"Extra card rewards coupon kiosk always out of paper (twice in one week) , employees couldn’t find replacement paper, didn’t bother to put a “machine not in service” sign on it so countless other people don’t attempt to print coupons which will all be printed out in waste when someone finally does refill the paper"

1. We went to CVS Pharmacy at Beverly Blvd. & La Cienega this pm after visiting Urgent Care dated 11/7/2016...Very Poor Costumer Service. We felt ignored & discriminated 2. My friend went to pick up her BP Medication after visiting Cedars Urgent Care for Hypertension. 3. We went to CVS to pick up her meds & mine at 1545 PM. The manager said that there is no medication for my friend in the computer & he even phoned urgent care. He promised to call them again. We waited & waited... 4. We phoned urgent care again & gave the manager the Urgent Care Doctor's number. 5. We stayed for another 45 mins, but no calls were made. And because my friend is already c/o of severe headache probably due to high BP. I had to approach the manager to ask for a follow up response 6. The manager said he phoned Urgent Care already, but didn't tell us, while we were waiting for more that 1 hour. 7. We waited for another 10 mins, but to our dismay, we had to call Urgent Care again & they denied getting another call from the CVS manager. So the CVS manager lied to us. Urgent Care claimed that the prescription was faxed already 8. Unfortunately we were at the CVS from 1545 till 1715. For sick people waiting that long.. it's not very comfortable. ISSUES & CONCERNS: 1.Don't let your costumers wait for long hours. It's not a pleasant feeling, especially when you really feel so sick. Send them home instead & call them when meds are ready. 2. Don't lie. It's totally unacceptable especially from a CVS manager (Mr. Chad Tamasriro). 3. Don't tell us you're busy. All of us have our own busy moments at work. At least talk to your costumer for an update. Don't tell us "you got your prescription now! What are you complaining about"
If I could if zero stars, I would. I was misinformed by CVS pharmacy about my birth control prescription. The pharmacy informed to me on multiple accounts that they would be able to transfer my medication from Rite-Aid with a few days. I waited 3 weeks. Each week I would call back asking for the status of my medication, in which a pharmacist would tell me that my medication would be in stock within 48 hours of my call. An automated message would inform me that my medication was ready for pickup by the end of the day. Today, when I called to ask for the status of my medication, the pharmacist told me that they don't carry that medication anymore. It took 3 weeks for this information to be told to me. I have four more days until I need to renew my medication and now I have to transfer my medication back to Rite-Aid. Medication should not be taken lightly. I am very disappointed in CVS.
Extra card rewards coupon kiosk always out of paper (twice in one week) , employees couldn’t find replacement paper, didn’t bother to put a “machine not in service” sign on it so countless other people don’t attempt to print coupons which will all be printed out in waste when someone finally does refill the paper. Disgusting environmental waste from a greedy corporation. Wish cvs in general was charged fines by the government for the gigantically long mostly useless coupon lists that are generated with pretty much every transaction. update: after reaching out to corporate the store manager called me and was very helpful in addressing my concerns.
I had an appointment at 1:00pm for a booster shot. I arrived late at 1:15pm. I was told the vaccine administrator would return from break in 15 minutes. No one arrived or spoke to me until I asked the pharmacists for an update at 2:00 pm. As I type this, at 2:17 no one has appeared to administer booster or explained what the delay is. Meanwhile, I’ve been sitting next to vaccines since 1:20pm. I will never return to this CVS . Parking is a pure nightmare, no one is attentive or show any real care about being attentive or informative. Not indicative of the CVS I know well. Please avoid an upset and find another nearby CVS ESPECIALLY for vaccines.
Not as good as it was previously! Think they are getting too big and are losing good staff as well. Had a bad experience ordering a refill for a RX that the gal was sending to my Dr two days ago. I alerted my Doc's office that the request would be coming in. As of late today two days later -- no response from CVS. So I called and got a rather abrupt fellow who couldn't tell me why my request didn't go thru but he would look it up -- then he hung up on me!!! I have another option for RX needs and that is my local Pavilions pharmacy -- not as convenient as CVS but may Really need to possibly move all scripts there!!
I have never waited less than 10-15 minutes to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy here. They never have enough staff to serve the line of customers with only one person on the register most of the time. If you can find another pharmacy close to you, go there. Unfortunately it's my closest. CVS also bombard you with automated texts and phone calls about various medications/flu shots etc etc. I've taken to changing my number and not giving it to them to stop the multiple daily calls from them. Just generally bad!
I have been going to the pharmacy for the past couple of years. The two pharmacists and staff try to do their best- they are always short staffed. Marina, Naz and daisy are the best. But they have a pharmacist who’s there at times, RACHEL KOHANBASH- SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE ABOUT WHAT SHE IS DOING!!! I walked out of the pharmacy without a consultation on a new medication because of her dismissive behavior and unprofessionalism.
I was scammed by saleswoman of this store yesterday I asked her to help me to activate my “vanilla gift card”, she saved to her I phone all data from my “vanilla gift card” By the way when I noticed it, she told “I swear God, I will never use your money” I believed that she respects herself not to do it Today I discovered that money from my gift card was used - she bought puma goods Be aware that people who works in the cvs store are scammers and can scam the cvs also Shame!!!!!!
I mean. The pharmacy is actually the worst. I wish there was another option or another game in town besides them. They never receive my Rx and as a result it’s never filled timely. They can never explain why it’s not ready or why I have to wait when I should be able to just walk in and get it. You know, like at any pharmacy. It’s troubeling how high the level of incompetence is from their call in system to sometimes how miserable and unhappy the people are that work here.
I've stood in a two-person pharmacy line for half an hour; walked in to find the line two dozen people long; called and been left on hold for twenty minutes, only to hang up and call back to be left on hold for another twenty minutes, only to be told the store is closing; been pleaded with multiple times by pharmacists that the place is understaffed. The staff is perfectly friendly under trying circumstances; thus the 2 stars.
To all the comments I truly apologize for all that trouble yet we have changed a lot of things. We will accommodate your needs in every posible way. Bout phone music that would be corporate and parking we have been towing cars. It’s so much easier now. We try to accomplish our goal to keep our customers and we’ll been happy as much as it takes we that the extra mile for them. Than you S supervisor
This is by far the best CVS location I have every been to, the staff spent an entire day with me resolving my issue. They were extremely dedicated, kind and supportive. Especially staff members Darrell, Connie and Estaban. I had been to four other CVS's that day none of which were particularly helpful. Connie was dedicated to solving my issue. Best branch of CVS ever!
The staff are all very kind and helpful but the telephone system REALLY needs to be addressed. I've been on hold for 45 min earlier today and almost an hour now. They need to have either a call back system so you don't have to be on hold or have a CSR designated for phones. Also that HORRIBLE piano hold music needs to be removed. I rather not hear any music than this.
Tried to pick up my prescription, was then told that I had to update insurance info with the pharmacist. Waited 40 mins to update it only to be told have to go back to the end of the pick up line for another ~30 mins to pick up. Luckily pavilions made it a lot quicker to switch and pick up than they did simply to update my insurance.
An ATM that doesn't dispense cash? Amazing! 12 self checkout machines yelling at you, and none of them have bags? Awesome! I went to get my vaccine here and they literally got mad at me for coming. "We thought you would cancel." What part of booking an appt online made it seem like I would cancel. Terrible place.
The store manager is lovely! The pharmacist not so much. Suzanne “Suzie” Kocha is like a one-armed paper hanger. She did not report my COVID vaccine, told me it was “automatic,” (it clearly is not!), which resulted in significant time and energy on my part. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs!
No one at the pharmacy answers phones. It’s been 3 days. I’ve called several times each day and have get to speak to someone. I could go in but now this is more of a game than anything. How high could the streak get? Who am I kidding, they prob don’t have a phone/know how to use one …
It’s clean enough in here and spacious too. But staff were rude. I just asked a guy if they sold magazines because I couldn’t find them and he rudely said no, while giving me an “are you dumb?” look. The girl at checkout was friendly enough, but I’d only stop in here again in an emergency.
The pharmacist was so kind in accommodating my needs. I was glad that the medicine I wanted to buy was available and it was at a very reasonable cost. They have a lot of products that are no longer sold in stores near me. The service was fast as well. I would recommend this store.
In-person service is okay; however, I strongly suggest avoid calling this CVS store. I have found that the store's automated menu takes "forever." I had to call this store three times before I could get someone to help me. It took over forty minutes.
TERRIBLE!!! We were a paying customer with an infant. We asked if we can use the washroom because our infant needed to be changed and they wouldn’t let us. I am positive that bylaws require establishments such as CVS to have a public washroom.
I feel sorry for the associates working here. Its not a safe store during night hours. They are making billion of dollars but only two people without any protection works here at 10 PM. Even deodorants are locked!
CVS doesn't need to improve anything...Love you all! :) x O x O :) Connie is the consummate professional as she's loving, caring, sweet, and very, very diligent and hard working...Love this store! :) x O x O :)
Ms. Zhamkochyyan was very helpful and knowledgeable upon my visit to the store. She was very professional, and worked diligently while I was at the location.
The staff is helpful. Heads up, if you're looking to make a UPS return, you have to come prepared, they won't be able to print out the shipping label.
My experience at CVS is always excellent. The reasons are the friendly and professional attendants and the immense number of really good products.
Hopeless, no staff to assist, spent 20 minutes pressing the call button and no one came to help. Go to a Walgreens instead, CVS is rubbish.
My plan was a quick stop to buy something. They assist me right away when I press the help button.i love that! Awesome service! …
pharmacy is nice and big but they need more people helping the pick up line it’s sooo long :/
Horrible customer service!!!! + no restrooms are you kidding me? …
