"This location is HORRIBLE"
"Probably the worst CVS in the city"
"This CVS is horrible! It took my Doctor 2 days to get through to call in an emergency prescription only to have it not be done 3 days later! I called multiple times only to have someone pick up after 30 minutes and sit the phone down for another 25 minutes and then send it to voicemail"
"My dentist called in a Rx Friday to this pharmacy and left the message on their phone "
This is what I imagine a pharmacy in a Central American dictatorship is like. During a war. The place is a total mess. Boxes everywhere. Things on the ground. The staff seem shell shocked and are effectively useless if not hostile. Nobody seems to know what to do, where to go so they just stand around. If you have a prescription to pick up give yourself 30 minutes. Seriously. You’ll see the line snaking down one of the aisles. I have no idea why it takes this long to pickup a prescription but it always does. I’ve gone in the morning, afternoon and just before closing. Doesn’t make a difference. And instead of putting up a sign telling people which aisle to wait in everyone chooses a different one leading to arguments about whose turn it is. Hard to imagine a worse run business
This location is HORRIBLE. I was discharged from hospital with full knee replacement. The discharging physician sent the scrips over by fax 3 times and when both myself and the hospital staff attempted to confirm receipt we were on hold 1 hour and 20 minutes only to have someone answer the phone and disconnect. I come home with no meds and here it is 1:35pm and I started this process with them at 9:05 am when they opened. I only chose this location because it is literally 3 blocks from my house. It is sad when you do not want to patronage in your own community because of service JUST LIKE THIS
Probably the worst CVS in the city. Heard many gems there such as "we have a phone number but we never pick up, we don't have staff for that" or "the pick up register doesn't have a computer, so of course they send every body here, that's why you had to wait in both lines". Checkout clerk is usually busy, so you are expected to use the self-checkout machines, which don't have the prices for most products (never completed self-checkout without waiting for an attendant). It's a fun experience the first time, but prolonged use will really hurt your brain. Consider using any other pharmacy.
This CVS is horrible! It took my Doctor 2 days to get through to call in an emergency prescription only to have it not be done 3 days later! I called multiple times only to have someone pick up after 30 minutes and sit the phone down for another 25 minutes and then send it to voicemail. I finally took an Uber there waited on line for 20 minutes and had to wait another 45 for the pharmacist to fill the prescription . I was in tears and they did not seem to care. It’s just a paycheck to them! CVS PHARMACY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
My dentist called in a Rx Friday to this pharmacy and left the message on their phone . (I was there when he did it) Saturday I go to pick up my little son's antibiotics and they said that there was no Rx sent in. These ppl are not capable of running a newspaper stand much less a pharmacy. I will be calling Rite Aide corporate office bright and early Monday morning to lodge a legal complaint. I will also be calling my lawyer about this situation also. Do not use this pharmacy at all they are liars
19 days after my doctor sent in my medication it’s still not ready. They took a week to even order it. They don’t answer the phone. I’ve had to go in and wait in line over and over again, half an hour in line each time just to have them look at the computer for five seconds, tell me they don’t have it, they don’t know when they will, and won’t make any calls to to find out or check if any other locations have it in stock. CVS is usually bad. This CVS is the worst.
If i could give zero stars i would, the pharmacist christen asian is disgusting. Attitude for no reason, i asked for a medication which i was told is here bc my father got discharged she said she doesn’t see it. She said there are other meds do i want them i told her no. I came back 2days later to be told I signed for medication and picked it up. I never picked anything up. Now she is playing with my father’s medication who is ill
if you have anxiety or neurodivergence of any kind FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY ASAP. with my insurance i have to use cvs, which typically the worst service but this location is the worst of the worst. in order to not have a literal panic attack i have had to actually hire someone to wait in line and pick up meds for me from this location, and i live a few blocks away. THANKS CVS GREAT JOB
The worst pharmacy ever!!!! They not pick up the phone and they have the audacity to text me that they gonna call my doctor to give me and alternative medicine!!! Via text?! Are we serious I want my prescription go to my local pharmacy they try to contact to them more that 4 hours and we are unable to reach them!!! They suck! Very unprofessional!!!
The worst, disorganized pharmacy. Would give zero stars if I could. No matter the time of day the line is half an hour long only for your meds to not be ready. Inept management. Not sure why it’s so mismanaged. Needs to get it together. If urgent, take your business and prescription elsewhere to an actually functional establishment. Embarrassing.
The people I’ve met who work here are all really nice. But like everyone says, at any time of day the pharmacy line can take half an hour or more. It’s insane. And there are times when you need something behind a case and somehow the person with the key isn’t working in the store at the moment. So poorly managed.
Customer service was extremely poor. The Rep was eating a snack while working and talking to Customers. The place smells funny. It's items on the shelves are over crowded. Very hard to find what I wanted Ended up leaving without any kind of service@all, asking and asking
The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. You can’t simply get a prescription in under an hour between the extreme lines, no staff, slow staff, them missing faxes. This place is ridiculous. Every time I think “it can’t be bad every time” I am mistaken and it is that bad.
Pharmacy is the worst. Long lines, terrible customer service, and apparently the automated system that notifies you when your prescription is ready for pickup is wrong. Great to find out after you’ve made the trek over to pick up urgently needed medication.
If I could provide this CVS pharmacy zero stars I absolutely would. Firstly, I have utilized 3 different CVS locations throughout my life since high school and have had absolutely lovely experiences there. So when I moved to NYC and started
Probably the worst pharmacy on the planet. Over 3 weeks after my doc put in a prescription, it wasn’t ready—only after calling did I find out it hadn’t even been ordered. The pharmacist would not give me a date when I could expect it to be
The problem with this pharmacy is in order to get many prescriptions filled you have to call pharmacy and they hardly ever pick up the phone. So you end up spending hours on hold trying to reach the pharmacy. I have tried for days to get a
Waited on the phone for over 6 hours and no one ever picked up. I usually have to wait 1.5 hours to reach a pharmacist for a conversation that takes less than 2 minutes. Additionally they will not begin filling my prescription unless I do
They don't update you on your prescription status if there are any issues. You have to wait in an over an hour long line to even find out if your prescription is even ready. If it isn't ready, well then get prepared to come back some days
You may end up actually getting sicker trying to use this pharmacy. 50 minute wait lines just to be told to wait in another line. I tried to get away from this pharmacy and move to another one, but like a vengeful ex, it started claiming
Count your medication. Family member had prescription filled there, supposed to receive 30 pills for diabetes. She purchased the prescription. She went home, something told her to count her medication they filled prescription with 27 and
If there were a -8 review, I would give this location that rating. The manager is oblivious or just simply don't care about the BAD service they provide. You call the pharmacy and no one EVER answers the phone. The automated system may
Would give zero stars if possible. Customer service is abysmal, have been lied to and gaslighted by pharmacists as well as been given the wrong medication on multiple occasions at this location. If they even have my prescriptions (it
The store itself is fine, BUT DO NOT GO HERE FOR THE PHARMACY. They will take their time, sometimes give you the incorrect medications, and ignore calls while being right in front of them. Healthy and well people don’t need to go to
Waited 30 minutes on the phone, 3 separate people picked up 1 after another to ask me "CVS what do you need help with?" After repeating my query for medication authorization for the third time, they hung up. Absolutely incompetent.
Kareem is absolutely an amazing employee, great customer service and very professional… Kareem is what customer service looks like and he deserves a raise honestly. His whole persona shines bright he’s such a good person
The staff here are nice and helpful, although this is the worst CVS I’ve been to. The shelves are always half stocked - looks like the store is closing down! Messy place. Not a pleasant shopping experience for me.
Absolutely awful. The pharmacy never picks up their phone and doesn't fill prescriptions unless you call them and ask them to fill it. Called the pharmacy at least 10 times, and it didn't even ring, just hung up.
Congratulations!! You have found the worst pharmacy on the planet!! You may faint while waiting 65 minutes on line each time you stop to pickup medicine!! Good luck
Very satisfied with the assistance I received at the checkout.
