"Edited: there must have been a management change"
I love the store and all the employees are 'm. They do get busy and caught off guard but it's not long before help arrives. I have been to all the other CVS stores in this area and this one is the best by far I won't go any where else. The managers are great well all but one, everyone is so helpful and they make you feel welcome and important every time. You should be so very proud of your hire and training crew except they need to stop transfering the Great Managers and Clerks to other stores we need them more. Every time the store is running perfect and smooth someone comes and screws it all up and everyone suffers. When some thing is perfect don't mess with it and you'll be surprised how many more good responses you will get to the complaints.
The worst pharmacy ever they are so rude when they answer your call the store is always dirty it’s in one of the worst areas of Culver City because of the homeless. The shelves are always picked over there’s always people begging for money outside. It’s just a really dirty store. I unfortunately had to get my medicine here several times and the way the pharmacy just picks up the calls is like what do we need to do for you like you are a big inconvenience. And the store has a very high crime somebody just got shot last week in front, there’s trash in the parking lot I don’t even know why the CVS is still open .
Absolute rudest pharmacy staff. They absolute DO NOT CARE about your health or business. I had a medicine I desperately needed so I rushed after work to make it before they closed. I got in line and they yelled at me in the most disrespectful way they wouldn’t help me because the line was too long. And another time I told the pharmacy employee ringing me up repeatedly that the price was wrong and it was $90 more than it should be. But clearly he didn’t understand me (or possibly english) and charged the card I use on my account (which I also made clear I had another card I wished to pay with) and sent me away.
Had to wait an hour and a half while the pharmacist tried to work out insurance details and get my prescription ready (my doctor called in the prescription days ago, and my insurance was on file). Literally the most incompetent, confused staff I've ever seen. Not to mention all the crazy and homeless people wandering around. This place is not safe, not efficient, and it's employees, including the pharmacy staff, are better suited for burger king or something of that nature. Store is dirty, stuff knocked over everywhere, crumbs/garbage on the floor. Avoid at all costs.
Edited: there must have been a management change. Done of the old clerks are gone and now the service has improved quite a lot. Only annoying thing: they say the prescription is ready but it's always 10 minutes behind. But better than before for sure! Worst place ever for pharmacy stuff. The line is always super long, the clerks are the slowest in the planet. Even if you order your prescriptions in advance, they give you a time, you show up 30 mind after that time, they still haven't filled your order. Can't believe they are still in business. Stay away!
The pharmacy is not in the best location to do good shopping, what I mean by that there are a lot of disgruntled people around this area and it's also played by homeless population. Nevertheless in a pinch the CVS is more than adequate, the pharmacy: depending on what time of day you visit expect Long lines and even longer delays. This store is clean and tidy everything's in order it doesn't smell and there's plenty of parking, at the same time it's also close to a Starbucks, Ross, Staples or OfficeMax I forget which of the two.
Lazy. Asked for an item that online says is in low stock.” -A camera? No we don’t have camera. I have the item number can you check on your system? -Well we don’t do car cameras. But it says it’s in stock. -Yes but we don’t have that. It says in stock but it doesn’t mean we have it. Well bro, that’s why I was calling, for you to check physically, Jesus Christ. Didn’t check, not even with the reference I provide. It didn’t requiring getting up or even walk. But hey, no, he don’t have it.
Pharmacy techs are rude, do not attend to the phones, they just answer and put you on hold. I am reporting to corporate because this isn't the first time, nor the first CVS pharmacy to do this. We all have crappy jobs where people are nagging, but we all cannot treat people the way they treat their customers. It's a hit and miss when you get a good tech, or if they are in a good mood. If I acted like them I would be fired. Surprised they dont' get reprimanded.
This is not a very good CVS as far as service and complete product offerings. As an example, I went looking for a flosser and they only had replacements, but not the item, nor a slot or SKU for the item. I went to buy a gallon of water, and the cheapest one was $1.29. Checkout is generally slow and understaffed, and the layout is very awkward. It is open 24 hours, which is the main upside, and they have most of they typical items.
some people say “if i could give this place 0 stars i would.” i’m here to say if i could punch this CVS pharmacy in the face i would. zero stars doesn’t cut it. to be fair half the issue is CVS’ size which leads to rigid processes and limited options which can lead to inconvenience but the pharmacists here also don’t seem to care about the humans behind the prescriptions or resolving issues very much.
The pharmacy is comedic and the fact it even exists is a near miracle. Last week when I was at the pharmacy counter picking up prescriptions, this guy came out from the back and I could tell he had just put on his name tag or badge or whatever and once he saw that there was a big line and people were getting impatient, he ducked out and went back to the back! I could not believe my eyes!
I was checking at night, and found out at the moment when it was my turn to pay, that some mysterious item showing up in the list but I never pick. I asked the cashier what was that. Surprisingly, it took a long time for the young man to give me an explanation. Then he found some excuse to rescanned all my items, this time in an honest way. Just watch out the items showing on your bill!
I'm a very big fan of CVS it's the only pharmacy that I've used for the past two decades this specific CVS the manager is extremely rude and arrogant and seems to pretend and behave like he's above and better than all the customers and clients that come in to the store. It seems to be the big trend these days people in retail stores abusing their authority
I tried to call the pharmacy and was literally on hold until it was closed and I gave up. I was told my medication would take 10 min to prepare but after a half hour and not being called, I had to go home because I have chronic pain. The point was to use the medication for tonight. Probably going to switch to CVS on Sepulveda and national
Watch the sticky fingered Cashiers ... I was Short Changed then they gathered around to argue ... then a lady from the back room audited the Drawer ... sure enough I was CHEATED !!!! And the Cashier was the MANAGER named CRISTIAN .... the only Honest Employee was another Older Cashier ... His Response ... " It's NOT the First Time !! "
I really enjoyed my visit here. The staff was helpful as soon as I walked through the door. I was on the nail supply isle for what seemed like an hour. Just looking around. They were understanding and I felt great leaving with my purchase, I had 1.00 buy buck that helped this place was a great experience. Yall know im picky!
There's a male Hispanic "manager" in his 20s who works there. "Manager" is in quotation because I repeatedly asked for his name and he refused to tell me. I asked for a manager, he had no name tag, no uniform.... This guy works afternoon/evenings, he wears his hair in a man bun. He's UNPROFESSIONAL. I repeat UNPROFESSIONAL
I just called to ask if they had any ethernet Cables and the girl who answered my call sounded clueless in response to my question. I wasn't sure if she knew or not, but before I could say goodbye she clicked right away haha. Bad service and I really had to call back and waited 8minutes for the manager to answer. All bad
Long holds on phone 30 or more minutes Call picks up and then is immediately disconnected Clients are not able to order medications and doctors offices are not able to get in touch with staff at the pharmacy. Called the store and was told no manager on site Store is short on staff and so is pharmacy
Self checkout did not accept cash which is inconvenient as I was forced to have conversation with an employee that I preferred not to have. I believe that I gave the employee, legal advice, that I am not qualified to give, which is a reflection on my integrity as a man.
In this pharmacy i had a bad experience with that Asian Girl she was veeeery RUDE . Actually Noone is trying to help anybody they all managers behind the counter . Very sad & worst experience ever . I Will never go back. I rather drive 2 miles than to go back there .
I find the staff very helpful and pleasant. The problem with this pharmacy is that CVS does not have enough pharmacists working there. Yes, it is a heavily trafficked pharmacy in there is often a wait but, CVS should take that into account and hire more pharmacists.
They have two prices for eye drops. $7 and $12. Not the yellow price that requires their garbage membership either. They have two separate locations for the same item with a different price and they could not honor the $7 price they advertise. Pretty shady.
The pharmacy is unnecessarily slow and incredibly disorganized. Every visit to date, I've been there for a minimum of 30 minutes just waiting in line. The staff moves painfully slow without regard to the number of people waiting. Service is terrible.
I like how this CVS has vamped their store up a notch with a recent makeover. The staff here is always friendly and quick especially Cheong, Dennis and Jacob, are great. And up to date items for the detailed shopper are nicely displayed throughout.
Andrew in the pharmacy is one of the rudest people I've met. He made us wait for over 30 minutes for an "expedite" order that was placed 2 hours before we arrived at the pharmacy. My mom needed her antibiotics and painkillers urgently to
This CVS is not customer-friendly at all. My husband needed to use a restroom and the staff rudely refused to allow him. Not for nothing, but Walgreen's always lets customers use the restroom. Is that really too much to ask?
The absolute worst customer service provided by the two clerks 07/19/22 around 4pm. One of the clerks (older guy) was talking about other customers in front of other customers to another customer. How unprofessional.
I used to always stop by here and buy Evian water 6pks and 1 liters but recently their shelves are always empty it’s very frustrating because I like coming here because is fast but never have what I like …
Signage states that the store is supposed to be open 24 hours a day and that the pharmacy opens at 8AM. Neither is true. No temporary sign posted listing modified hours, so there's really no reasonable excuse.
Consistently the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. I've tried to give them another go a few times due to the convenience of the location, but I'm done. Will drive farther for literally any other pharmacy.
As a lot say, if I could give zero stars, I would. Pharmacists are beyond rude. The new prescription called for a consult, so I waited. The second Pharmacist came over (because the first one was “too busy”),
Rude register clerks... I asked for my items to be bagged, and the guy just throws a bag on the counter. Couldn't even open it. Didn't try to bag it. Just a big oh' - "DO IT YOUR F-ING SELF". Ghetto as F.
Worst cvs pharmacyespecially vanessa and the entire pharmacy , and their manager , it u sed to to be better when sharon was the head pharmacist but niw it really is worst , RITE id is way much better
TERRIBLE customer service The pharmacist was rude and unhelpful Do not go there. I waited over an hour to get my prescription filled and she was NOT nice to me or any of the other people in line.
Make sure the package you buy has the item you want. Bought a water tester earlier and the box was filled with cups what a waste of 24 dollars such b.s. Go to a better neighborhood.
THEY ARE CROOKS. I BUY THE SAME PRODUCT IN OTHER LOCATIONS FOR 74% LESS. THIS STORE ARE CRIMINAL....UPCHARGE RX to make the management budget. I will never shop at CVS go Walgreens
I cannot stand this pharmacy! All the female pharmacy staff are unnecessarily rude, I just don't understand how they keep their jobs with those nasty attitudes...smh CVS
Simply the worst customer service from their pharmacy staff. They took down the wrong phone number and then blamed me for not getting my medication ready
I mean- every CVS sucks, but a bunch of morons (at least everyone above 40 is) the younger people are fine. Asian guy at the counter is exhausting.
The pharmacy is never fully operational. Not enough staff. There's almost always a vagrant outside the door or within the first few parking spots.
There are more security guards than employees in the store. The surveillance unit outside was smashed. Homeless everywhere. Prices very high
tucked away in a corner off venice. lines can get a little long but the staff is nice and efficient. the photos i ordered were as expected.
Nice people but always a wait even if script was sent in a day before....Expect a wait of 15 min even if you are the only one there …
Only speaking for the pharmacy, but they were so friendly and efficient. You could tell they cared about their patients.
Closed but the genius employees had the OPEN sign glowing bright. Turn your sign off if you arent open, it's that easy.
The customer service is very poor. Specially the pharmacist are rude and they don't care. Stay away from this branch!
Says open 24 hours . When i went at 7:30 am on a friday they were closed. Great job keep up the good work *eyes roll*
Will never use a establishment this large that does not provide a restroom. I will never shop at CVS again
The security guard kept looking at me when I walked in to go help my mom and I felt really uncomfortable
I guess they arent 24 hours today?? The entire store was boarded up and the lights were off. Lame
The pharmacists, some of them are very patient and kind,,,,,, others, are rude And condescending.
Lazy management never fix that money gram machine said temporary out of service for4 month
This is the most terrible CVS I have even shopped. The manager is very caddish and acrid.
Easy parking CVS located in the East corner of parking lot. Clean store quick checkout
Long lines, not enough cashiers, horrible customer service. Never coming here again.
Badly organized, rude employees, missing products carried by other CVS stores
Do not call. The employees do not pick up the phone for whatever reason.
Malisimo el servicio...se tardan mucho para atender a las personas..
Printer has been broken for months.. cashiers are never there
I had a pleasant experience getting a prescription filled.
Open 24 hours which is a plus nice folks work there …
Gave up trying to buy anything, service is painfully slow
