Collective punishment! Also last night November 30th I was in the store and the same security guard decided to follow another African American gentleman around who began yelling at him this security guard follows African-American people around it is racism disguised as loss prevention against black people.This store deals with a lot of theft so every customer is treated like they're stealing something I hate the fact that someone bought me a gift card and this is the nearest CVS. I went into the store they had a broken case and then came running after me as if I broke it left me to shop under duress I have a gift card I don't need to steal anything. Then the thought of having an armed guard stand over you over a case of glue. Everyone needs protection just because a person is armed and has a job as a guard doesn't mean that I trust him. Why should the customers have to shop under armed guard I'm not part of some organized retail theft I didn't come in with 30 people I came in by myself. As the security guard said to me oh well you understand right or I completely understand choose black people and follow them around. People that have been discriminated against in the store I would like to tell you do not yell at them do not get upset do not because they think that that is funny your best bet is to pull their boss into court and have that person sit down and answer questions that they have no idea what happened in the store but they have to answer the questions take them to court. I see that there is an option to add photos every time I go into CVS now I am filming and recording my transactions who's following me and I will post a picture of it next time. Please stay tuned.

Be careful don't have an argument with the female/man security guard at night she will come after even if you're already outside on the sidewalk she will come after you she would get so close to your face you literally can tell she had tuna fish for dinner she said call me a girl again and I'll show you what happened they need to put a better security with less attitude and know how to brush their teeth to *****Update*** Be careful going there like your bag and your personal property don't leave your bag with the security guard they asked me to leave it so I did 10 minutes later I went to go back to get my bag and it was gone somebody walked out with my took my CVS is giving me the run-around I keep getting here in this and hearing they won't respond if you need to go to CVS walk to CVS on Grand

Love most of the employees a LOT. Like everywhere, there's a few who are much less likable, but when you consider the location, they do have a lot of chaos to deal with Bless 'em. Tons of new products, especially for pets, Care Pass thing is totally worth it and make SURE you download and scan the app on your phone and not just type in your phone number. Last time I went, totally forgot about the app but the checker reminded me and I had over $150 in accrued savings. Thought I would pass out The front door is a bit sketch because it's downtown but they have armed guards now and they mean business

Employees where rude and racists. I came in and and the employee asked me did I need help I knew where I was going and the security officer answer for me yes . Then I told him that was rude and the uncle Tom laughed in my face . Then I went to the supervisor and explained to her and she brushed it off . This CVS employee also was on the phone they are totally rude racist and disrespectful and I'm from NYC I've never been treated with such disrespect at a store.

omg this location is the worst i’ve ever seen at any cvs homelessness has always been a problem in down town LA but the mass amount of people sitting inside and out no thank you ohh and 4 people were shot outside of this location the 3rd week of july 2022 please be safe update 8-10-2022 cvs was seen calling police to remove homeless people location is still dirty be very aware of this location

Dirty, overpriced and no parking. It is in kind of a sketchy area with vagrants and beggars always at the front door. All items are about 2-3 times pricier than any other store. I imagine it is because the rent is ridiculous in this part of town. Also there is absolutely no place to park nearby!

I have great customer service by Valerie I always seem to get her, lucky me, she always has a smile. Makes my shopping day nice at CVS. Thank you for being our wellness station. I know this particular store has plenty of drama and yet everyone who works here is nice.

Awesome service got my first COVID-19 vaccine for free here so I'm happy with the place. Also, fill my prescription here too here because it's the only one of the top three that accept my insurance which is Medi-Cal Blue cross so I recommend it to everyone!

Pretty ok I got my vaccine shot here and the pharmacist was very nice and professional I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has not yet received their shot. Couldn't ask for better. It's free and what's better than that?

I called to make sure if an object was in place and the women on the other side of the phone was very rude then proceeded to tell me to call later.
