finally took a updated picture of the hours of CVS. Hopefully this helps with people just wanting to visit the store.
I've went here my entire adulthood to pick up medication for my children and myself! I'll never choose another place!!
Stood at drop off counter, did not mind waiting but did not get greeted at all. Left and took my business to Walmart.
The pharmacists were all very sweet and helpful. After reading the other reviews, maybe there was a batch rehire lol
worse cvs ever, they close their pharmacy every day early and they are very rude about serving customers their meds,
Zero stars. Everywhere I looked said pharmacy closed at 9pm. My husband went at 8:20pm only to find it closed.
Closes before 10:00 p.m. even though it says they're open until then. It's 9:21. …
No one answers phone in pharmacy...something terribly wrong with this CVS. And, I am a prescriber.
Very friendly and informative. If you have a question, they are always there too help.
They answer the phone. Nall they don't answer the phone …
I have been there few times and always great service and and clean
