Tonight, 6-15-2020 I had a horrible experience with a male pharmacist who gave me incorrect information and would not believe me. I was given an Rx for allergy eye drops. I asked how these were different from Pataday twice daily over the counter which I had previously bought at this CVS. He kept saying Pataday .1% was only prescription. I said that was no longer true and I had bought it over the counter. He said that was impossible. that he had seven years as a pharmacist and knows what he is talking about. My eyes are super sensitive and so far, only Pataday 0.1% works. He kept saying the Pataday was Rx only and that my insurance would not pay for it. I bought the substitute Rx he sold me. When I got home, I looked at the Pataday box I had bought over the counter at this CVS, and it does say "now available without a prescription"in the blue space at the top of the box. it is by Alcon. 5ml.. I tried to call him as it was close to 8pm and the pharmacy was closing. I was on hold for several minutes. He answered and when I said 'hello' he said, 'wait another minute' and then he hung up on me. By that time it was after 8pm and the pharmacy was closed. This was a frustrating and irritating experience, and he needs to be educated.

I usually use the self check out to purchase my items because the staff are always so rude. Today the self checkouts were on paused purchases and they weren’t able to be used until an employee cleared them. So I had to go to the cashier. The cashiers name is Martha, and even before they made a self check out, I would go to any employee except her because she was just the rudest. Today, she was the only cashier at the moment so I had no choice but to go to her. I had coupons that I was using and for some reason that really bothered her. She kept on getting mad and saying that I’m wasting her time. If you don’t like people using coupons, that isn’t my problem. CVS gives out coupons weekly. She’s always so mad for no reason.

The best pharmacists in the state of California work here! Shout out to Dr. Tracy and Dr. Daniel! They really Embody the professionalism of a Doctor of Pharmacy. By far they are the kindest most talented pharmacists I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting that’s why I’ve remained a member of this specific CVS for over 15 years. I am a registered nurse and i’ve dealt with my fair share of pharmacists So please take my word for it they are the best. I will not comment on an terrible incident that occurred with and assistant manager because it doesn’t affect the overall reason why I go to this specific CVS which is the pharmacy only. The main manager is sweet and tried to make things right afterwards.

I was in a hurry buying just an Amazon card for 30$. There was a little line, two people ahead of me, the salesman was very slow, I switched to a second line to check out faster, but the person ahead of me started showing her multiple coupons , so I rushed back to the first line, saying sorry I just left and came back to check out my card since I am in a hurry the person behind me suddenly didn’t let me in started pushing me out with a smile, the salesman told me to go back to the other line, no respect on behalf of the both salesmen, let go the man behind me. It took 10 seconds to make my purchase. Horrible service, never come shop in CVS stores again ever.

Apparently it's okay for the employees to be rude and let people cut in line. Liliana is a horrible clerk. She should not be anywhere near the pharmacy. And I was under the impression there is a mask mandate and that the pharmacist Daniel should be wearing one properly. Not at half way which doesn't cover his nose only part of his mouth. I thought CVS would be more concerned about people's welfare and safety. Someone who is handling sick people's medication should be more considerate about their safety. Being we are still in the middle of a pandemic. I'm curious how many people they have infected with their negligence.

This review comes specifically for employee Alejandra. Her co-worker was on their lunch break leaving her as the only cashier with a very long line. She kept very calm, smiled, continually shared what was going on with everyone, and profusely apologized. She remained calm, which kept us calm, and got through the line as quickly as she could, smiling throughout. Her calm demeanor and professionalism should be commended. It was a hard situation and she handled it perfectly - five stars!!

This location and its employees are extremely bare. There was only one cashier (who really didn’t want to be there) taking his time (slowly) with every customer. And I was getting two item from that fridgerator and both items were unreachable I had to climb be on my toes to get the items (because of my short height. I would in food service/retail and if I remember correctly all item should be pulled forward or there should be someone around to help (there was no one to help me)

Terrible service and incompetence. When asking for a restroom, the pharmacist told us to find someone working on the floor and ask for a key. After 5 minutes, we couldn’t find any employee on the floor so we waited in line and asked the cashier. The cashier responded, “we don’t have a restroom”. When I asked where they use restroom, the cashier replied “we have bad plumbing and go the McDonald’s across the street”. Seriously? I should have told my 4 year old to use aisle 7.

Horrible customer service or the lack thereof. Made a cash purchase and in order to return a $5 item you must scan you drivers license information into their system in causing your license number, address and is number to get your $5 cash back with their receipt in hand with return. Horrible abuse! Vile way to collect our data and use it. If you pay cash for a purchase and have a receipt, then you should be able to get your cash back or whatever method you paid.

Worst service experience. I’m sitting there at the drive-through I had to pick up this phone during coronavirus pandemic. Then once I picked it up I got them they told me to wait five minutes. They finally got on the phone and now I’m sitting here waiting for the drugs that I had to put gloves on my hands to get out of this little contraption. They don’t seem to care that you’re sitting awaiting you’re not saying anything.

With one exception of the store this is Not one of the best locations I've been in however, the one guy who took care of me was terrific! So that's makes the world of deference. The store is keep organized and clean. The parking lot of limited and not easy accessible to the public. The pharmacy is very much busy but polite for the most part. The entire store is not fully stocked and some of the merchandise is missing.

If you’re going to come for the pharmacy and on a lunch break call and make sure they’ll be open. Also call to make sure they have what you need behind the counter so you don’t wait 20 minutes for the break to be over then another 20 minutes in line for them to tell you they ran out of what you needed. Plan ahead.

  • Alaina Belisle

Not once have I been able to pick up a prescription here without some sort of delay or problem. When I call, I get stuck on hold and it takes several tries to get someone on the line. Even then, I’m often misdirected. Not worth the trouble.

  • Michael Cruz

They close 10 minutes early... They don't care about the virus. They don't care about their employees. We are all apparently working at CVS with "self checkouts"... and they're not even 6 feet apart.

  • Frank Alonso

Went there on Sept 30th alter 7:30 a.m. and it was still closed and it never looks to well kept plus those little carts hit you in the face with those pipes they put on them when you turn to the left

  • Alex Rupprecht
